Chris helped me out with my pc build, I had some extra stuff selected that I didnt need and he helped me take the credit of those items and upgrade other items that I really needed upgraded, very thankful of the help, cant wait to get my pc inUpdate, I have Received my pc and I am very happy with it! My estimated ship date was almost 1 month after my purchase and my pc was shipped out only a week and a half after my original purchase date! very happy with the customer experience they provide, whatever you want they provide amazing help with!

Any gaming PC Ive ever owned I built myself. Deciding to buy a PC built from a company I eventually came across Xidax. Chris L. helped me via chat, email, and eventually a phone call for the final sale. Aside from the reasonable price for the hardware I was getting(and excellent warranty), Chriss attitude and knowledge made the purchase that much easier. I was speaking to him as easily as I would any of my personal friends that have computer hardware knowledge. Not once did he try to up-sale me on parts. I explained my budget and he helped me get the most out of my machine for what I could afford. Very satisfied with how this company operates and how their representatives treat people.

Awesome products and great customer service. I was able to go online to their site and within a few minutes I had a customer service rep in chat to help build my laptop. Chris at Xidax was super professional and very helpful. Actually, there was a small issue with my order and he resolved it quickly and with patience. I basically got a better config due to his expertise and knowledge on how to get me the best deal for the laptop I was needing. Highly recommend and ask for Chris!

My new Xidax PC is absolutely amazing. I have had absoltuely no problems with it. It runs all of the new games at high resolution. I have an Vive Index and VR runs seamlessly. I love the customization of the PC. My kids love the colors of the fans. They think its so fancy. ;) I have been extremly happy with my PC and definitely will do my future builds with Xidax!

I had made a purchase on the website, being really happy with my configuration, Chris L. called me and explained a few changes that he could make that would give me an overall better product and save myself some money. he was very supportive and communicative all through the process until my computer was shipped out. im very happy to have bought through Xidax and worked with Chris.

A Dream I Wanted to Come TrueI got my computer, 2 months after waiting for it, and after setting it up (cables and all) I pressed the power button and nothing happened. After about 4 hours of YouTube videos on the problem, and contacting them, still nothing. Fast forward to the next Monday I ran through it again with someone from xidax and yet again nothing happened. I shipped it back to them that tuesday morning and got it back Saturday. The people were super helpful and I only had to pay 350 out the 500 it would cost to repair my PC; the warranty was voided once the CPU was removed. Which I dont recall removing or breaking but whatever they cant verify that which makes sense. However, i just got my PC back. I got a new motherboard and CPU. Excited to get my 1,500 dollar PC going, I plugged it in, got it all set up, and víola absolutely nothing... Again... After spending a grand total of 1,850 dollars on a PC I am back at square one and 1,850 dollars less.All and all, Ive heard great things about xidax, and really want a PC from them, and received great help, but I dont have a PC. I have 1,500 dollars worth of computer parts that Ive been waiting for about 3 months in total.Im giving them an extra star for the help they tried to give me. They WILL try their best to fix youre computer and build it right. But I must be a rare case or something, with that being said the third time better be the charm.

Xidax is absolutely amazing. I got my pc from them in March/April of 2020 and my system has been amazing. My wifi card went bad in November and when I co tacted them about it they sent me a new card even before I sent back the bad one. Their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable and I couldnt reccomend them any more. I think the process of building your own pc is a great experience the first and second time but honestly it can be skipped for the trade off benefit that xidax gives you. A lifetime warranty on something like an entire pc is kind of insane. Pc parts are bound to go bad eventually, but as long as you go with xidax youll get a pc that will last you a decade before you might even need to start thinking of getting a whole new set up. If you buy upgrades or get replacents from them they will sit on the phone and walk you though the process. Once again I cant reccomend them any more than I already do!Edit: Im just reading older reviews and wanted to say one more thing. Customer service was a bit overwhelmed when I first bought my pc and it was difficult to get into contact with them when covid really became a problem. But its now November 2020 and out of the past 3 times Ive contacted them for help with my wifi card; 2 times the answered instantly, the 3rd time I waited less than 10 minutes. Im assuming the company has gotten a lot bigger in the past year and it really shows!

Their listing says they are open on Sundays. Not be ing familiar with Salt Lake City, I drove over using Google maps, and had to verify the address when I got here. Called the number listed and got a message stating that their ... office is currently closed. Goodbye. and the call ended

Do not trust this company. Prices are 300% of the actual system components. They do not also know how to build a Ryzen system. The default configuration for both Threadripper and 3rd Gen series stock 2666 or 3200Mhz ram. This leaves 10 to 15% performance on the table due to inter CCX talk in the chips. Default memory speed should be 3600Mhz and 3800Mhz overclocked for a 1:1 ratio. This company literally has no idea what they are doing.

I paid for the rush service which guarantees 3-day build, and they were right on time, which is incredible given they are the only PC maker that can build these high-quality PCs so quickly at competitive prices, and this, in the middle of this global pandemic. I even had a custom GPU order and they were not only willing to accommodate the request, they also upgraded shipping to overnight to avoid longer delays. When the system arrived, it was professionally packed, looked incredible, and everything worked right out of the box. Cant say enough about how happy I am with the system and the professional service received. Highly recommended, Im definitely coming back here when its time to upgrade

I was considering a pre-built pc from a vendor, but was not sure which one to choose. I came across Xidax PCs and was instantly impressed with the choices and their “outstanding” warranty’s. I spoke with with a sales rep, Brayden Day through their online chat service and was very impressed with his patience and knowledge. I was sold!!! When I was ready to make my purchase, it was with Brayden and we walked through everything together. He never pressured me and he explained things that I didn’t even know about. It was FANTASTIC service from the time ordered to the moment I received it at my front door. But the excellent service didn’t stop there. It continues to this day. I, without a doubt would recommend this company over the larger ones. XIDAX for life!!!

Bought a system here. The salesman was friendly and helpful enough, but that was it. The company disappeared after the comp was delivered. I had an issue with the software and got no response. I was humiliated by the person on the live chat by not being responded to. I sat in the chat for 15 minutes saying hello with no response.Buying a system here is like buying one from a back alley. Id recommend buying one from a more stable company.

I called to see if I could bring my computer in to get cleaned but was on hold for 30 mins just to be put to voicemail. Wasnt a big issue until I heard the voicemail tell me to call back during regular business hours which was on Monday between the hours of 9 am to 6 pm. Its 12:pm Monday the 9th.

Beautiful custom computer makers, I love the one they made for me. Still running great almost a year later. Thank again Xidax. Future customer for life if everything remains.

I got the base model for the tower with some custom upgrades. I wasnt expecting insane performance or graphics, however since day one Ive had nothing but problems. Ive even reached out to customer support and they were not helpful at all. Only saying my new PC should be performing well enough to play the games I told them I was playing. That was not the case, it took some serious deep diving and tweaking various settings within windows, manual overclocking, and playing the games at their lowest settings to barely even hit 60 fps in overwatch. Every PC, software, driver, or game update I have to spend hours tweaking the settings once again or reverting to previous versions. In so many words, for the price of this PC, you could build one yourself for half the cost and twice the performance. Save your money.

My experience with Xidax was not at all what I expected after reading so many positive reviews-it wasnt until having a bad experience, did I dig up the bad reviews that I definitely can relate to.First off, the shipping date came and went for my pc, and it wasnt until I reached out to a rep that they said they didnt have the right case-hence the delay. My computer eventually shipped, and I received it weeks after ordering. I set the pc up, and realized that my hard drives were falling out of the brackets. After starting up, I then had problems with the OS, I had to spend hours reinstalling all of the programs and OS.A week later, Im mid-edit, and the PC crashes (causing me to lose hours of work). It had a fatal hardware failure. I contacted customer service and they sent a shipping label for me to send my old pc in (which I did the next morning). Jay, from customer service guaranteed a ship date for the new pc, 100%. The day after it was supposed to ship, they had not contacted me, so I contacted them. Jay then said that he never guaranteed which day it would ship out. I then sent him the transcript from the conversation we had, showing that he did. He tried to tell me it would be here in a few days, and wasnt very helpful (also no one apologized until I asked for one). I explained that I need and depended on this pc to do my job, and needed it ASAP. They overnight aired it (after so much back and forth).I received my pc the next day-and the hard drives were unplugged and falling out-AGAIN. I talked to a wonderful rep, James, and we got it up and running. Two days ago, it kept lagging and crashing while running Lightroom, I chatted with a tech who informed me that my build was low-end, and was not enough to run lightroom (even though I confirmed with the salesman that it would run perfectly). I ended up ordering more RAM, which they said would ship yesterday. Today, no communication, part still hasnt shipped.Summary: terrible communication, inexperienced customer service, bad quality.I have so much regret choosing this company, and was so excited to build my own PC initially.Use any other business, but do not use Xidax.
