Love this Savers location! I try to go once a week because the inventory changes so much! Love all the fun finds I get. I did notice that prices have been getting higher lately. Its kind of discouraging for those that are in need of lower prices because they cant afford to pay more. Keep your prices affordable Savers and Ill continue to support you!

Since the pandemic, the dressing rooms have been closed. totally get it. but what i don’t understand is that if your clothes don’t fit or turn out how you would like, you can’t get a refund? you HAVE to do an exchange. super stupid rule and definitely needs to change.

Came today around noon. Had an awesome experience!! Found tons of amazing kids toys and clothes! Found great almost new shoes for me. The whole store is super organized and very clean. It appears they put out good quality items for sale. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer discounts for seniors and military. I most definitely will be back

So after our house flooded we had minimal to wear to to needing to clear our house out in a hurry and minimal money due to renovation cost. Savers was a life saver. I found everything I needed at amazing prices. I bought 10 pieces for the same amount I would have paid for 1 item at the mall.Thanks Savers

Love this store! Great selection of gently used clothes and merchandise. They give an awesome military discount as well.

Came here with my son for his school shopping and these nice pairs of nike sneakers didn’t have a tag so we asked the manager and she said she’s not going to sell them and threw them in the trash. When we asked to take them since she put it in the garbage she said “no” rudely and went on about. She probably took them after work because there were little flaws and just needed a scrub:/

The elderly lady cashier was extremely rude to me. Was yelling first that I was not far back enough from other customers.When I was at least 6 feet away & then said its 2 bucks..Who cares if its bent about a photo I was purchasing. The manager was extremely nice.But I will not drive out to this one again do to the experience with this rude lady. Short with glasses,mid 60s?

Was not a bad experience overall. At the end of the day, the lady who announced the store closing was almost pleading us to leave... While funny, was kind of sad as well. However, not a bad experience

The female manger today oct 6th was super rude. I was trying to talk to her and she couldn’t even turn around and see what I was talking about. Super lazy and super rude no customer service what do ever. You can tell the job market is bad they put people like this in charge. Savers is going down because the people they choose to hire.

Can’t buy clothes if you can’t try them on. Many articles with no tags or sizes. 30 day policy isn’t worth it if you don’t live locally.

Ive never had such a bad experience at a secondhand store. When the employee came over the intercom to announce the time left till the store closed she was not professional in any way & then every 5 minutes shed announce it again & each time she was ruder to all us patrons trying to spend our hard earned $ at their store. Then she basically threatened that if someone wasnt in line by a certain time that they wouldnt get to purchase their items. Next in line we were informed that they dont take American express & no ATM in sight & with the time restraints put in place by the employees we nicely asked if they could hold our items less than 24 hours. Without looking either one of us in the eyes she barked no & just walked away. The items we wanted to purchase were things that were needed & even tho Im certain that I could walk in & locate the items however because of unprofessional employees neither of us will return there.

Horrible customer service at the donation center. We showed up at 7:03 and the guy and girl told us to bad. Cut off time was 7. Fine with us, Desert Industries gets our beige leather couches.Also, Savers, update your freaking website so busy people, such as myself, DONT WASTE OUR TIME!I will not be returning to this store.

Some good deals but also prices were close to New prices.

There are some good deals but the staff there could use some manners and it isnt very well laid out. I couldnt find my size and when I did there wasnt the correct size in that area. Its just a mess where the clothing is

Friendly Staff. Wide selection of clothes n shoes. Great prices! Nice selection of housewares. When youre looking to save a few bucks or you just love deals without sacrificing, Savers is definitely the place to go!! I am ALWAYS happy with my purchases.

Came into Savers today and there was only one person working the registers. I kniw she is doing her best but management should take take of this issue.

I always have a pleasant experience at this location. This location has a great selection of mens clothing, especially pants/shorts. I come away from there with $120+ pair of pants that are either brand new or close to it for less than $20. Brands such as Lucky Brand, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Tommy Hilfiger, Kenneth Cole, Eddie Bauer, Calvin Klein, etc, etc. I have found Oakley sunglasses, Citizen & G Shock watches, and top of the line home entertainment systems at this store. If youre looking for a great deal on used items look no further than Savers.

I really like shopping here. Its kept really clean which is hard for a thrift store with so many rummaging through things. Always a new treat to find each week.

So happy Savers is open again. Great effort was taken for social distancing and the store was clean and organized. Mostly I was impressed by how kind everyone was. I got help whenever I needed it. I think theyre as happy to be back as I was happy to come. Thanks also for their community service. I had fun shopping here😊

The employees at this location are actually very helpful and friendly. Some other locations, not so much.

This store is way more organized then any of the others Savers. It also has a way better selection. The store was clean as well. I really appreciate a clean store. Makes my time there more enjoyable.

Good place to go if you like to shop at thift stores. The rest room is not clean.

Tons of used stuff for a price, granted not as much as it would be new but it all adds up. Still didnt have what I want in there for.

I have on film 3 people falling on the sidewalk directly in front of savers. The manager and staff should not be working since they cant take care of the company or the property. Will be speaking to the regional and maybe the news. Gonna put my videos online since you can clearly see the savers sign in the footage.

I rarely come out of this thrift store with nothing found. Usually a great place to find household items, and clothing. Finding good electronics here is hit or miss.

I enjoy coming inside this store everything. You never know what your going to find . It makes me feel happy . Everything from albums, curtains, toys,, tables, clothes hangers, crock pots, picture frames, clothes, shoes purses and jewelry all for a low price !

Donation center hours arent correct. Stopped by at 6 pm on a Monday and found the line closed. Dont advertise operating hours till 7 pm if they arent going to be available.

An average visit in a fairly decently priced place

Items are dirty broken and over priced. Some electric items put out dont even work. Not everything is priced and when you ask for a price, a rediculously high price is put on it because youve shown interest in it. I dont recommend this place at all. They get items free and act like their junk Id brand new. Some employees are very rude.

They change there hours at random, we showed up at 10am on Sunday (the time on the sign)and they told us they will open at 11 so we came back at such time then they told us Noon, there were over 9 different people turned away both times we showed up. This is the 3rd Sunday in a row this has happened so I would suggest waiting till 1pm as this seems to be the most reliable time there open.

Very high prices for a thrift shop, some items priced higher than brand new. Horrible 14 day exchange only policy. No changing rooms. I’m never going back.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is very clean. The merchandise is also clean. I just wish they had more smaller size men pants other than that the store is great!

Savers or the Desert Industries? Thats usually the conundrum around these parts. There are pros and cons for both. Savers has better clothing selection and, due to their coupons and savings days, usually better prices. You can also get a discount coupon if you donate to the store and can save even more money that way. The DI has more bikes and outdoor stuff, they usually have more toys and kitchenware.Ive been happy with the service at Savers. Its simply not the best youll find anywhere, but they are always polite, if not efficient. The store does feel a bit run down, but its a thrift store. Overall, I would recommend this place and I do return frequently.

Horrible, unprofessional employees who treat you as if you are stealing! They receive items for free and charge exorbitant prices for items. Stay away from this Savers!

Savers is great as a thrift store especially compared to competitors like DI. Clothing is sorted by style and size (rather than by color as at DI). Savers at any location has good parking, convenient hours: 9-9 most days and open on Sundays (vrs 10-7 at DI). And they have SALES. Items have colored price tags and each week one color is 50% off; there are 50% off everything days near holidays. Smells okay for a thrift store. Generous dressing rooms with mirrors. Tuesdays seniors get a 30% discount. If you donate you get a coupon for 20% off. DI has more furniture but Savers is my favorite thrift store.

I love this store. Ive been to several thrift stores and a couple Savers, and this one is my favorite. But Savers in general is great, with a rewards program that offers future discounts for frequent shoppers.

Theyve got a great selection of pretty much everything but keep jacking their prices. I dont think its right when a store sells items donated to them at prices equal to brand new. $15 for a pair of jeans that are obviously preowned is not a deal. So even though you can find most of what you might need here, its probably only worth it on the sale days.

Savers is the best! You can donate clothing or other items and get a discount on purchases. The store and selection is huge. I frequently find clothes that still have tags on them. I exchange my entire wardrobe frequently, never paying more than $100 for bags of clothes. I am thrifty and stylish thanks to savers.

I will never visit this store again I find it a bit ridiculous that you cant go in there and buy a pair of Jeans for less than you can buy a brand new pair. 90 percent of the Jeans in the store were $14.99 you can get a brand new pair of rustlers at Walmart for cheaper than that. They could have had a good customer but being greedy and selling donated clothes for new prices is ridiculous.

We like this store. This is a great store to save a lot of money for just about anything you might need. Give them a try.

Good place to find some gently used clothing.

I found unique and interesting items at this store. I was really pleased - it was not picked over. Prices were reasonable and great variety.

With Covid...dressing rooms are closed, so customers make purchases to try on at hm, with exchange only for returns. Not really convient.

It really is nice to purchase items at a reduced cost but many time the stiff is really over priced. A lot of people shop thrift stores because they can not afford going to a regular store. They are making 100% profit so my feelings are they could safely lower there prices and still make a bundle.

You never know what youll find at this store. I enjoy it. Employees are helpful when I have needed them. I found an old oil painting here for $10 and its a treasure!

I love savers, but the locking of the restroom doors is ridiculous.Ive got a small child who needs to potty when she needs to potty. If she pees her pants because the bathrooms are locked and theres no one around who can unlock the door, I expect to be given free clothing for her as a result.

I love this store! The staff are so helpful and friendly. You can find so many good buys if you have the time to look. Wish I lived closer!

This is a great Savers. Ive done a lot more donating here than shopping, and I really like their donation crew. Theyre really friendly and helpful and they can really quickly unload a car. The store is good, too, and they have a great selection and excellent prices. I like their jigsaw puzzles.

Absolutely Biggest rip off Savers in the valley. They up price donated things. Although you see big signs for books saying the deal they price the majority of the books 3.99 and up for each book. Although the Large sign say COVER PRICE $9.95 AND UP $3.49 The manager says our price tags on the books superceded the 3 Giant big signs that say $3.49 a book. Its not so much it being .50 cents more or $5 dollar more but its misleading. The staff isnt as friendly but it is Utah 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

All donated items are inspected and rated by trained employees.The management team at this site are all very friendly and always available to answer any questions you might have.

They seem to be getting more expensive. They have good stuff, but its still secondhand. I used to go here more often, but its getting to be a little too much for what it is.

Very expensive for a thrift store.

They have great bargains, variety, sales, encentives, quality items and specials for saving even more money. They even have a Senior Discount Day every week, 30% off your purchases for donating things, weekly discounts for selected colored tags, extra holiday sales and card holder specials! I love shopping there!

The staff was very disinterested in offering information about where to locate items. I managed to locate the area where I could begin my search. I did find a few great items in the 50 percent racks( or so I thought) when I checked out the guy at the register refused to even respond when I told him where I got the h items. I should have left the items but after spending so much time locating them, my father a 78 year old man had had enough shopping time. I decided not to walk out empty handed. I will never visit a savers again! I was there on November 1st @2:30 in the afternoon never seen a crew so disinterested. Very disappointing I expected much better

Fantastic book selection. More textbooks than Ive seen at any other thrift store. If you want to learn, the books are there. Whats stopping you? Are you afraid youll fail? You never fail when you are learning, you simply learn from your errors.

I have always liked this location. I do feel the lines move a little slow here but staff is good. The costume consultant called many other stores for me all while keeping up with her other duties, and giving me ideas and advice. Thank you for all of your help!
