Very helpful and friendly. Clean, well lit, organized stored. Every customer and employee wears a mask so it feels safe to shop here and its not over crowded. Also their tint machine doesnt happen to go down 30 min before closing at this location.

Kari is the best! I was in the middle of painting a ceiling and ran out of paint. I went to three other SW stores and no one offered to help with a replacement product. Apparently there is a paint shortage. Kari went above and beyond by helping me resolve a big problem! Thanks so much!!!!

I tried to order some paint and as soon as they answered the phone they putted me in a brief hold of TWELVE MINUTES, and so after that I decided to go to the store and it was completely empty, no clients at all.

Talk to a lady she was nice and good costumer service and whent to the store, and there was a guy name Alex, skinny,tall, long air, dude he did not wanted to help me he did want to sale me the paint been shopping most stores around the valley, and this guy surprised me I can believe the how a getto know life dude with a terrible costumer service can be working in a big and unique and great company .....

That place of paint is exceptional. The staff is very courteous and always have a positive attitude. It has a very warm and good feeling when I go there. Very knowledgeable, they listen and advise. I value their opinions. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

Crystal is the best! She is so helpful! I have used this location for years and when I moved to a different location other Sherwin stores were closer to me, however the experience was not the same. They are so friendly at the Midvale store! Crystal remembers my order and gives great advice if I have questions. They are the best!

I waited at the front counter for 10 minutes waiting for help while all the employees sat in the back having a conversation and laughing. I made eye contact with the fat lazy employee sitting down back there multiple times and then he would just look away and resume his pointless conversation. Poor customer service, I recommend going somewhere else, I will never be returning to this location.

My first visit to S-W was efficient and the store was well displayed. I havent tried the stain yet.

Extremely expensive. Apparently they offer cheap prices to contractors, then when home owners come in to buy a gallon for touch-up they jack the price up. One gallon cost 3x as much as at the big box store--worse yet, it covered very poorly and required multiple coats (for the price I expected better). They also were advertising a sale on paint, but for some reason it didnt apply to the gallon I purchased. It would be cheaper to repaint the room than to buy a gallon for touch-up from them. If a professional painter says they use Sherwin-Williams paint, I would never hire them.

Staff is always helpful. Guy there nailed a color match on a pantone color i was interested in for a paint color. I always shop there.

Amazing!! Best paint and best service! Please dont let the afore mentioned ratings deter you from this location. You cant make everyone happy. Contractors get low prices on contractor grade paints. Home owners DONT buy this paint as it is not lifetime warrantied like their home owner paints ARE! And not every location of Any store has every product the company makes. Demographics people.. But the paint quality is superior to any Ive ever used! Their color knowledge is vast and are very willing and able to do anything in their power to please the customer & retain their loyalty!

This is one of the last Sherwin Williams I would ever send an employee, recommend to a home owner or visit myself. The blond female manager has a Cant do attitude which will leave you with yet another stop on your to-do list. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the Sugarhouse location.

If samples cost less and were smaller. I got one at Lowes for $3. Three ones at Sherwin Williams were $6 each, and were too big.

Im shocked these guys have bad reviews. I needed to seal my deck and they showed me exactly what to do and what I needed. My deck repeals rail and snow exactly how I wanted it to.
