I had to print 2 pieces of paper, and typically they help me up front at different stores because the print and go takes forever. At this location, the employee told me she couldn’t because she had 20 orders ahead of mine. Wow. I didn’t realize you suddenly have to make an appointment to print off two pieces of paper. What a joke!

I was shipping a snowboard and gear back home to California and the employee that helped me was extremely nice and accommodating with a unique package.

The customer service is great. The employees are always really nice and helpful. However, I was very disappointed when the copy machine automatically changed the entire format on a document I worked hard on for a project. I didnt notice until I got home and didnt have time to go back and re-do it. I feel like this shouldnt be an issue considering they overcharge for copies.

Phenomenal customer service!! Kirk (Mason) was an awesome help and was very determined to help us leave satisfied. Big shout out to the staff there who was overwhelmed on Labor Day but were laboring away. Great place.

Literally was trying to unload a prepaid box to drop off exactly at 6pm and wouldn’t help. Locked door in front of me and walked away. Highly rude.

Some how management thought it wise to staff with one employee (Kiefer), doing a great job. Unbelievable!! He did an a admirable job, running and all, but they could have used 3 people

I love this place! They greet you when you walk through the door. The staff is always helpful. Also, they have always delivered my packages on time and give me a call if they have any problems.

I live in west valley but drive to this location because their employee Kiefer has always offered such exceptional service & today was no different! Despite how busy they were today he still took the time to make sure I was taken care of.

I got a few things laminated for my business. They gave a specific wait time. So I was able to do my other errands instead of waiting for the machine to heat in store. They also cut all my pages perfect for me today. Normally they give me the roll. They went above and beyond today.

Went in January 3 at 9:30AM to get some proofs to make sure font size/layout of my project looked right and had the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. As a graphic designer I have worked with several printers, both large scale and at centers like this, and have never been treated so poorly. As soon as I walked in the two women working acted as though I was interrupting their day. When the self-serve machine wouldnt read my drive I asked for help and the older lady acted like I didnt save my file correctly, then walked away. The woman at the front desk was no different, I asked for her help in the self-service center and she clearly had no interest in helping and just said we cant know why its not reading your flash drive. I will definitely not be returning to FedEx Office for future projects as neither the employees nor the equipment seem capable of handling even the simplest of jobs.

I very politely asked to pickup my print order which was paid for and ready to pickup. I was picking up a presentation for a meeting that I was going to be late for. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and made me wait in a line with people who were getting large orders printed. She then gave me a hard time for even asking. I had arranged everything online and paid online so I could get in and out quickly. This will be my last time using this location. No excuse for that kind of customer service. If you preprint online etc you should be able to grab your order that’s ready to go without waiting in a long line with people who didn’t prepay preprint etc.

Just got done with a great experience on a rush job. Employees at the fort union location went above and beyond to help me get what i needed. Thanks again!

The employees at this location seem to have other things they would rather be doing and at a different place. They were not very professional or friendly and it felt like it was an inconvenience that I came in and asked them to make copies for me. Too bad as it is the closer location to my work but I will be going to the one on Redwood Road from now on. They always do a great job and do it with a smile.

This is a pretty standard FedEx office location. The staff tended to be slow to help, but were friendly all the same. Price point is rather high, considering there is an office supply store a couple of doors away.

My package was sent standard. I was quoted and paid for 2 day shipping. You people lost my business for good. That package meant alot to me and the recipient. Go USPS or UPS folks. Their people dont treat you like an inconvenience either. Ive only come to fedex as its closer to my home. Jokes on me I guess.

Had a large (600 sheet) set of construction plans printed and shipped here for my company. The same woman Crystal, kept me updated throughout the printing process and worked with us on getting everything billed and shipped correctly. Over all very attentive and helpful staff.

Everytime I come here to print fliers for events I promote, what should be an easy 15-20 min visit turns into a huge ordeal of faulty printers, multiple defective/discolored prints, broken paper cutter that destroys my good prints, etc. The colored printer for the computers has had a print defect for 2 years (even after they relocated) it takes several minutes of waiting in line while your being charged computer time per minute, then you email fedex your templates and it takes almost 10 mins for them to receive an email? I left without being refunded due to being frustrated. So much pocket change wasted which adds up over time so fedex can screw their customers off of micro transactions. This place is not for the working promoter/designer. Go to alphagraphics or somewhere else that has good equipment.

I am extremely pleased with how fast they shipped my package. It was supposed to take 4 days and it arrived in 2! And I didnt have to pay extra money for the fast service :)

Worst customer service I have had.I went in to scan about 70 pictures on to a disc. I have done it a few times before and knew what to expect. An employee showed me they have a new machine now that can scan them on to a flash drive. I say great lets do that!After spending an hour and a half scanning and croping I let him know I am ready for him to show me how to put them on the flash drive. He comes over and cant figure it out and in the process all those pictures I scanned were erased.I have a six month old baby and staying there for another hour and a half to scan pictures just wasnt possible.I wasnt mad at the employee things can happen but I got upset when I talked to the manager. She said that I could pay 70$ to have them scan the pictures for me but they wouldnt be as usable as the ones I had just done. I said you really wont work with me on. That price? Your employee just lost my pictures. I worked on them for an hour and a half. She then said that I could have lost the pictures by myself. Which I didnt. She Said it takes so much time to individually scan pictures that she couldnt budge on the price. I said I know. I literally just did it, my time is valuable tooAfter getting more upset with her. She did admit that she doesnt know how to use the machine and neither to her employees.Then why would you put it out for customers to use?!I know things can happen but I was EXTEMELY disappointed in the way it was handled. I ended up having to get someone to watch my baby while I went to another store to scan them all over again.Terrible experice and I will never go back to that location. Warning: the staff does not know how to use the new self scanner so proceed with caution.

No stars. Been to two Fed Ex stores to print a label. The first store and employee stood with me to do a label. Come to find out she gave me the wrong info. The second store to correct the mistake told me they only ship out packages. Told her i needed to fix the label, hoping I wouldnt get charged again. The employees did not know how to get everything together on my visa card and a lost item being shipped back to ME. She said they only ship packages OUT. No one could help me again with my label... was told to call fed ex support. Did that while sitting at the store in front of the computer. Support couldnt help me. Called technical support when I got home they couldnt open an account... told me to go to one of their stores. Im soooo frustrated with their incompetent employees, support systems cant help. Venting to the max.Shouldnt be this hard

Customer service was wonderful. They packed and shipped my package for me, and prices were decent

They have no idea about copywrite law and will pretty much do anything and everything to prevent you from proving them wrong. I had the copywrite info up and on my phone, said they refused to print for me because it wasnt written permission.

They answered all my questions right off the bat and helped me print an important Greyhound ticket

My mother went to FedEx Kinkos Fort Union on my advice. Service was DISPICABLE. The guy there didnt help at all. He said that he couldnt and wouldnt make a copy of music that was copyrighted and rudely walked away and wouldnt even allow her to use the copier herself. It is not copyrighted anymore. Classical music used for a noncommercial purpose with unnamed publisher. PUBLIC DOMAIN... I went to Cottonwood FedEx Office to meet my mother there and Ashley was AN ANGEL!!! She SAVED THE DAY... GO TO COTTONWOOD or HOLLADAY FEDEX OFFICE... FIVE STARS FOR THE COTTONWOOD OR HOLLADAY FEDEX... ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE FOR FORT UNION!

They cant do anything for anyone ever!!! The manager is brain dead staff is nice but the manager is completely useless. Will never be back. Worst fedex office ever.
