Have been a customer for many years. Both for myself and family. I would say they are my first choice for used appliances. Never had an item fail. They do offer a warranty on what they sell. Best dealer in Oklahoma County.

Part worked perfectly. Not impressed with the mask signs, almost ordered online instead of supporting a local business.

Washing machine quit yesterday. Called Stevens this morning. Hauled in my machine myself saved some money on the service call. By the end of the day it was repaired. Awesome service, friendly and fair pricing in my opinion. Definitely will use again and recommend.

I have purchased a fridge and two washers and dryers (for different houses) from them. Prices are awesome, they deliver, and they stand behind their products. They sell refurbished and used items at great prices. For example I paid $350 for a Side by side fridge with ice/water in the door with a warranty (that price is as good or better than used + the warranty and delivery made it an easy choice. Same thing for washers and dryers.

Ive purchased 2 washer dryer sets and a refrigerator from Stevens Appliances. I had a great experience each time. They are honest, fair, and super nice people!

I have bought several washer and dryer pairs (sold cause I have moved a couple times) and a refrigerator and they have all lasted with no problems. I bought the fridge 10 years ago and it is still running strong! I will highly recommend this place!!

Customer service needs some serious work since they have absolutely no concept of communication.The fan motor went out on our freezer and we needed a new one so we called Stevens and they told me that the order would be in the next day and THEY would call me between noon and 1pm to let me know if it actually came in. I never received a call so I called them at almost 3pm and thats when the VERY rude young lady informed me that it wouldnt be in until the next day. So I had to find someone else that would have the part. Im sorry, I have a family to feed and cant really afford to replace the $200 worth of food that would have gone bad by that time they received that part. And why would this lady yell at me when all they had to do was call when they said that they would call me to let me know if it had been delivered. This all could have been avoided if the business would have just done what they told me they would do.I marked 5 stars so more people could see this and avoid this business.

If youre in need of an appliance, please support this local, family-owned business! I grew up in Midwest City and theyve been around ever since I can remember. My grandparents have bought their appliances from here since they moved to Oklahoma, my mother still has her washer/dryer that she bought from Steves 10 years ago, and my grandmother had a set from Steves last her 15 years or so. I just bought a house in OKC and I needed a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. I immediately knew Id go to Steves!First of all, theyre super friendly and helpful. But my favorite thing is that theyre HONEST people. They dont try and force shinier, newer things down your throat, they dont try to convince you to finance and theres zero hidden fees anywhere. The price is the price with a delivery fee and tax. It is so refreshing to have this in a business this day in age! Any other big box store treats you like a walking dollar sign - Steves definitely does NOT! And not to mention, the prices are probably the best in the area. They really cant be beat!They also sell quality products. The family would never put anything on their floor that wasnt going to work. They really take the time to fix everything up so its like new again. My refrigerator, washer, and dryer are up and running with zero problems. They deliver them to you and help you set them up, they dont just leave you high and dry. All in all, if you need an appliance please give this business a try before going somewhere thats only going to charge you an arm and a leg. If youre like me and just want basic appliances, this is definitely the place for you!

I bought a gas dryer 2/24 and right out the gate didnt work and I had to wait 3 days before the fixed it .... And it broke again same issue and again have to wait. Not to mention they literally colcked the gas pip on.i spent $250 bucks on a pos I feel like I would had about the same luck or maybe better using Craigslist and been cheaper. DONT WASTE YPUR MONEY HERE!
