I had this at 5 stars. The process they gave was easy. The guy there chris was very nice and very attentive. I buy a car and start driving home. Not an hour after i buy it it breaks down on the highway. I had to walk 2 miles to the closest auto shop where they told me theres nothing i can do. Ive been waiting over an hour for a tow truck or some kind of something from them and nothing. This has been the worse sales experience of my life and i wish i could rate zero stars.

If I can give this place no stars I would. They try and put you in what they want to put you in. You dont get the option of what car you want its what they want to put you in. Then they had the nerve to tell me the car I want I cant afford. How do you know what I can afford?. It aint what I can afford its what Im willing to pay and Im not buying a car thats overpriced. Yet alone buying a used car thats triple the price. Thats highway robbery and I aint about to pay triple the amount for a car thats more then likely trouble from the start. Avoid this car place at all cost they shady and rude. Never again will I return.

Horrible car company. They turn your car off after 3 days of not paying. They beg you to leave good reviews before leaving the dealership with your new car. Overpriced, do not work with you.

Gets two stars because Neil was a great salesman. This isn’t about him. It’s the manger that will lie to you about the worth of your vehicle. Then claim they can’t do the trade in because of out of state plates. Which if you know OK right now, there’s a lot of this going on. Drove over to Greg Darnel in OKC. Got an even better deal, said the plate thing is BS. Def wouldn’t recommend this place. So do your homework and know your vehicles worth.

Do not use the service department!!!! They pad the bill. I got a quote for a simple oil change and tire rotation for 65 dollars. My wife took the car in and when she paid the bill it was almost 20 dollars more than the quote. I spoke to the manager in the service department and he said to bad. He couldnt/wouldnt help me. Never use this service department.

Buyer Beware!!The used truck sale went well, good truck, good price.However, there is NO 3 month warranty provided by Joe Cooper! (It’s a myth and a lie)I had rear brakes fail after 2 weeks and was told “well they past inspection before you bought it, so we can’t take care of it.” My thought of a warranty is way different than theirs.Buyer Beware!!

Bought a Ram 2500 August 2020. Blake in finance sold us Cars Protection Extended Warranty at time of sale. Researched Cars Protection warranty and discovered bad feedback about their coverage, so cancelled policy 3 days after sale (after digging through Cars Protection policy online, found we had 10 days to cancel for full refund). Worked with Blake, finance at Joe Cooper Edmond, through entire cancellation process. 7 MONTHS later still getting same answer..... todays (3/29/21) text from Blake....I do not have an exact eta of when it will arrive but it is being canceled for you and is still in their hands for processing. Going to contact Ford Corporate to see if that helps us get resolution & our $2,900.00 refund.

It was a super easy experience. I started my car papers online the night before. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I got home I had my mechanic check my truck. He found the air filter was missing. I took it in the very next morning and they fixed it right away. When I left the dealer the check engine light went on almost immediately. I took it to a car parts place to have them plug it in and now an oxygen sensor needs to be replaced. Oh bother!

Lucas helped us and was not super friendly and rushed us. However the Mexican guy who’s name was either Juan of Jose was super friendly and we will be doing business with him in the future. Highly recommend the Mexican guy who was very helpful!

My car got repoed because I was behind two payments during a Pandemic Covid 19 where multiple people have been struggling due to job loss, even after just paying them 553 on the 21st of April. And also submitting documentation that I was furloughed. Then when I talked to the account manager Kevin going back and forth with him about them repossessing the car. He told me I needed to pay 703 to get my car back that’s including the recovery fee. So I go up there and the rep tells me I can’t get it that particular day even though the manager was aware we were on our way and he decided to leave. So after explaining the situation to the women that informed me we couldn’t get our car and asking for the person over the account manager Kevin several times. The GM decided to say we need to leave because we are causing a disturbance due to there were two customers there again mind you we had asked for whoever was over Kevin and also asked for corporates info and we were told we couldn’t get that information. I left as soon as he said that and told him I would be back the following morning. I called the following morning and I’m told that I have to pay 13,000 the total amount of the car to get it back. All because the GM got mad. So not to drag on but having 3 kiddos and the way they miss treated us especially when several individuals are struggling right now during this time, I would never recommend this company. They will treat you will the utmost respect during the processes of purchasing the car but once your in the car, there customer service is absolutely horrible and they are in no way a company that values there customers and customer service! Please be aware!!!

My daughter and son-in-law bought a mini van from their easy credit to accommodate their growing family. They had put down $2000 and after 8 weeks the motor blew. The van was still under warranty and joe cooper wants another $3000 from them to fix it. My daughter is 8 months pregnant with their 4th child, they dont have the extra money to deal with this. I wouldnt recommend buying anything from them if this is how they treat their customers

Second time buyer will not buy from again, first car was greatly taken care of, this car I have, from the start seemed off, no wonder having finally seen the interior interior. Ive seen directly they dont appreciate the satisfaction of me paying 440 every month for a ran down, corroded, rat lived, car. In the beginning of this purchase I brought it up multiple times but the negotiations that met were unsatisfactory to their terms proclaiming I was no longer under the coverage of the vehicle So in that neglection I also began tending to this vehicles wounds one by one the punches of the leftover degradation of the lousy dealerships success at making a happy customer. HONESTLY IM NOTHAPPY, THIS CAR IS THE WORST CAR IN MY LIFE, IM24, 24. AND IN MY TIME IVESEEN CARS FROM EL RENO HAVE BETTER FORTUNE THAN THIS CAR, attempts to get just a yes or no answer from a mechanic who by the grace should know the location of any if that not at least possibly know the potential dynamic essentials under the bonnet of a standard nissan juke, when I know there is a blueprint for every model type . Instead i was told to drive 150 miles for a guy to even judge the outlook of the part, in 2 weeks.... furthermore Id digress and just state the utter dissatisfaction as a buyer, consumer, oklahoman,and human being. What American allows another mans child to go home in a rattlesnake of a car. If I could zero stars at this point. At this point Im just paying the same head amount for a pos so for you future customers Chive on to a better option, because they are all smoke and mirrors, baby.
