I went in on Black Friday after receiving an email offering 40% off in-store. Of course it said see store for exclusions. When I went to the store no-one I talked to could tell me what was 40% off. I bought a gallon of paint that I needed. I got 40% off. Being a good price, i went back and got 3 more gallons. This time, after the paint was mixed, I was told oh by the way, I got in trouble for giving you 40% off. I will give you 20% off. I complained on the companies Facebook page, and they deleted the post! Every item I have priced lately is cheaper at Ace and a good portion of time Bloedorn is out of stock anyway.

I was looking for information on a little minor lighting project that I have coming up and didnt have any plans to buy anything today. The gentleman who helped me took all the time necessary and did not rush me in any way. I will be returning to Bloedorn Lumber Company to take care of this project. Good customer service!

If I could give them a lower score I would. Very poor service. Not very eager to help. Only willing to do the very minimum. Never experienced such openly rude people.
