Havent been here in 4 years and the place is still the same. Good selection of things inside, fairly ample parking and there are a few food choices nearby, plus there are a couple hotels within walking distance. Not a bad place to stop for your 30 minute break or to shut down for the night. Im not much on gambling but there are also a couple casinos nearby, one is attached to the convenience store.

My RV stalled on me right as I was leaving the gas station on a 97 degree day and the manager let and my dog sit in the lounge area until the tow truck came. The cashiers were very sweet too. It’s small moments like that that really help you through tricky situations. I’m very grateful for them.

This gas station could use a little TLC. The bathrooms were definitely on the dirty side. This location had truckers lounge and casino. It had a large selection of coffee, soda and food. Some of the food wasn’t even stocked on one stand. There was quite a long wait for customers too.

We stopped here a large caravan of ppl filled up with gas SEVERAL cars and got munchies pulled to the side and an older lady came out and told us to MOVE we were blocking traffic was very rude! several trucks pulled in while we were there with no problem!she then proceeded to call the cops because we didnt get moved fast enough! The manager came over and apologized but told us that we were a traffic hazard!! we will never stop again!

This place has gone downhill majorly. Pulled up to a pump for gas on the way to Billings and the card reader at the pump didnt work and it wasnt marked on the pump. When we went inside the station to notify the cashier, the young gentleman told us Oh yeah we know it is and had a very uncaring attitude about it. On top of this, the bathrooms always (and always have) smell like urine and are dirty. The customer service is absolutely horrid.

Rude customer service from the manager. I had to exchange a phone charger I purchased here and he started griping IN FRONT OF ME to the cashier about now having to do more paperwork. Oooh big deal, PAPERWORK. Hahahaha

Its a good location with a (beer only smoke free) casino inside. Theres always been a parking space pretty decent lot size with a walmart about 2 min away walking. Theres also a casino (that sells liquor) laundromat/self serve dog wash across the street over all a good place to park. Theres no lines but everyone seems to play by the rules. Its always a preferred place for us to park when we go thru Montana.

Management is very lazy and very rude to the customers. I dont think she enjoys her job at all. I saw alot of people leave because of her and her rudeness!

Our car battery died while we were taking a break at this stop along our current journey. It was late and no one was parked next to us all night, so we rested and figured we would ask whoever pulled up next to us in the morning.A car pulled up next us, we noticed it was an employee and asked for a jump from her. My boyfriend told her that me and our 5 puppies had been sitting in 30 degree weather all night cause our car was dead. She rudely said no and wouldnt move her vehicle at least.Unfortunately it represents how we were treated by most of the staff during our visit there. Short and rude and not welcoming :( hope to have a better lighter experience next time....

When I went to this store. I had rude customer service from an empolyee. I like getting gas from Town Pump anytime I travel in Montana but this employee made me feel belittled. I love Town Pump but Im will not be doing business at this particular store.

Every time I drive through, I plan my trips around going to this gas station and getting something to eat and drink inside. Friendly employees.

Sorry to complain but toilets are a glaring health hazard. Everything else seemed ok.

What is it, I thought I came to the pilot. It turns out a town pump. The most terrible place. They have no service at all.
