I have just purchased a Sega Hang On from Pinball and Games. The support I received was absolutely fantastic, I asked for the machine to be shipped to the UK, I thought there was no way they could arrange that, well how wrong could I be, because 2 weeks later I’m now playing an arcade classic that I haven’t experienced for over 30 years! The staff checked the machine was fully working and soak tested it prior to shipping. About a year ago I purchased an arcade machine from this place the transaction was bumpy as it seemed the owner of the company was hesitating about selling me the arcade machine to rent out to a local business. I was told many different things about how the machine would look and work however when we had it delivered to the local business the machine was in a horrible damaged condition with the wrong label on top, and a missing wall prong for the plug. I called the manager Michael to ask him what happened and how we can fix it but he got angry and acted very unprofessional over the phone, finally I was able to get a full refund however was still charged for the delivery fee.

Mike has helped me get my two JJP dream games, and gone above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with my purchases. Hes a man of his word, and that kind of trust is few and far to come by anymore.I cant say enough positives, from his always around availability, quality shipping, game selection, and overall likability!One day I hope I can head over that way, shake his hand, tour the new gameroom at Automated, and go grab some Meatball Heros with him too! :)

Recently purchased two new in box pinball machines from Mike Daddona. An AFMR, and. Dialed in LE. I couldnt begin to tell you how great of an experience It was from start to finish. His showroom had lots of games to play, and there was never any pressure to buy anything. Hell, I had to talk myself out of buying two games!! That didnt exactly go well, lol! Dropping $17k on two games was nerve racking to say the least. At the end of the day, no regrets. I now own two grail games!Hell most certainly be getting my business from now on. 👍

We use this company for our vending machine services at work and they always re-stock the machine with snacks that expire within a month or two, they also re-stock our machine with brands that weve never heard of and if we are lucky to get Doritos or some known brand is because they will soon expire. I find it really sad that you would do this to your customers specially when weve been dealing with you for so long. This has been going on for at least 3 years, and we are currently looking for a different supplier. Every customer should matter no matter how big or small the company is.
