Needed a few things. Didnt know they were closing. Couldnt use coupons even tho one just came in the mail.there was nothing left on the shelves but junk. Usually its one of my best stores to go to. Had no idea it was closing. It was a wasted trip to Milford. ☹☹

Bed Bath & Beyond has always had great coupons and that they never expire. I love the fact that they sell drug store items as well as all the home goods, bedding, kitchenware, kitchen small appliances, candles, towels, frames, they always holiday items too.

This place was once a great place to just come and shop but now it went downhill. Customer service at this location is horrible. So much negative attitude from them. Glad its closing. Will gladly go to another location.

I went to the Milford store. This store is closing within the year. I saved a lot of money on products that I normally would buy. The last time I went I saved 60% off.

I live in the ft Lauderdale area half the year.. I love these stores.. this one same quality.. store is like eye candy to a chief or someone who loves to cook... You will buy higher quality product and they will have a selection.. one stop shopping for the person who keeps everyone happy😀😎

I ordered a shower head online for in-store pickup. It was ready when I got there & I used the 20% off coupon I received by email. Courteous, helpful employees. I definitely will shop there again 👍👍

People are very helpful and give you advice about the product even if youre not asking for it which is very, very professional,,,,even when you call them up and ask them about the product they are very helpful. I hope my Bed Bath & Beyond never goes out of business!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! No employees available on floor to check up prices. After waiting more than 10 minutes the “employee” cause the lady that “came” did not have an ID or something that can identify her as employee came with this attitude and not even say sorry for the waiting she just walked in front of me and leave me there and ignore me. The only employee that tried her best was a cashier named: Zelenia she tried to call someone. Without customers the employees will not have a valuable job and Bed Bath and Beyond doesn’t shows me that they care. Cero stars because customer service is the key for success.

I go in, they have what I need, I get out quickly. They always send coupons that make their prices competitive. Stores always clean and organized. Selection is great.

Everything is pretty astronomically expensive so I only ever come in when I need one item and I have a 20% coupon. Its hard to find an associate on the floor most of the time, but when you track one down theyre usually pretty helpful. I always have an unfulfilling interaction with whomever is manning the service desk though. I imagine its because they dont have a great support system so its easy to get overwhelmed when someone has a question or problem that is a little more challenging to answer or solve. Im guessing a culmination of all these things is why its usually completely empty on the rare occasion I do go to shop there.

My family is a regular, loyal customer at bed bath and beyond but was treated terribly at this individual location and will not be returning. The cashier gave us attitude when asking a simple question and the store was extremely disorganized.

Went to this store in search of an item I found online and needed right away(I’m a last minute shopper). Just with my luck, the shelves were empty but online it said in-stock. I asked an employee working nearby for assistance finding the item. She ensured me that if it was infact in-stock, she’d find it in the back, just to give her a couple minutes. After about 15 minutes, she returned with the item in hand! I could not be happier with the service I received. I took this employee away from her work area and instead of saying she couldn’t find it, she took her time and made a last minute shopper happy! Thats what I call customer service! I’d like to add-on that upon walking into this store, I couldn’t help but notice how organized and clean it was. I pushed my cart down the aisles without bumping into anything or wheeling over anything(like I hate in other stores). Also all the employees were very nicely presented. Good job Bed, Bath and Beyond! This was my first time at this store and I will be returning. And thank you for your help again JESSICA.

I went to buy an advertised product on sale. The product was not available but the help I received was #1. Ronald/Donald was extremely helpful & curteous. He truly went above & beyond to try & find the product.

The International foods section is amazing! We were able to pick up quite a few fun things that we have been looking for, such as Aromat, blueberry jam, and Aero bars. Everything else was easy to find. I picked up some really nice rocks glasses, and there were plenty to choose from. Our cashier was nice and friendly. Id happily go here again.

It is clean, organized and huge! It takes beyond to a new level with cosmetics, protein bars, some snack food, cleaning supplies, etc.

Love BB&B. Id give it 5 stars if they had larger dark chocolate selection. Girls gotta have their chocolate!!!

I have to say I was very disappointed in service here. First of all I was buying one thing. Second of all there was a huge line of about 15 people with carts filled with multiple items. So I went up to the return desk and said would you mind checking me out here, I have one item. She said in a very pissy way no maam that wouldnt be fair to anyone else. She wasnt doing anything!!! This ladys name was Emma, Im very dissapointed in the service!😠
