I got a custom made glass for my coffee table top. I looked up various places and finally settled down with Area Glass. We left very pleased and satisfied with the job quality and customer service, specially Jacob. I accidentally got the dimension wrong but they replaced it at no cost. Great pricing and high quality work. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I live near Framingham and was looking for a place close by to repair the screen on a screen door. A few days ago I called about eight places in the Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, and Natick area. Only one place picked up, it was going to take them a week to repair it and another place went right to voicemail. Still havent received a call back from them. A friend recommended Area Glass. Theyre a little father away but I called anyway and a woman actually answered the phone! She also answered the phone a second time when I called for store hours and a third time when I checked to see if the screen door was finished! Amazing! The work was done in two days at a reasonable price and they did a great job! Would highly recommend them!

Professional, & courteous customer service.My cracked windshield was replaced as stated without any issues. All stickers and responder put back in place as before. Front desk associates were helpful and pleasant. The shop and waiting areas were clean and tidy.A pleasure to do business here! They seem to understand that customer service still means something and that my time has value too.Hopefully, I will never experience another cracked windshield, but if I do, I will not hesitate to use Area Glass again. I gave the wrong measurements and the piece of glass was too small and i brought it back days later assuming id have to pay for a hole other piece, nope.. both times the man was very friendly and good attitude and very quick where i am in and out.. my neighbor had referred them and i think they are great!
