These photos don’t do justice for the amazing balloon garland that Melissa made for our white party 40th birthday photo backdrop area. In addition, Chris was amazing at delivery and went way beyond the call of duty to help us set up the photo booth area and was so nice and sweet to work with. They helped us make our birthday party fundraiser for Milford Food 2 Kids successful and we’re so appreciative!

Called to require about balloons for 50th wedding anniversary. The girl who answered the phone was so rude. I didnt even continue the call. I was reading some of the reviews. Just read their responses to the negative ones.. Outrageous! Unprofessional and rude! I couldnt believe what they responded to one customer. They will not get my business!

The staff was really helpful in helping me decorate for my daughter’s first birthday party. They have tons of choices and everything came out perfect! I will definitely use Beach Party Balloons for all my events going forward.

I was there Saturday the website said they have a retail shop and you can go and choose what you need. Nobody pick up the phone and I drove 1 1/2 hour to get there and the lady said they don’t do it right now. But they don’t update the website.And her attitude was not right I hope they like Spanish language. Update the website so the costumers don’t have bad experience

We have had 3 wonderful experiences with Beach Party Balloons. They provided centerpieces for my in laws 50th wedding anniversary in 2018 and we were very happy with everything. We used them again for my baby shower in June 2018 and again, everything was beautiful! We most recently used BPB again for my daughter’s mermaid themed 1st birthday in Aug 2020 and we were blown away by how beautiful everything was! Especially the custom mermaid tail balloon arch! I was placing an order from out of state, and I called to see if the online availability could be changed at all. The gentleman who answered the phone was so nice! He offered to replace some balloons in the bouquet with other balloons that had champagne bottles, as the bouquet was for an anniversary. My parents were thrilled with the finished product (I bought a large bouquet and it WAS large!), and mentioned that the delivery person wished them a Happy Anniversary. Great customer service!

COURTEOUS ~ KIND ~ FRIENDLY ~ HIGH RATED CUSTOMER SERVICE ~ GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND -I’ve purchased from BPB many times in the last 4+ years. Always wonderful courteous service, the balloons speak for themselves and the balloons last! One time, a few years ago, I arrived and sadly the shop was closed during normal business hours. I called, left a message because I thought maybe someone was on break. The owner called me back immediately and let me know she let the staff go home early because it was slow. She was incredibly kind. She had a staff member come back to the shop, open up, filled my order and I was on my way. Very thoughtful and went above and beyond.

I needed a unique birthday gift for my daughter and Beach Party Balloons came through by delivering a fun bouquet of balloon flowers and a unicorn to her at her job. She was both surprised and extremely happy! BPB did an amazing job, their service was friendly and they went out of their way to make the delivery happen the same day. They made an awesome balloon tower for my business’ 1-year anniversary. Other people I’ve known have used them for more elaborate decorations and it’s some seriously amazing stuff. Can’t recommend them enough.

Super disappointed that they forgot to deliver my 40th birthday balloon arch. Someone did show up 40 mins after I called to ask where they were and delivered a small balloon bunch. They did also issue me a credit after, it was just disappointing to not get what I had ordered for the party. I had even spoke to someone one week prior to the party. :-(

This experience can be summed up in four words: unprofessional, rude, sloppy, and dismissive. After having no record of my order despite my receipt, the staff members were extremely rude to me and threw my order together last minute causing it to be wrong. I asked the man multiple times if he understood what I wanted but clearly he did not. Yet, they thought it was fair to charge me the full price for this order. I will not be using this service in the future.

We ordered balloons for my sons 2nd birthday. We bought bundles of balloons for the tables and they had all the colors we asked for. We also had them make an arch and a couple of matching stands to go with them. They deliver so that made it very easy.
