Lovely place for Pool, Billiards and general game room products. They have a wide assortment of Pool tables, cues, dart boards, card tables, etc with lights and fixtures. I bought a set of pool cues from online but had questions about weight and tip that my online retailer was not able to answer nor address. I only had the option of returning the items with me paying the shipping for both ways. Encore answered my questions, measured and inspected my cues and gave me all related pertinent info. They knew I bought the equipment elsewhere but they gave me straight forward advice. I appreciate the service and will try to give Encore my business. Check them out. I was pleasantly surprised.

I purchased my Brunswick Madison pool table from Lynne 30 years ago and I’ve been a happy customer ever since. Over the years I continue to go back to Lynne and Dave for all my gaming needs including a Darafeev game table and chairs, wall-attached bar, pool cues, wall attached cue holder, and pub chairs for our kitchen peninsula. I’ve been extremely happy with Encore services which have reupholstered six chairs and dismantled and reassembled my pool table several times as I relocated. I continue to go back to Encore because of their vast selection of high-quality products, their deep expertise and advice, and their commitment to stand behind their products. I enjoy visiting the store to simply look around and usually come out buying something fun, like a briefcase of poker chips, water-proof playing cards, a jigsaw puzzle of cereal boxes, a funny sign, or a cute light fixture. Most importantly, I have recommended Encore to my family and friends, which is the biggest endorsement of all.

A pool table is one of those purchases (for me anyway) that you really dont want to take a chance on, and after my experience with Encore, Id have to say they did about everything I could have asked for to take the risk out of the process. Of course a ton of knowledge on anything you could want to know. Lynne really took the time to understand my personal situation and gave feedback to help the decision-making. The room I had maybe wasnt perfect for an 8 table by the standard rule-of-thumb measurements, so I figured Id go for a 7. After talking it through, she shared some great insight as to why an 8 probably was a viable option for me when I didnt really think it could be - and I was going for the custom made table where the 7 and 8 were the same price, so its not like this was an upsell. End of the day, super happy she spoke up because the 8 really does fit beautifully and the quality of play is excellent. Highly recommend.

Encore billiards was great to deal with from start to finish. They helped us get exactly what we wanted and saved us form ourselves on a few decisions. Lynn was fantastic. While we have not completed a purchase as yet we left the store with all of our questions answered and feeling very confident we were on the right track. Very easy to work with, and totally prepared to keep our 4 year old daughter entertained while we chatted.
