After waiting 20 minutes to get in the store ( 2 employees at the entrance keeping track of the number of customers inside) I saw other customers walk right in and the employees didn’t say anything to the customers and just said to each other that people are ignoring them. There wasn’t enough help inside even though there was still less than the 26 customer limit. I bought 12 items on the “buy 3/get 3 free sale & they charged so weird that I didn’t realize until I got home that they overcharged by $25.00+ tax. Some items full price, nothing free and rest either 33 or 50% off. KNOW WHAT THE BILL SHOULD BE BEFORE GETTING TO THE REGISTER!!!! Weird way they price sale/“free” items.

Called your store this morning to ask a simple about the availability of a product in your store. Julie answered the phone and stated it would be hard to say if you had any kaleidoscope fine mist spray because it is part of the semi-annual sell. I was put on hold for 13 minutes so I hung up and called back and the same person answered and said she came back and said no and no one was and she called back and told the person no there was none available at Milford. Thing is no one came back when I was on hold and no one definitely did not call me back. Do better with your customer service!

Scented candles that actually scent a room! Plus samples of everything in a variety of sizes and samplers of everything. Frequent sales and new scents are also a big plus

New location in the mall and store interior is so beautiful. Had a wonderful experience in the Milford CT location with Alejandro. Very personable and helpful. Prices are great and their candles are the best. We use all their products in our family!

The manager basically followed my husband and I around. Relax hun, we are cardholders and we are hard working people. We waited at counter for some time to cash out, while the manager continued to stock shelves. Horrible customer service. Do better!
