This place absolutely sucks!!! Not only was the man at the service counter LATE and had me wait, but he was also rude. Not to mention when I came to pick up my car in the afternoon they HAD LEFT AND LOCKED MY KEYS INSIDE OF MY CAR. So I had to call Triple/A to gain access into my car. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Very disappointed with the new structure of this dealership versus seeing the old employement that used to work there. Service was better and the group of the old employees that magically all disappeared at once where better out of the years that I’ve been coming here. Not to mention was not to pleasantly happy with the outcome of one of my vehicles that was damaged in various places and unfortunately the dealer did not repair them. This dealership needs to do a accurate correct re-organization

Was there just 1 day ago. Have always bought brand new cars including bragging to my friends and family. Always drove the best of the best.Went in to buy out my lease and they gave me a hard time plus they wanted to charge me $2000 on top my contract agreement. To inspect my vehicle they wanted 2 inspections at an extra $2000. When a week ago an inspector inspected my car and I was informed it was in perfect condition. There was no deal that was agreeable.I was able to keep my vehicle with a successful outcome with GM dealer, without any additional fees just $599. I will not recommend them again. I am done with them.

I drove 8 hours from Virginia to come see a vehicle they had online, just to discover it hadnt been cleaned, or had its initial safety inspection done prior to me arriving. I gave them a 4 day heads up (specifically to their used sales manager), gave an initial deposit, and yet he never came to greet me or thank me for driving all that way.Mike was great to work with but very unimpressed by the professionalism of the dealership.

This has to be one of the best places in the world to get your car fixed or looked at. Today my experience with super amazing. I met with a lady named Kimberly Danato and a man name Jarred Yates. They were so cool. Kimberly like the service advisor or something and Jarred is the Lot Associate. They were so cool and she help me out and so informative.I was proud to be here today thanks guys.

I actually purchased my cars out of state at a different dealership however I did start going to these guys for service when I moved to Connecticut. Their service dept. is awesome and their quoted service times are always accurate which is a really big deal to me. They were also very patient with me when I had a ton of questions about my truck. They are located on a road that seems to be filled with dealerships and mechanic shops but Bobs is the only place I will go to when I need an oil change or any other work done to my truck or my wifes Buick Enclave.

I had purchased several GMC cars from this dealership over the years. In 2012 I purchased a Buick Enclave. Car had been great until last few months. I brought the car in to service with engine light on and the car had shut off on me on the Merritt Pkwy. Had the car towed to GMC and Bruce my tech told me the battery needed to be changed and they replace the timing cover and the thermostat. Two weeks late same prob. Car shuts off and I got the car towed again to GMC. Bruce now tells me its the fuel pump. We change that and two weeks later the same problem.. I bring back the car to GMC and Bruce tells me he has no idea what is going on with the car. After spending so much money on this vehicle and the problem not being fixed. I am disappointed and I complained to GM and I was told that Bobs GMC of Milford would call me to discuss this issue and NO ONE ever called me. I have a great disappointment with GM and Bobs. To this day my car isnt 100% and I will not buy another car from this dealer and I will NOT recommend to my friends and family to do business with this dealer. How can a dealer not know how to fix a car that they sell? They are suppose to be professionals. My guess is they never knew what it was and took my money and the car probably never need those repairs. Customers be aware. Hopefully this might help someone out there. There are many bad reviews about Bobs GMC of Milford.

I recently brought my 2014 GMC Terrain in for service at Bobs Buick GMC. I just wanted to say that the customer service I received was exceptional. My oil change and rotation took no longer than 45 minutes, and my Service Advisor even surprised me by having my car washed for me at the end, free of charge, which I was not expecting. I will most certainly continue to bring my business to this location!

Truly, Ive never had a problem with this dealership. This is my first Buick, and even though I bought it somewhere else, I always bring it to Bobs (always = all three times in two years Ive needed to bring it in), and Im always happy when I leave. Today, Mike in the service department installed a turn signal bulb for me so I wouldnt have to sit and wait for an appointment!! Excellent customer service!!

I am currently deployed overseas so I had my wife go look at a used truck in the lot. The salesman was not welcoming, not very knowledgeable and did not seem to take her seriously. Unfortunately, for them we could have paid in few that day. They were unwilling to work with us on a price, or offer the same military pricing that other dealerships instantly offered. Very disappointed with the lack of courtesy showed by the salesman, especially when he didn’t even clear the seats off at his desk to offer a seat to my wife.

I cannot believe a reputable business would not have a receptionist to answer phones... it is soooo unprofessional and aggravating to be calling a business for information and questions and no one ever answers the phone and this is not the first time... it is ALWAYS. I have been calling all morning without one connection to a real person. What are they thinking???

I want to thank Lourdes for such great services. She helped me tremendously in helping me get the car I wanted. Even with that she called me a week later to make sure if I am still satisfied with my purchase as well as if i had any concerns she can help me with. When I addressed my concerns which was just the concern of the brakes making a noise she quickly had me speak to service for an appt. Come to find out my car was just fine after bringing into the shop to inspect my concerns. I truly thank Lourdes(sales) Miguel(Manager) as well as the staff in Service department(sorry for not remembering tech name) for such wonderful service!! Im in love with my Car!!

Horrible horrible place. My boyfriend went there this month looking to purchase. He got approved for the loan, they got him a deal, signed the all the paperwork and he took home the car. In under 3 weeks they ( not even the person who made the deal with him because conveniently he no longer is employed there,I wonder why?!?!) call back and say you arent approved you need to bring the car back ASAP!!! They are all liars and crooks and will do anything to make a deal no matter who they have to screw in the process. Then have to nerve to give attitudes and be sarcastic when things dont go their way! VERY HORRIBLE PLACE. It needs to be shut down. Now a days you have a lawyer present with you when you go to these high end snakes!! Theives!!!!!

I only gave this place 2 stars because at the end of the day I needed a car and they got me one . However the workers are not all the professional . I do not know much about cars and there is a sales finance employee named skyler who made me 2 sec away from going to the dealership and talk to her face to face . I ended up speaking with supervisor who was very nice and listened to my complaint / issue. He then handed me over to Val another sales finance rep who helped me out . I did not end up getting good news and now I had to call back (2weeks later) and get the issue with my 2013 Altima fixed because I should not be having the issue I have . they try and tell me I dont have warranty but I should...I feel like they tried to scam me . Hopefully the supervisor gets this fixed, at least he wasnt an ass . Oh Val wasnt either :) I will never buy a car from them again tho .

I purchased a vehicle from Bobs Buick GMC on February 16th 2018. I decided to return the vehicle 3 days after I purchased it. I was told by the salesperson Allen Young that the finance person Scarlett was out that day. I returned on February 23rd and once again I tried to return the vehicle. I wasnt able to return the vehicle but I was made to believe I might be able to get into another vehicle. I was told that I couldnt get approved unless I put a large sum of money down. I wasnt able to which I find very strange because I was able to get into the vehicle I was trying to return with no money down. Anyway to make a long story short I returned the vehicle to the dealership and asked that my contract me cancelled. Unbeknownst to me my contract wasnt cancelled. I just found out today that I am still the owner of the vehicle I returned. They have refused to cancel my contract with the bank even though when I contacted the bank where I got my bank loan from and explained my situation to them the supervisor of the bank told me that it is the dealerships discretion to cancel my contract. But he would be glad to talk to someone at the dealership to come up with a solution. I was also told that if they refused its because they dont want to pay back the bank because they would lose out on making money. So now I feel that I am forced and bullied into having to keep a vehicle I dont want or need. When I went to the dealership today to have Scarlett the finance person call the bank to cancel my contract she said she didnt want any part of it and refused to call the bank and so did the manager Miguel. When I told the salesperson Allen I wanted to speak to the owner I was told the owner wasnt around. I really felt like I received very bad service. I felt like I was scammed and given alot of excuses .Its a shame that Bobs Buick GMC would rather make money at a customers expense than to rectify a issue that they are capable of rectifying if they chose to do so. I would not recommend any of my friends, co-workers or family members to buy a car at Bobs Buick GMC. They really dont care about the customers. All they care about is making money.

If you ever have a recall i strongly suggest going to a different dealership. Had a recall on the front valve cover on my 2001 Buick Regal and never had a problem before this. Now i get my car back and it is leaking oil not only on the front they just replaced but also the rear valve cover. Go back and tell them this just happened since they worked on my car and they will tell you that is not their fault and try to convince you to pay them 900 for something that takes 4 hours of man hours and 50 dollars in material. Now currently trying to see if they will even look at the front valve cover they screwed up. Do yourself a favor and buy a Japanese car and avoid this mess of a car company they call GM and a dealership like bobs.

2 Years ago I bought a 2015 Denali Pickup, that experience was just as I expected. We came to an agreement, I took delivery . Nothing more and nothing less. This review is not directed to the sales team,they did their job. They didnt do anything above that either, not that they should have.This review is directed towards the service department. A few months ago I received a call from Bobs service team informing me that my truck had a service recall that needed to be taken care of. I took the day off of work and took the truck in. After 4 hours the service team called me to pick up the truck and told me that they have no idea why their team called me because the recall had already been done the last time I came in for an oil change. They also said the person that calls on the phone to make appointments doesnt usually check to see if the work has already been done. So I took a day off and wasted 4 hours for nothing.Last week I called to make an appointment to have my oil changed and the tires rotated. The service person told me it would be they are having a deal now and it would be $39 for the oil and $9 for the tires to be rotated total no extras, and yes I did ask if that was the final price. I agreed to have the work done .I talked to my wife and we decided that while the truck was having service, I would take a walk up from and see if I could negotiate a new Denali .When I got there to drop off the truck, The service writer told me it was going to be well over $100 to change the oil and rotate the tires. and that was without a balance. I told her the price I was quoted and she said the person on the phone doesnt really know the prices and should have told me it could be more depending if I need more oil than normal.I dont appreciate being told one thing by someone and then up charging me when I get there. The person on the phone should know what needs to be done to the cars they service. Period !I took this quote from a response from Bobs to a negative review Please understand we aim to be as clear, honest and upfront as possible with all of our customers. We would like to hear more specifically about your experience and make sure your receive the service you deserve.Note to Bobs, you might want to change that statement because it isnt true. I dont know what you pay the service person who doesnt know their job, but if I did buy a new truck from you Saturday, it would have pay their salary for the year.I plan on buying a 2017 Denali Pick up this weekend, It wont be from Bobs

My 1st visit there with my 2010 LaCrosse. Service department people, especially Deedee, were very polite and professional. I will be back.I bought this car used, two years ago, with 40,000 miles. In two years I have racked up an additional 60,000 miles on this car. All of them TOTALLY trouble-free. My last two cars were both Mercedes C-Class. I am now a Buick believer!

I cant say enough about my great experience with Bobs Buick gmc service department. I recently purchased all new tires from them for a great price that they matched when I showed them a quote from a neighboring dealership. After three weeks I hit the worst luck when I woke up to a flat tire before my work shift. I called Bobs and they actually sent a tech out to me to replace the tire in my driveway. They didnt charge me labor, took my card over the phone and gave me a great deal on the new tire price because they knew I had just been in there. Life savers! Will come again

The worse ever....from beginning to end they love to talk but dont deliver especially the salesman Mario dont waste your breath talking to him its always your fault...customer service hahagaga....less than a year I need brake pads, rotors, tires and of course its my fault dont have to worry about me..its sad because I know so many people and they Like the truck but when they ask me where I got it I say Bobs Buick GMC Milford and I would NOT recommend them...so my cousin went to another dealership to get her Arcadia.. and my aunt went somewhere else to get her Enclave.. it doesnt pay to give customers poor service...because they wont come back or recommend😠

I would like to write that this is a place where you should not do business me and my fiance Brittney Mackie traded in a vw jetta and a down payment for a 2017 Jeep renegade and were happy only to be contacted saying needed a co signer after having sign a deal they cancelled it so we took it and got our vw back the were told that we would get a check in the mail for our deposit its been a month still no check and all their online phone numbers for bobs Buick in Milford CT are not updated cause they dont work gm really needs to look at this place just filed a complaint hopefully corporate will do something

This has to be one of the worst GMC dealers I have ever been to we came here to make a wholesale purchase dealer started adding on paint protection all this other nonsense adding into the price that was an agreed-upon everyone but our new salesman who started that day was extremely rude . My experience at Milford Buick was outstanding service. I arrived at 8:30 a.m, and the service was very efficient. They gave me a rental so I didnt have to wait around. I went to go eat breakfast with my gf, they told me it should be a couple of hours to put the automatic starter in. Not even a half hour later, i get a call from Mirwais Hotak telling me the car was all set. I couldnt believe how fast the service was.I strongly recommend to get your car fixed, or detailed at Buick Milford. Ask for Joe, or Mirwais Hotak.

Worst place to bring your vehicle. 1st of all their a Buick dealership and I bring my Buick and they tell me the have to run diagnostics which coasted me $125 on the vehicle to see whats the problem, I give them the okay and they call me and tells me I need a new battery and the battery will cost me $275 I tell them I will buy a battery and put it in myself they tell me no I can buy the battery but their putting it in for a fee of $75. After that they call me asking me what was done to the car because they couldnt find the problem so I explain what I thought might have been the problem. The mechanic Brian mind you was very RUDE and sarcastic told me he needed to put it on another machine to look into it further and that will cost me $400, after all that he never found the problem, I was told I needed to pay $414 in order to pick up my car and the car was never fixed and so I had to tow my car out of there without it being repaired. I was given 2 pieces of paper explaining to me what I already explained to them as the cost of the visit. Worst place I have ever been too. NEVER again and I will spread the word! These people are SCAMMERS!!!

I would not currently recommend this dealership for sales or service. Although I have heard many bad things about this place from others about shady sales tactics and shoddy service, I threw caution to the wind and purchased a brand new GMC Sierra 3500 diesel from them and got a great deal. I was very satisfied with them in all aspects until my last service visit last month. I brought my truck (that I purchased new here) in for service. I had an email from bobs dated 2/24/15 saying I was entitled to two years free oil changes... I had recieved these oil changes for free for the previous year with no problems, but this time the service writer questioned the offer.. I showed him a copy of the email and he said he would not be able to honor it because the offer expired... (There was an expiration date on the email which was obviously erroneous, AND they had honored the deal for a year already so why have a problem now???) He got the service manager involved and after going back and forth he eventually agreed to give me the free oil change just this once... When my vehicle was finished, they gave me paperwork and had typed in several places that there would be no more free oil changes... I didnt have enough time to go back in and argue the point that day, but did get ahold of GMC about the issue, and after several days, they too offered no acceptable solutions to this matter. While the service writer I was dealing with was friendly and just trying to do his job, I am beyond pissed that I spent 50k for a brand new truck there, got an email for two years of free oil changes, and now they refuse to honor commitments that THEY made... Like I said before, I was completely satisfied with this dealership up until this happened, and now I want to warn everyone of their questionable business practices. I run a business and if I made an error, I would NEVER go back on my commitments made to a customer because thats the right thing to do... The retail value of the remaining services to be performed (diesel oil changes @$100/each) is about $300-$400... Is it worth that to lose a valuable customer for for future vehicles and service and now Im telling everyone I know about my bad experience there???

Recently I was loading 2x4s into my 2012 Acadia and damaged the screen of the stock radio. I got one used online and installed it only to find it was locked. So I went to Bobs and spoke with a sales representative as the service dept was closed at that time. He said the service folks should be able to help me. So the next day I sent my wife in to ask to see if they could unlock the radio. I wish I had went in myself but I had to work. Apparently the service technition was not happy about this situation and was vocal about it with my wife. Who, had no idea what was going on other than I asked her to go speak with the service desk to see if they could unlock a factory radio. We got this car there three years ago and the sales staff was excellent. We have sent friends there for both service and sales. We will no longer go to this place. The technition should have been pulled aside and spoken to. I have done this with my staff at work. You dont treat a customer let alone a woman like this. If you cant do the work....then just say it. If you are upset about having to do something you dont want to then just dont do it. Its that simple. Not once was my wife told what we SHOULD HAVE DONE. It was just attitude about replacing the radio and thinking we were doing the right thing and how each part is linked to the vehicle VIN number, etc etc. It ended up costing us $115 to have this done. Honestly, I would have had no problem with paying this amount If the attitude was not present. But because my wife had to go through that I feel terrible. There is a recall on the acadia and they wanted to work on it. Not a chance. I will drive to whatever gmc I can find even if it miles away. Good luck with your business and staff.

Worst dealership ever they sold me a Ford Explorer it was a bucket after 2 weeks of having the car things started to go wrong and each time I went to them I had to pay $100 it seemed as if they were doing something to the car to get me to go back there so I than asked if there is anything we can do to get me out the truck they said I had to wait 6 months I waited a ur than tried to go hack and trade the truck again they say oh u have to wait another 6 months so I decided to go to another car dealership to see if I can trade it there when they looked up the car fax it said structural damage when I went back to bobs of Milford saying I was going to go to the dmv the begged me not to and now they can get me into another car so I gave them a shot they got me into a car but than lied to the bank saying I was getting into a fully loaded car which it was not so the bank wanted nothing to do with that car dealership anymore than the nerve of them to ask me what did u say to the bank they not gonna get me the loan the dealership calls me saying I have to return the car after I signed all the paperwork and come get my truck after cops were called I just decided to go ahead and give the car back get my truck and get a lawyer I won the case so they had to pay me my lawyer and pay for my truck because I than gave it back to them so they can pay it off well again they do a scam they call the bank and tell them not to contact me but its been about 8 months and not yet have they paid for the truck its on my credit report for being 8 months behind gotta contact my lawyer again. They are crooks never ever ever ever go to this dealership. I wish I can give them a negative 10 they lie to get u a loan and than ur paying way to much for the car
