Locally owned and run cheese shop with other dairy, pickles, salsas, and knickknacks from the area. Of course you pay for unique and customized items. They were decked out in autumns finest.Brother-in-law enjoyed the pickle halves. Patrons were raving about the cheesecake. Wish we could have tried it but not on the diet.

I was at a farmer’s market earlier today with my mom and sister when we bought some cheese from this company. It was the A.B.B.I.E. one and a TOTAL hit! Everyone who tried some loved it!! I didn’t have any of it myself, but I did appreciate the ingredients listed and how organic and natural they all were. Totally recommend this place if you’re looking for some well made dairy products- good work! :-)

I love going to local stores and supporting local business with quality products. Great cheeses from the Jersey cows, creaming and full of flavor. KOA ally made and excellent flavors. Many samples of the cheeses and many other foods and items including a great cheese cake with home made whipped cream. . . . Soooo good. The shop owner was full of information about the products and very friendly. My kind of business.

This is the perfect place to create picnic baskets and purchase Unique gifts for friends! Local products abound, the highlight being their award winning cheeses. They are one of the original cheese makers of the area. Really nice products...We keep going back for more!

They have the WORLD’s BEST cheesecake! Enjoyed the Cinnamon Honey, too! Owner was friendly and helpful. Wish we lived closer, but will definitely be back again.

Great selection of cheeses, cheese curds and other products, including cheese cake, sauces, jams and jellies, crackers, pickles, maple syrup and honey, baked goods, etc. They even have locally made pottery, soaps and lotions. A great place to put together gift baskets, too!

Reciently found Cooperstown Cheese at the Ramsey Farmers Market. The cheese is fabulous! WeEspecially liked the Jersey Girl and blue cheese varieties. The market is closed for two months. I will need to find a supply before then.Perfect with a good red wine.Ferne

Tasted their cheese at the garlic festival and purchased a few kinds. Wish they were closer, we were super impressed. The Sweitzekase and the Abbie were some of our favorites!
