This is my favorite consignment store. I drive all the way from Lebanon to go there. It is very neat & clean and has such a great variety. The staff is very friendly. They even have certain sale days and have such good deals. The turnover of items is really good so if you havent been for a week or two it is almost an entirely new selection. I never leave there disappointed and always have some really nice things.

This place is never open when the website says ITS OPEN !!!!ANNOYING AS ALL GET OUT !!So dont make a trip there unless you call first...but they never answer the phone either... so.If their business is doing poorly..you know why...just saying..

Will never step in the door again. Apparently you just have to know that you cant get 50% off on their sale day unless you are over 50 because their sign doesnt say so. Woman was not friendly when telling me this either.

Prices can be high try to catch on a half price day

CONSIGNEES......BEWARE! This place is a scam! Imagine taking items on consignment from hard working Americans just trying to get by and NOT paying them a FAIR TRADE FOR ITEMS given to these shysters!!I trusted them to resell OVER 80 pieces of clothing 90% designer and high dollar AND 6 PAIRS OF EXPENSIVE knee high boots and these quacks hand me $31.00???????! I combed their store and not one of my items remained.Nothing but confusion when I stopped by 3 months after drop off, they tell me they have no documentation of my bringing these items to them....until I showed the written notice given to me when I mistakenly trusted them to resell and be fair with my things!AND ALL ITEMS THERE ARE OVERPRICED! You can find items NEW FOR LESS. A REAL JOKE: Twice RIPPED OFF!

Some items here are pricey but theres a lot of cute items here if you look. I visit pretty often.

Absolutely unproffessional and unwilling to help. I came in for the first time trying to open an account for some clothing that I wanted to try and sell, when I entered this lady ( I assume was the owner) told me thatA. I needed to make an appointment andB. I needed to present the items on a hangarWhat I found so irritating about this was there was no one else in the shop and Im sorry but that seemed rude that the woman just couldnt do it on the spot when it would literally take five minutes. Other stores and consignment shops that are much nicer would be more then happy to do that right then and there. Secondly behind the desk she had probably more than 200 hangars just against the wall. Empty. Ready to be used. I myself buy pretty nice items and am willing to resell. The Loft. Coach. Michael Kors. Because of this ladys rudeness she will never be getting any bussiness from me.

This is not only the worst consignment store, but it is by far the worst business in general that I have ever worked with. They are extremely disorganized and unhelpful. They are not upfront with the way they do their business. The failed to inform me of their No Thank Yous and got rid of some of the things I dropped off without my knowledge and I received no payment whatsoever for those items. Also, every time I have called to check my account balance, the book with the balances conviently seems to not be there, and they have never called me back. I have had to make multiple trips to this store to make sure they have even put my items out on the floor and to check my balance. I have also yet to see any money for my items I have dropped off. It has been such an extreme hassle to work with this disorganized business with exremely poor customer service. I would recomend going to any other consignment store such as Platos Closet or Snooty Fox which do a signifcantly better job than this store.
