Great store, great people. Just wish 7-11 went back to their original coffee setup - always fresh and tasty. Not like the new industrial coffee machine with the garbage coffee and flavored syrup - yuck!!

Good coffee and Friendly staff. Lines move pretty quickly, parking lot needs some work though.

It’s 7-Eleven what more do I have to say. As a kid from Staten Island, when they opened a store near where I lived... free slushis.. how does it get any better!!

Love this seven eleven more than any other in the area, they’re always prompt and clean with excellent service. Without a doubt one of the best establishments i have walked into, everyone is very well trained as well as always ready to help customers with anything and everything.

First time in this store and it was not a good experience - I love that 711 has hazel nut coffee so I decided to go to 711 for it I usual go to west haven or hamden Any way I’m making my coffee I taste it I say good it’s not burnt guy who I later learn works there saids coffee not burn it’s fresh I’m like I know and I find myself explaining to him how I mix my coffee - he goes backs to lady he works with and said I said coffee she makes. Was burnt - she gets mad at me for asking her to wash hands and I was trying to get the 5/4 deal on the chicken buffalo I saw her wipe her nose and handle recent in trash before she was going get my food - she accused me of always coming in there giving them hard time this was my first visit ever I usually have no time for a work break or go t Cumberland farms - she Didn’t believe accuse me of lying about coffee and coming there before I didn’t get food but still wanted my coffee - so I paid for coffee this is my last time coming here - what a crazy negative experience all I wanted was my coffee - I love west haven 7 eleven and I’ll just go there even if I’m running late - - I had a right to ask her to wash her hands why get mad and take it personal when your doing good and register and wiping your nose - I’m sure she wouldn’t want me to handle her food if she was me -

Staff was always polite to me and offers to make you whatever food you want. Facility is clean and well kept.

I said hi to the person who worked there. And she didnt even say hi back. She just stared at me. Im not going back until they improve.

Purchased 2 breakfast sandwich’s they were hard as rocks super disappointed I also purchased a donut it was dry and tasted 2 weeks old do not buy any food at this location!!!!
