Excellent, you can always find what you are looking for. And if you buy online it is cheaper. The elegance and quality cannot be compared when you are looking for something specific. The employees are always very nice and it is always relaxing to go to the store and see.Good music by the way! Relax!

Found the perfect frame for granddaughters birthday gift, no one else had that size. The framer, Jennifer, was meticulous. Her attention to detail was stunning. She placed my print in the frame, cleaned the frame.. Want something framed Hobby Lobby is the place. There was a 50% off frame sale going on too.

They have the biggest variety you need for all your crafts, DYI projects, decor, and nicknacs you could desire. I always get way more than I came for and never regret it. My most recent purchase.

One of the biggest and well organized hobby lobby Ive been in on the north east. Amazing fabric choices, lots of home special season home and everything option you can find. Went 8n there and there was a 50 percent sale on practically everything seasonal. Did all my Christmas fall and fabric shopping.

I love the fact that Hobby Lobby stocks model making supplies. When I need X-acto blades or CA glue, they have them. A good resource, and near by, too!

Ok so this is basically 1 of my favorite go to stores for ALL of my DIY Projects they always have an wide array of choices in store and the associates are super helpful and nice, the only reason they didnt get 5 stars is even though they have.a.great selection of items they sell out way to fast so its alot of going back and forth

When I want something unique, this is the place I can go. It has crafts and deals I cant find anywhere else.

Fantastic store. Everytine I go it is extremely clean and tidy. The staff is extremely nice and always points you in the right direction. My only issue checkout is often very slow due to only 2 cashiers.. Need more cashiers!

First time visiting the store my daughter loves shopping there. So Iwent with her and to my surprise they had a lot of things there and they were having a fantastic sale 30% to 50% off

Place was reopened and had a lot of in stock items. They have a little bit of everything from signs to crafts . Well worth the trip even if just to explore .

Can i just say that by far I was in awe with the amount of home decor items they have.. Deffinetly will be going here to get all my house decorations!

Jennifer was absolutely awesome in helping me frame two puzzles that had odd dimensions. So glad I traveled 1.5 hours in hopes of framing my puzzles. I left that store extremely satisfied. Jennifer is a great representation of the New Milford store. I will certainly be back. I hope she is recognized for her awesome customer service

Always able to find what we need and assistance is great when you can find an employee. The only drawback is sometimes youre going to have to wait to check out even if business is slow

Watch the prices at check out, item CLEARLY marked as Sale/Clearance.. & the cashier just rang them up full price. I made mention of it n she said Well it didnt ring up so just pay for it n then go see a Manager for an adjustment......??? Doubtful Ill come back here again..

Once you get there, you go straight to talk to the receiving manager. He will ask you to break the seal for him and he will tell you which loading/unloading dock to use. Unloading process is very smooth and fast. So far one of my favorite stores to deliver goods.

I love the selection, prices not bad. The store is clean and well stocked. My only issue is that the cashier hand enter each price, and do not know sale items. I had to tell her each own that should have been discounted. It made the experience less pleasant.

I think Hobby Lobby is the best crafts store. Very organized and clean. They have a great selection of everything and what ever type of craft area you are in, they have all the accessories there also. Just a fun and creative place to shop. Their stores are closed on Sundays, FYI.

They have sale signs up near stuff thats not on sale and rhe items thats on sale is in small print. Staff not very pleasant either. I will not be back. I over heard a conversation at the customer service desk with a customer and what they call a manager very disappointing. Even if the customer was wrong it should have been handled a bit more professionally.

This place some many interesting items. My cashier could have had a better attitude;however, that will not stop me from returning.

Not much has changed in their product selections.. But they do have a 40% off going on throughout the store..

They had what I was looking for. The store is a bit overwhelming and I passed many employees and no one offered me help.

I brought my wife to this store and she said Michaels has got nothing on this store. Really nice

When you need tools, and you don’t wanna spend a ton for what you need to finish a project or to have a tool on hand just in case. This is your place. I mean, the prices are without a doubt, the lowest you’ll find. And they have everything from nails to generators to welding equipment. Batteries are THE CHEAPEST PRICE anywhere. I only get mine from here. I will never buy batteries from any other place. And, everything I have bought from the first time I shopped there over 5 years ago is still working hasn’t broken and is like new. You at least have to go and look around if you haven’t yet. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Their coupons are the best. Im like a big kid in the candy store.
