Costco is always so busy for a reason, because everyone is here! The more people are shopping... The more crowded it will be. If you are going to pack your entire family into the car to go shop for an hour or more, its a safe bet that everyone else in town had the same plan, except me. Its easier to get in and out with a smaller party of only one or two people, especially if you share a cart. I leave the kiddos home and plan my trip so I only have to go once a week to get it all done. Some other members have told me they come several times a week because they are bored and enjoy shopping. I love my Kirkland Signature products, but once a week is enough and more efficient for me. It can be tough to stick to your list with all the great new products that show up each week. Pick up a whole pizza for the family and enjoy it at home!

I used to come to this Costco but I had to go to Waterbury because these people are so rude, every now and then I’ll be in the area so I will stop by and nothing has changed. I was returning my AirPods today and I have to wait about five minutes for her to call other staff members using their phones to check if the product I’m returning it’s not a fake one. This will be OK if they do this to everybody, but there were a few people in front of me who didn’t have to go through this

Costco is great, the best!!! It may be very busy at times but patience will get you through the super store. Great savings on everything including clothing, shoes and jewelry and much more.

Just joined and it was buy 1 get one free on the muffins so I gave a pack to my daughter and she had to throw them out they were full of mold. My daughter went and it was buy one get one free on the bagels. She gave me some and again all mold

The organic eggs I bought until 2 months ago were delicious. But the organic egg I bought 4 times in the last month was very bad. Eggs were stale and smelled very bad.

Bro where is the sandwich salad bundle for like 7 bucks that is the best deal ive ever seen in my life since the rotisserie chicken. Other than that costco is probably the greatest store of all time they got the best deals and so much of everything i love you costco ❤ dont play games with me tho restock the sandwich salad combo and i swear ill never go to walmart or walgreens ever again 🙏 please im going through withdrawals

This place stays busy and packed all the time and with a wide selection of everything., workers are extremely fast and get you done in a flash, cant beat their $10 pizza!!!!!. The biggest plus is they sell car batteries (interstate brand )which is top of the line batteries for $89.99 not bad considering everyplace else sells car batteries that run $189.this is the place to buy quality car batteries for the best prices ever.even the returns counter is amazing fast. I was in line at returns counter with about 20 people ahead of me and got out in about 15 minutes. Only complaint. ... membership is more expensive than Sams club,but no sams club in surrounding area.

This place is always such a madhouse. I dont know why but there is a lack of flow that leads to a chaotic situation at times, especially when samples are being offered. Unfortunately, I avoid going here unless I absolutely have to because the savings arent worth the anxiety.

I was blown away when I walked into this store. Its a massive warehouse for almost everything. It’s also shocking I’ve never been here before until yesterday that my friend and I had to go get a carton of wine for a friend. The prices are pretty moderate but there’s a condition to it; you need to always come along with your Costco card anytime your coming for a shopping visit. There’s a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking for the differently able.

Costco pizza is truly special. It’s loaded with cheese and has a fluffy crust, but the price value is the true selling point!

Very happy with the health alternative groceries. Wished they carried much more organic produce. Large bags of organic frozen fruit and organic vegetables and being able to buy in bulk saved me from repeated runs to the grocery store during Covid times and bad weather.

What can I say .. I love Costco! They have great customer service. Every time you go into Costcos you greeted and you feel like youre part of a family. My whole family goes to Costco to purchase food, dry goods, frozen food, animal food and they have a great selection of clothes and health and beauty. The Milford Connecticut Costco also has very inexpensive gas. We make a day of it. We have lunch at Costcos and sometimes we just go to Costco just to look around. You cannot beat Costcos return policy. I highly recommend anyone to join Costco because the benefits are amazing. You can save so much money just in the gas prices alone.

Great location, plenty of parking. Very friendly, and helpful staff. Produce is fresh, seafood is fresh and declious as well! Only complaint is the coffee grinder - there is only one and its not in the best shape! I also wish this location could incorporate self checkout for customers with a few items.

Costco is a great place for the middle-class lifestyle where we stock up On things we don’t need it.I guess there are exceptions. At this Costco you could get a huge bottle of vodka for $11.89; this bottle normally last me three days.Casco is a place for explorers because you can find new products especially food products that are not sold elsewhere. For example I just picked up some Norwegian bread. I believe Costco gets these things for members before they become mainstream.Costco has some of the best electronica deals. I got the five camera Arlo pro two 2 set for $300 less than Amazon. If you find deals like these by them immediately as they sell out that day.There are a few overlooked things at Costco. One is their gift certificates. You can get gift certificates here for local restaurants for a very good price. The second is there $1.50 hotdogs. Don’t judge but I love them.I am a pathetic person and I finally have a “pro tip” for Costco. The gasoline lines have extended hoses so you don’t have to pull up on the gas side of your car .they will reach around to either side people will get in line and wait for 20 minutes thinking they have to get to the right side.This was dictated from my phone sorry for any grammar mistakes.

I love Costco. Wide selection of well-vetted products. Excellent meats, fish, produce and baked goods. Well-trained staff. Adjacent gas station with good prices. Well worth the membership fee. Annual rebate based on your level of spending.

It was my first time in a long time but I love the fact you can find different depts eye, jewelry, I can get something to eat. I really enjoyed myself.

We dont have a Costco account but his mom does...he got new glasses...they were a great value...while there are a few things it would make sense to buy in bulk I have groceries delivered so i dont need to go out to shop in stores...Costco was crowded...people were too close...

Its a great wholesale fully stocked but the disappointment is cleanliness, especially this virus pandemic time. They need to keep their toilets clean and the whole restroom. Each toilet is a mess always the floor too.

Great Costco. Easy to navigate parking lot and get to the gas station. Wonderful selection and liquor store.

Its a good store with matching prices and selection. They have a liquor store as well. The gas station there has reasonable prices. The parking lot can get packed, but Ive never seen it at over capacity. Its easy on and off of the post road because of their own traffic light. Near a whole foods and trader joes for more specific items

What a great place. I have been a member since it opened. The store is clean and well organized. The employees are awesome in this store. Great moral and many have been working there for over 30 years. The employees care and are led by a great team. A+++

I arrived at 9:00 a.m. for the senior hours. The parking lot was not at full, but it was a large group. All were wearing masks and trying to socially distance. They had Kirkland toilet tissue and Bounty paper towels. Did *not* check for disinfectant wipes or sprays. I recommend you have a list and stick to it so you may get in and get out. I left at 9:40 and the parking lot was full.

I easily found the items that I wanted. Although the lines were long the cashuers were very efficient.

Love Costco! They ALWAYS carry best products, best quality meats, ALWAYS stocked, organized, clean and busy. If you COME on the weekend be prepared to wait for a while on long line but there fast paced. They open up alot of lanes to hurry up the process. They have good prices and discounted items. Good way to buy in bulk.

I would have rated 5 stars but the lot tends to be hectic and the store is crowded so the lines are a bit longer. Gas lines can be particularly long. Besides that, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, good prices and selection.

Beware! You will want to buy everything. Great customer service and great prices.

Admittedly I am writing this review out of frustration with the customer service system so not a reflection on this individual warehouse. My situation is that I purchased items online and needed to do a return. That return was stolen off the porch. You you would think resolving this would be easy. Not at all. No way to email or chat. Waited for ever on hold when called. When into warehouse and asked customer service desk for help. They put me on the phone. The representative had never had a stolen package situation. So Im standing at the desk 35 minutes later waiting for her to get an answer from a manager. She needs to go to yet a another department. I politely told her not worth it. It is very clear Costco has real issues handling what should be easy to resolve issues.

Only one problem, its not close to my house, so I only get there once a month. Have to say its Worth the drive. Never leave withouthaving a hot dog. Only time I eat one. Every thing they sell is top line, always get my phones there. Best deal.

I like to go to Costco to purchase .But last week was terrible shopping.I went to Costco to buy dishwashing soap on Thursday morning. I can only buy one bottle. I want to know that we can only buy one bottle for restaurants use ? Is Costco not the wholesale store . Is limited store . And the lady at the self checkout is crazy . She was asking me IS the soap limited . Didn’t she must know the product more than me . Why she asked me . And she was running to check . Really? We （All my family have 4 different members card) has been the Costco member at least 10years and we pay $120 every year to purchase in Costco . Then That was how they treat their members as thief .

Cant wait to have a local Costco in East Lyme, CT.Great items at fair prices. KING CRAB LEGS ARE A MUST. FORGET Lobster, king crab legs are 95%meat, no heavy shells and bodies. 1lb per person is plenty. All cooked just heat in the oven at 325 degrees, in a dish with a little water covered with foil. When you smell the crab, it is ready. Cut the shell with kitchen shears.

Great place to shop bulk as well as household stuff and worth paying for membership. Would surely recommend to get a membership!

Crowded on the weekends with very little covid protocols being followed. Seemed like store was at full capacity with people walking everywhere. Im not sure why there was a limit on water when there wasnt any at BJs. There are much better and nicer places to go then this Costco.

The store is very inviting. From the moment you arrive at the entrance, youre usually greeted by a friendly staff member whos checking your membership card. Its very clean, neatly organized, and you always find what you went there for originally plus a little extra. Hold on to your wallets/purses. Im always tempted to buy more than I went there for.Prices are very reasonable and the quality of their products are outstanding. I have membership at BJs as well but Costco beats them hands down without a doubt. I brag so much about this store to my family and co-workers, they all ask me if I am a share holder. Im not. I just appreciate good service, quality food and merchandise.

The best place to shop. Since the beginning, when they were in North Haven, I found produce, meat and other food items to be exceptionally fresh, no spoilage. I had a large family back then. When they located in Milford Ifound their concern for freshness and keeping everything clean, even the ladies room.I realize the management has to be complemented for their skills in keeping up with the demands of handling the size of the store inside and outside. The skills of the daily workers show knowledge and care for their positions.When a company, such as Costco, is good to their employees, the employees are loyal to the company and treat the customers with guidance, if needed, and respect.

With all the major purchases, they usually offer a complimentary extended warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty. You also get free support.I know I sound like an employee. Im not. I feel a company that provides service like this should get kudos. More companies should appreciate the fact their customers make their company go... NOT their shareholders.Keep it up, Costco!
