NOT SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY!!!Went here with my service dog and was immediately harassed by who I can assume is the owner. Telling me Dogs are not allowed even though I told him he was a service dog. He followed by changing his approach and saying it’s because some people have allergies and would serve me outside the window we’re there were cones an caution tape because they no longer served people through the window. I asked if anyone has allergies and he continued by deflecting and telling me I’m being difficult and he would serve me at the window even though I’m legally allowed to be in any establishment with my service dog and I let him be aware of this. He brushed it off and kept saying he’d serve me outside. 0/10 would not come to this location again!

Always loved Carvel since I was a kid still taste the same good ice cream

The ice creams are incredibly good. The portions are big. Excellent COVID 19 measures. There is a seating area in the parking lot. It is not the most romantic place, but who cares as the quality of the ice creams is so good. It is Carvel.

I mean its Carvel. Cant go wrong there.

Ive been coming here for close to 35 years and its never been bad. Even brought friends with me that didnt like carvel and they had a great experience. Mint chocolate chip. Enough said.

Every time we try to go to this ice cream place the girls working the window between 8-10 have the poorest attitudes and they always close about a half hour early. Tonight they’re supposed to close at 10pm. We arrived at 8:45 and were greeted by clearly annoyed overworked girls behind the window yelling out at everyone that they were closing early. Unacceptable. Do not attempt to visit this location past 7:30pm. It’s a waste of time.

Was truly disappointed today they served me melted ice cream that looked nothing like the advertisement !

Terrible service. Closed window in my face and trapped my finger. It really hurt. Instead of helping the worker laughed and just left. All I wanted was a banana barge, and wound up stuck in the window for a whole night while crying and freezing. When she came back to open up the next day, she finally opened the window and threw an entire fudgie the whale in my face. Terrible service.

Ive been eating ice cream cakes for my birthday for years! They chocolate crunchy bits are the best.

If I could give a zero I would! They always close before the posted times and all I needed was an ice cream cake out the fridge. No work from them and they keep telling me they are closed, 15mins before the posted signs and online says they are supposed to be closed. This happened to me two nights in a row. I’m super annoyed!

A little pricey in my opinion but very good ice cream so I guess you get what you pay for.

Even under these conditions carvel still prevails. Just great ice cakes since Ive had them in 1970 my 1st time.

Said it was open when I got there light were on all workers inside but they said they werevclosed

Friendly service and great treats for kids! My niece and nephew love their birthday cakes!

One of my daughters has a life-threatening peanut allergy and they were more than accommodating! They made a beautiful cake for her and her twin sister on their birthday and then another for their birthday party/sleepover. She was so excited to finally be able to eat her 1st ice cream cake after 11 years!

Always love this place. Best soft serve you can get in my opinion.

Okay The 1 star is for service not the Ice cream itself. I have been to the carvel in Milford many of times, there is one female there that is super nice. but there is one female brunette that is the most angry person in life. she totally hates her job and doesnt like kids. I bought my kids in for Halloween. She never said hello. she never smiled and my kids stated she was very uncomfortable. she will never be able to serve me again. I was going to call and speak to a manager but I think this is better.

If I could leave less than one stars I would. Place is dirty, staff is NOT friendly at all and the owner clearly does not care about his business. Would not recommend even to my enemies

Go somewhere else. Skimpy servings. Average ice cream.i was very disappointed in how little ice cream they consider a scoop. The young man at the counter was adequate and seemef .pained and akward with forced politness. The owner seened like your average first generation immigrant taking advantage of everything the Democrat liberal America gave him when he came here. The ice cream flavor recipes can be safely printed in big letters on the wall. Nonone will be stealing them. Not bad, but no different from the economy store brand at your low end grocery chain. If this aounds like i am going a litle overboard reviewing an ice cream store, consider that its been a couple years since treating myself to a chain ice cream cone and after a particularly rough week saw this near closing time while avoiding traffic jam on I-95 (alternate route)after paying over 6 bucks for two scoops on a waffle cone (2 day old at least) i got maybe 3 tablespoons of ice cream each scoop at best. Taste was average at best. Waste of time.
