A weird paper sign is posted for the name, like that xerox paper on old printers that you have to remove the sides. Otherwise the inside was great.

Good solid shopping, I will say that some days you can find some things others they are no where to be found. I believe they sometimes get what other stores dont or cant sell. This means you can find some real gems and discover things you didnt realize you wanted but then be bummed out because it was a one off or month off product.

I live in Florida. I am up in NH every 8-10 weeks helping care for a lovely lady. I shopped yesterday and your beef meat cuts were great and the prices also. Never had a problem with your meats, produce or deli dept. Little disappointed with the lobster price. We were paying $9.99 then 10.99. I would love lobster before I leave after mothers day.

Biggest issue with this place is its a lottery system for most items. You basically cant expect anything specific. My other issue is the outdated card readers, I shouldnt have to talk to the cashier to get them to give me cash back come on now. Also this place services like 50 towns so its always obscenely full, so I guess who cares what service they offer right? Thats the feeling I get.

Walmart was out of my baby boys formula so after being stuck in the line for 40 minutes we flew over to Market Basket to get some. It was 8:16pm, they close at 8pm. I called and they let me right in to quickly get it. I was so happy & grateful because my vehicle is down and I cant get another ride to the store. Good but busy location right off 101. Can be hard to get in and out due to the parking-lots design. Store is well stocked and clean. Can be hard to navigate around the store which always adds time to my shopping. Staff are nice enough and prices are affordable.

My absolute favorite market basket!

Went to this market basket because it it on our route . It is smaller than most and figured it would be easy to get in and out because it would be less crowded . They have a mask required post on the door to go in but noticed so many ppl not wearing masks I felt unsafe.i asked the cashier on the way out if they would sell to ppl not wearing masks and she said yes they do

I think this is my favorite grocery store on the east coast. Prices are reasonable but sometimes difficult to find things but the staff always happily direct me correctly to what I want. Their produce always looks and tastes amazing. They also have a nice reduced area which is great. Their meat department has a reduced area according to types. I like their deli area where you can choose from fresh sliced deli meats and cheeses or wait in line and get your stuff sliced in front of you. They have a small section of things near the deli with olives, ham salad and other such things and the ham salad is great. Up front they have a prepared for station with sandwiches and stuff for a quick snack or lunch maybe supper stuff. Their cakes and breads are a nice selection and taste great but the other pastry stuff Im personally not fond of. Wonderful staff and always pleasant and helpful.

I wish that they would keep the shelves stocked. One week product you need is there the next week it is nowhere to be found. Maybe in 2 or 3 weeks you may be able to get it again maybe!!!

Today I went to Market Basket at 21 Jones Rd in Milford, NH. There were signs at the entrance stating face masks were a requirement inside the store, but there were at least two shoppers I saw right away without a mask, one of them even getting close to people by not respecting the one way signs on busy aisles and crowding people. I pointed this out to an employee who basically told me he understood and but there was nothing he could do because it’s up to the store manager to ask people to wear a mask or leave the store, and based on his experience with this, the store manager wasn’t about to do that because it had already been brought up to his attention with no results. Well I say, poor choice, because allowing someone to risk everyone else’s health just so they can make a statement is ridiculous and reckless to do from a management perspective. Why even have a giant sign about a requirement for mask wearing when clients are not held accountable? To avoid confrontation and losing a customer? Market Basket is losing my business for a while at the very least, and I’m sure other people who don’t want to take that risk. Overall I’m giving good stars because I like the selection of products and prices. I’m willing to spend more someplace else to avoid what I saw today and to hear that management doesn’t care to enforce their posted safety regulations.

I was near the bread aisle and the bakery section and couldnt find the bagels. Saw the store manager and decided to ask him well he walked me all the way to the beginning of the store to show me where they were. He was very friendly with a big smile! Also my cashier and bagger were a couple of nice young ppl, they were friendly and smiling! 😊👍

This place is fun. They never have the same stuff cause they stock like 40 towns and are constantly over crowded. Good luck with lines or finding anything specific. Cause like you actually need to know the day they stock for popular items.

My rating is based on what Ive seen in other Market Basket stores. The staff is very nice and very helpful, the store is run smoothly and clean. Items are placed where they should be and the shelves are always stocked. I just wish they had a better selection of everything and could be updated to have a dine in deli and bakery. Some of the stores are much more elaborate and have much more to offer. But for this area, trust me this Market Basket is loved and appreciated.

We love the Milford, NH Market Basket! Lots of vegetarian and vegan stuff like Beyond Burgers and Chao vegan cheese (my favorite!) and non-dairy milk at great prices! Great produce. Clean and well-organized! Just a really great store!

This MB is always clean, and the staff are very accommodating. The prices are pretty good. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for their terrible system of not reordering items. That is one thing that annoys me. They don’t seem to have a reliable system to keep things on the shelf. Other than that, I love going there.

Market Basket in Milford is an older store with narrow isles, but clean. staff was courteous.

Excellent choice of groceries, usually kept clean and well organized. When its busy the entrance/ exit can get frustratingly congested. Traffic can make getting here or leaving an issue so have patience. Market basket still has the best prices around and friendly helpful staff.

Easy breezy, in and out and they had everything I needed at a really reasonable price

Just like everywhere else these days... No toilet paper on the shelves. Why is that? But seriously, the staff is always great and the Always make sure there are plenty of registers open so the lines move along.One negative is I think the isles are just a tad too narrow. Sometimes its difficult to get down them as people are picking things from the shelves.

Market Basket in Milford is always busy. Its a great location for commuters and has a NH Liquor Store right next door. Popular, especially on the weekends, even tho Im not a customer, plenty of people are!So, you get the one stop shopping for parties, quick dinner selections, or a gift for a special night out.The quality and variety at MB is really good, an easy floor plan to find things and staff is cheerful and helpfull.Ive never had a bad shopping experience at any Market Basket and I frequent a few different locations.Great job, as usual!

Love shopping at Market Basket. I wish it was a little bigger like the Nashua ones, but this store has everything I need. Great produce selection, fresh beef/chicken, they always have marrow bones (I get them for my dogs), and I never have to wait in line long at all! They properly staff their registers, and I see the cart boys/girls going out of their way to help customers loading their groceries.

A diverse and varied stock makes this neighborhood supermarket a super market. Their bakery products are baked in store from wholesome ingredients. Lovely produce. The deli offers imported products. The meat department has lovely choices and their home made Italian sausages are just what my grill craves!

This market basket is the once a week shopping store for us. The prices are great compared to other stores, the meat selection is very good and love the produce. The cashiers are so kind and friendly. Been shopping here for years and Im sure well continue.

My wife came to the check out and discovered her purse was not with her. So customer service quickly remedied the situation. Later that night I went to pick up the groceries whereupon a friendly customer service rep brought my wifes cart from the cooler. I had two more things to shop for and was helped with welcoming and warm answers from two different staff members. The check out experience was just as friendly and welcoming. Thank you MB if Milford! You are the best!!!

Excellent prices! Very good range of items, and well stocked. Fresh local produce as well as a nice organic selection. Meats are fresh. Sometimes crowded, and extra crowded with all the stocking personnel and boxes in the isles. But WELL STAFFED so you can almost always find someone to help you, and open registers or a very short line. Courteous and well trained. Over the last 5 years they have really improved their fresh products, service and specialty lines, while still maintaining the best prices.. so I dont go anywhere else.

I am raising my review to 4 stars because of the great service Whitney provides on a regular basis. She saw the need to open another register as the lines backed up. She asked her manager and opened immediately. The workers are diligent, helpful, and hard working. The quality of the produce has improved also.

Helpful associates, good product availability and competitive prices. I shopped here on a Sunday before a coming noreaster and it was very busy. I could tell every available associate was helping in the checkout lines. Im sure some may have been upset at waiting for a while for checkout. My wife and I chose to recognize that they were doing their best to handle their customer load efficiently.

The young girl that was running the cash register was very pleasant,and efficient.It was a great idea to stop and pick up dinner after work. Thank you very much!

Ive been going here for years, and to me its the best choice for general grocery shopping or even a quick bite to eat. Every time I go in there it seems like theyve improved one section or another, so the place always feels fresh. Management seems to run a tight ship, as the products displays often look immaculate. Sometimes I like to stand back and just take in how neatly organized all of it is.Their prices are excellent.Their selection always keeps things fresh.Their private label products are high quality and very affordable.My one point of criticism; a handful of the employees really need to learn what kind of conversations are appropriate for a public work environment. Some of these conversations range from overtly vulgar to downright problematic. While Im not easily offended, I know thats not true for everyone. I typically come here alone, but sometimes I bring my daughters with me and Id rather not have them wondering what a cr***head or a ret**d was. I chalk this all up to inexperience, and dont let it impact my view of market basket as a whole.

Well personally the stores been here my whole life it opened in 1995, I have seen it go through a strike to win back its owner from a board of directors and I personally love the store. Every day its open but 3 out of the year. They hire so many employees of all ages .they get trucks five days a week full of everything from coffee to gummy bears. Surrounding towns and Milford are so lucky to have such a good grocery store. Food is actually hard to get for a good price year after year.
