Dont call because they never answer the phone.Decent selection of local teams but apparently there is only one person that knows how to do the embroidery on hats, and shocking that person is never working. I have made multiple trips to get a hat made, but very time I was told that I had to come back later when The Guy is working.Staff is also very rude when you try and find out when The Guy is working.

This is more like the hub for face caps for all sports club in the US. It’s a cute shop with colorful collections of face Caps. The workers were very helpful especially with sizes. I’ve never been conscious of my head size when buying face caps. But these guys are real pros at this.

Came to get a hat done and now ima getting a refund because someone doesn’t know how to do there job 6 days later and no hat smh

I went to pick my order at 2:00 like I was told but Lids was closed without any employee present. I waited an hour to pick my order and for someone to come and open up the store. Will not be returning.

Michael was more than helpful! He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He is definitely an asset to your company and I will be back to buy more gifts and have them embroidered because of him!

If youre looking for a good hat, this is definitely the place to come to. They have a wide variety to choose from. They even sale hats for the little ones. They also stitch what you want in the hat. Its pretty cool.

This is the 3rd time I’ve come to this location in the middle of the day and there are no employees in the store. I was told by someone who works next door that the employees come and go as they please. Also the last time I was here, the employee had no ideas on the products, sizes etc and was unable to help me. Worst customer service ever.

Three stars because usually when I come in, theyre not helpful. However, tonight I went in while Kia (who informed me shes new) and Zachary were working, and I had a question about getting a gift card for someone in Canada. Everyone else I had asked, gave me an attitude and said they didnt know if I would be able to get a gift card there and then use it in Canada. Kia and Zachary worked their butts off to help me tonight after I figured Ill ask one more time before purchasing a gift card. Zachary called about six different stores in Canada to help me, using his own cellphone to call longdistance. They were really nice and really hard workers. Everyone else always has an attitude and is lazy and doesnt greet you when you come in, but they were really on top of their game, even close to closing hours!!

Great place to get your hat from...

First off, the positive aspects of this location: fairly convenient (in the milford mall), clean, I dont have to push through racks to pick out items (no overstuffing the racks...which is my biggest pet peeve in any store), the manager of the store (I forget her name) is very easy going, friendly and she seems to be the only one at all concerned about helping customers...The cons of this store: I dont know what it is, but for some reason I can never seem to get help UNLESS the woman is in the store. If not, I get ignored and pretty much have to wait until the other employees are finished with whatever conversation theyre having amongst themselves.The prices are a tad too high considering this store doesnt have a whole lot of relevant team jerseys/novelty items available...which is the biggest issue I have with this store.Dont get me wrong, CT isnt really the best go-to when looking for major league teams, but still... Im not sure what their thought process was behind having the store stocked with the merchandise of teams like the Hartford Whalers...a team that doesnt even exist any more.There are a lot more relevant teams available on their website, which is great if I want to wait several days or even over two weeks to receive my items...but Id appreciate it more if I could walk into the store and find a variety of relevant teams. Corporate needs to think long and hard about which teams they choose to display in their store for future reference. Selection wise, this store to me is on the same level as one of those random trinket/knick knack stores...you know, the kind that people dont really go to that often unless theyre bored and just looking to browse around without spending any money.
