I visited Dover Pools Milford location to purchase a pool vacuum to replace the one that had stopped working less than six months after I bought it at another Dover Pools location. The clerk, after waiting on me researched my purchased and offered to return the faulty vacuum back to the manufacturer and issue a store credit since the item was still under warranty. What service! Unexpected and very appreciated. Saved me the trouble!!! Exceptional service!!!

I called the store before I drove 10 miles to see if they had an item. I explained what it was right down to the measurement, 2 inche and that There were 7. I was put on hold and then was told that yes they had the product. I get there and they didnt have it, the ones they had were about 8 inches. I guess the young man has no concept of 2 or 8 inches. So, I drove all the way over there because they told me they had what I needed and then when I get there, oops they didnt. Not the 1st time, either. They dont listen to what the customer says. They are always a last resort. What a waste of time.

Dover Pools in Milford has been helpful to me for years. I do not get the same attention or prices at the competitor down the street. Jen, the manager, is especially helpful. She was able for me to get the thermal cover for my in-ground pool at a price less than online. Just awesome!

Friendly staff and always assist when needed. Part prices are good for a stand alone company. Chemicals are a bit high but compared to off brands it is worth the price since it last longer and works better. ThanksThis applies for Milford and both Dover shops. Ive shopped at all 3 which is convenient while running local errands.

She walked me through everything, while her team covered other customers and helped put together my supplies. Purchase went well, Install was an unpleasant process. We purchased and payed in full a 24 above ground pool on April 18th. Coordinating the contractors schedules of when they would be in the area with the weather was the first difficulty we ran into. They delivered the boxes and the boxes sat out in the weather (including rain) for approx 2 months. We attempted to schedule approx 8 times. During 1 of the scheduled times, the contractors truck broke down but we never received a phone call. The second major difficulty was that the water truck could not make it down our drive-way and did not have a hose long enough to reach the pool. We had to use our personal water hose to fill approx 14,000 gallons of water into our pool. Our water had to sit stagnant until they could send someone out to cut for the skimmer. Then we were instructed to bring a water sample to Dover Pools so they can tell us what chemicals we needed to put into the pool. It is now June 19h, the weather is the 90s with a heat index feel of 100 degrees and the pool is filled, but no chemicals. I just went out to the store and bought my own chemicals and will test and adjust the water myself.

I have a 20k gallon inground pool. It is very old and I rebuilt the system myself and Dover Pools in Milford helped me every step of the way! Awesome place and even better people. do free water testing there and make sure you have everything you need and tell you what to do step by step before you even leave the store! They have made my pool management a whole lot easier.

Bought our first pool from Dover Pools and they couldnt have made it easier from install to getting the water right. Any issue I had was taken care of immediately. The filter drain cap was leaking right after install. Called expected the typical run around but nope they just replaced the cap end of problem. The whole team at Dover Pools in Milford couldnt be nicer. Jenn even saved a pool float for our girls they picked out the first day we came in to look at pools to give to them as a present after install.
