Amazing service!!!! I had a defective battery installed by a harley davidson dealership and when it failed me I decided to call Fairfield County Cycles. They quickly drove to my house and pick up my bike. The next day I received a call from Rick and it was back to normal. I was also impressed by a follow up call asking if all was okay with the bike. Because of this level of service, I will never bring my bike to anywhere else. They have earned a customer for life.Thanks again to all at Fairfield County Cycles.

Decent bike shop. A little miscommunication but at the end everything got solved. Had my bike lowered, new seat . It looks great . Be prepared to wait a little .

I spent over three months looking for a motorcycle repair shop to get my vintage Japanese two-stroke motorcycle running again. When I finally found Fairfield County Cycles, from the initial consultation they gave me I knew I was all set. I am very satisfied with the service I received and the way I was treated. I would highly recommend this shop and will use them again in the future.

My bike is a 1974 Yamaha RD350 with a 1976 RD400 motor. My bike had issues even the most experience mechanics in NYC (my home city) cannot fix. I had my bike towed to Fairfield County Cycle from Queens to Milford Ct. Rick was like a encyclopedia of the Yamaha RDs and knew exactly what needs to be done. It took him some time to soughtout the issues and have it fixed, but it was worth the wait. The cost was reasonable but money well spent. The guys in the shop are a great bunch. If anyone have any issues with their vintage Japanese bike Fairfield County Cycles is the right place to go.Fay

BUYERS BEWARE!!I am going to tell a true short review about 2 owners from FAIRFIELD COUNTY CYCLES .Their names are Dennis and Rick.They sold me a yamaha motorcycle that Dennis quoted was a very PRISTINE MOTORCYCLE !! Costing me $6100 dollars. Well now over a month into the purchase my yamaha mechanic found very bad mechanical and safety issues with the bike ! 21 major problems at my cost of $1500 dollars ! I was BLINDSIDED BY THESE OWNERS! i give them a big fat 5 NEGATIVE STARS, for selling vintage motorcycles that are not fully restored as they ADVERTISE AND PROMISE!!THESE OWNERS MONITOR THEIR PHONES AND REFUSE TO HELP MEOR CALL ME BACK! THEY TOTALLY IGNORED ME!!!!!!!BUYERS BEWARE THINK TWICE ABOUT A PURCHASE OF A MOTORCYCLE!
