Ordered a 50th Birthday cake and was very detailed in what I wanted, paid almost 60.00 for the cake and when I picked it up the day of the party it was not even close to what I Ordered!!! Spoke with the girl working there she called the owner who was also the one who made the cake and was informed that all they could do was give us a free quart of ice cream!! Are you kidding me!! It was his 50th Birthday!! I will never ever do business there again!!!!

With all of those delicious flavors of Ice Cream..What is there not to love!! I picked a great time of year to go because...Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream!! It was absolutely incredibly mouthwatering! The cheesecake pieces were simply decadent! I also had Strawberry Cheesecake which was equally delish!😋I cannot wait to go back....I still have quite a few flavors to eat my way through!!😂😘

Do not waste your money here! They give the smallest scoop of ice-cream. Like literally!!! The scoop is the size of a large gumball! SMH! You’re better off going to Coldstone or Dairy Queen. Get your money’s worth!

I especially appreciated that they listed the major allergens on the glass next to the ice cream name/flavor.Ambiance wise, it was okay. Kinda noisy from the freezers. Nothing special here. Great ice cream of course, but honestly I think their prices are kind of high. I do like that they are conveniently located in Mill Creek near Mill Creek Town Center and the post office and that they are open till 10pm. Cant go wrong with 31 Flavors, even for the price!

Repeat customer. Love their ice cream. Kids and i go there monthly usually and get our usual. Grade incentive for positive behavior.

I spent most of my visit outside at the tables near the store. There was trash on the ground all over. The trash can that was there, was full and looked as if it had not been changed in a week. There were rocks all over and I nearly tripped a few times. There was also a type of liner that had been in the crack of a sidewalk, that was poking up and is a serious tripping hazard. The tables and chairs were also dirty with sun dried stains of ice cream long forgotten. The bathroom was also out of service, and the lady put nuts on my ice cream when I clearly asked for none. I guess I can say, I have had better. Ice cream was good though.

The younge lady working last night (which is when my actual visit was) had great customer serve and was super sweet and bubbly. There were 2 flavors I was having a hard time picking so she allowed me to sample both. When I arrived she wasnt just standing there waiting for a customer but was actually working. Meaning she was cleaning and turning the ice creams until we were ready, I personally find that to be awesome work ethic and should always be accounted for :) I will for sure return. In fact enjoyed my experience here much more then I did when going to Coldstones couple weeks prior. Which mind you was actually my first time at a Coldstones. Anyways the point is this place was clean and had a great family atmosphere as well as super yummy ice cream with decent prices. Great place to stop especially on a beautiful day after a walk with the family :) Thanks for awesome service :)

I am shocked at the disrespectful service we received. The lady was getting our boys order wrong so I corrected her and she was snarky and rolled her eyes. I almost walked out, however wanted to treat the boys for the good day they have had. I will think twice before I return.

I got the runs after having a milkshake. It was 15 hours of hell. Im not sure if the milk used was bad or the blender was dirty. I had not had anything to eat that day. All I know is that my stomach and rear end paid the ultimate price :(
