Do not listen to any of these low reviews, some people are just born to complain about anything. Steven is one of the most genuine and helpful people (not just employees) that I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I am relatively new to the fitness scene, and every time I walk into Stevens GNC he is always more than happy to answer any questions I may have an direct me towards or away from different products based on my goals. Extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel welcome in his store. Makes you want to come back, 11/10 employee and 11/10 store.

I just had to make a review on the WOW service I received from Dominic, the new manager at the millcreek location. I was in the Lynnwood store, and I they didn’t have what I was looking for so I went to Dominic’s store. Soon entering, I was greeted and treated very nicely. The store was nice and organized, and although Dominic didn’t know every product detail- he went online and helped me out! I will make this my neighborhood location as long as he is here. I have had terrible experiences in other GNC store(Bellevue) and really started going to super supplements. But after witnessing this kind of service- I won’t go back/ thanks Dominic for your kindness and kindness willingness to not leave a customer hanging. I appreciate you! I hope your corporate office sees this!

My go to GNC for the last few years because of the wonderful customer service. Itd be much easier to order products online but then I wouldnt meet people like Steven who will remember your name and the products youve bought, an experience that is getting harder and harder to find nowadays. Everyone at this GNC is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and have helped me several times even when I show up a few minutes before closing. They make sure you know about current rewards and discounts without they typical pushy /aggressiveness youd find in customer service. Highly recommend!

I have been going the this GNC recently and I have never had a issue there was a women who helped me last time and she gave me great recommendations. Steven a guy with tattoos was also very kind and had great energy and was ready to answer any questions I had. I don’t ever feel like they are pushing there product on me either which is a plus. I would say they could use a bigger variety on protein but there protein bars and brownies are good. I also love the energy drink selection.

Sales guy named Steven, gave me the best service I’ve had in a while. Got me in, got me out all with incredible positivity and high energy. You can tell this guy loves helping people. I assume he’s a store owner or management by how professional he was, but if not.. then give the dude a raise. I left as a customer for life and with a smile on my face.

Always a great experience and friendly staff.Today I was helped by Steven. He was super nice and upbeat and helped me figure out some of my purchases that I needed to restock on. Overall Steven was awesome!Thanks again!

Steven was great, super friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all, gave me all the facts and recommendations for what I was looking for. This isn’t my local location but I would happily drive extra for that level of customer service.

Amazing customer service!!! Forgot his name but he had cool tattoos and was very helpful. Watch him help multiple customers giving them great information including myself.

Steven made me feel super welcome and my son as well. i will now and only go to this GNC because of how knowledgeable and kind this man was to help me with my crazy year and half year old son! He even helped me to the car with my purchase. We need more people like Steven

Steven is AWESOME. He is so helpful, honest and experienced with all his recommendations for pre-workouts, protein shake and joint health supplements. I really recommend going to this store.

Steven (Stephen?) was such a great help during my experience and answered as many of my questions as he could. Great service, attentive and knowledgeable. I didn’t know GNC’s return policy until he told me about it and it’s got me more hooked than before. Thankfully, I’m happy to say all the products I purchased will not be going back to the store! The Alani Nu Galaxy Lemonade preworkout is so yum and tart just like I’d hoped!

False advertising on every shelf. Items are marked at lower prices everywhere until you come to the register. Also EXTREMELY POOR, aggressive employees and manager all of which knew nothing of any of their products. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Salesmen Steven has tiny man syndrome and extremely passive aggressive with it. Female manager also extremely unhelpful with horrible attitude. AVOID!!

Always friendly always informative

This GNC is super chill(I only go during a weekday). Clerk wasnt looking over your shoulder(happens in small stores) and was helpful during check out. I was getting an amino supplement for work outs and he says you wanna get a 2nd one of that or something similar for half off. I didnt, but I like how he noted that as an option to save me money before my next visit. There are also samples at the counter you can try, small things like chews and gummies.For anyone new to supplements(including protein) dont just go into the store without doing research first. GNC is not costco, you cant go trying their products willy nilly. Some brands also have a return policy if youre not satisfied with it.

Bought Serious mass weight gainer from here. Got a little sick from the first serving. Also it’s absolutely disgusting and at $50.

The girl here helped me find a protein powder that was closest to the brand I was looking for quick and was quite helpful. Was out of my brand though I normally got which was disappointing

GNC is a rip off. they charge DOUBLE for some of their products. same stuff i can get cheaper somewhere else. the guy working the counter had an attitude when i walked in. putting his hands up and seeming annoyed Is there something i can help you find? ignoring him i looked at the prices and decided to leave.
