The lady I spoke with over the phone said the doctor would see my son knowing we can’t wear masks do to health reasons. We then made an appointment. We get there and fill out the all the paperwork. Then the doctor comes out to tell me he can’t see my son because we can’t wear masks. Very unprofessional and I see him in the very near future becoming a dangerous doctor. Be careful if you take your little ones to him.

I was amazed at how polite and pleasant everyone there was. When I went in for a hearing test the doctor noticed I had something blocking in my left ear. He have me a full ear flush and was able to extract a piece of hardened wax that was about the size of an apple seed! I have heard WAY better in my left ear ever since!

I have been wearing hearing aids for 25 years. The hearing and balance lab is hands down the best I have ever seen. The staff is super friendly and easy to work. I Highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Nichole Kingham was the first audiologist I had ever worked with, and she helped me to understand the complexities and solutions of my hearing loss, while being supportive, very patient and compassionate. All the audiologists and staff are professional, accommodating and kind, and I am so happy to have found them.

While I wasnt the patient on this visit I did take notice of some things while waiting for a family member to be seen. A huge pet peeve of mine is waiting far beyond your appointment time. This day a 9 am appointment was scheduled and we arrived early. There were a couple people in line, not to check in but to purchase items they needed and nobody else arrived after us that had an appointment, but we still waited til nearly 9:30 before she was called back. (doctors fail to believe our time is just as valuable as theirs and therefore fail to have the common courtesy to be as prompt as they expect of you.) The staff were polite and helpful to customers over the phone. Further, the front desk gals were conversating on an issue with their 401 k and salary not paid correctly which was less than quiet... this didnt bother me but I saw it irritated a gentleman waiting like I was.
