I highly recommend this place, Quinn in particular. I had an eyebrow wax and lashes put on by Quinn. She was very professional and fun to talk to. The lashes lasted quite a while and my eyebrows still look good. I will definitely be returning!

I have always been a fan of benefit for a brow wax and when my 13 years old reached the point of finally needing some help taming her incredible full brows I took her here. I always go with who is available when making an apt as everyone is great. They are always friendly, clean, and on time. And for someones first and since many follow up apts they are delightful!

Id like to thank the wonderful crew at Benefit Cosmetics in Mill Valley, California, after my second visit for brow tinting. I was urged on by my daughter who told me i needed it. Mom, youre getting gray hair in your eyebrows! :) ... On both visits I was welcomed without an appointment by people who made me feel comfortable right away. This week Quinn Ohm did my tint, and a face wax too. What a beautiful job! We also enjoyed a fun conversation. I regularly go there for the brow shape, brow tint and eyelash tint trio and have never been disappointed! The ladies there are fun to chat to and very professional, taking the time to talk to you so they can find your preferences and put you at ease before starting the process.

Have been coming here for about ten years. Love that I can book services online now.Get waxing and tints done here and purchase some makeup and eye cream. Its comforting the store has a standard of training and certification for the aesthetician and you know you are getting professional service of a company with an established name.The girls are always friendly and outgoing.The only thing is the girls are so confident after awhile they stop paying attention to detail. Like the wax is sometimes too hot becasue its been sitting n the warmer for a long time. If you make a comment it isnt always turned down or allowed to cool. They should really check it before beginning anyway. Also, some (not everyone) rub really hard on the eyes when doing tints or applying makeup, etc. Training should include awareness and reminders of the importance if details.
