This is a great little gem in millbrae. Everything you need in a smaller location. Layout is great so finding what you need is easy. Friendly staff and clean. Recommended

This is a small AutoZone location. Has your basic automotive supply parts. Employees are low key and will let you look around the entire store without saying a word.

Stood waiting at the counter while employees, who could see me, ignored my presence. No “Be with you in a minute,” nothing. Plenty of other places to go. Won’t be back here.

Good hrs predictable stock. Good guys. We know each one of em. Love this location our shops choice closest to us.

Folks at AutoZone were very helpful and professional. They lent me a code reader for the check engine light and it turned out to be the gas cap. Nice job 👍🏼

Fast and simple service. Watch out for the manager that works on Saturday morning. He works on making sure the store staff is pushing products that may or may not be needed. Just an observation.Staff works fast and keeps things moving, as much as possible.

I went on Saturday at the Auto zone store in Millbrae, CA the afternoon and besides taking an hour to find my order, I was answering the phone and I was waiting. I hope that auto zone managers and bosses will read this complaint and help. I am a customer and I am sure that the auto zone has the law to take good care of its customers.

The employees are not knowledgeable, this one guy had no idea what a wheel hub is...., The Manager is a little rude, not really worried about customer service... The parking lot never has any spaces even if theres no customers inside the store.., they probably allow all employees to park in customers spots which is very unprofessional, especially when they know parking spaces are so limited..

Customer service is great an all but even tho there is no-one in the store the parking is full. It is clear that they let people park there and leave. It could be the mechanic right next to store but i could not park because there were a lot of cars in the parking

Worker unwilling to work

Went to get a car battery. Service was fast and friendly. He told some pretty funny stories about working there, though one of them would be a horror story if it happened to me. Luckily my experience was great.

Just got my license a couple weeks ago and got an old car with a busted tail light, went into autozone in millbrae now I don’t know how to change a light bulb, but the store manager John got me a bulb and helped me with installation. Told him I am a new driver and don’t really know about cars, he showed me where to check my oil and coolant and gave me good information on when to get it changed. Thanks autozone I will definitely be back.

Being someone who knows nothing about cars, they kindly offered to help me replace a headlight bulb, really appreciate it!

Always has what we need. Close to the 101. Just off El Camino and by local restaurants and 7-11. They are always so happy to help you here and are very very knowledgeable as well. Prices are fair. But service is 2 thumbs up. Parking is a little small and odd, but people dont get all bent out of shape if you have to scunch for parking in here.

Hard working employees that are very kind people who really care. Their prices are good and honest. You are in good hands with these people.

Kevin is the best! Came in to Auto Zone with some car difficulties. Some sounds and malfunctions were happening that I had no idea how to handle. This place is the place for everyone to very knowledgeable staff. Ladies and older folks if you have or need to change wiper blades or help with battery change ask for Sam of Malcom they are the 2 lil people in the store but will get things done ASAP

Not a really big store, but they have most thing that you need here for basic repairs. The parking space beside the lot is very tight. If you go to the back, take the left turn. Right turn is a dead end. Lol

Very helpful. They always try to go out of their way to assist you and go the extra mile.

They are more on the ball than any of their compititors. However pet boys sound awesome when i lived in the eastbay.

Always buy engine oil and filter from Autozone stores because they have promotions. Engine oil and filter will be $37 roughly for my 2013 Toyota Prius.

I called to see if they had the chains I needed in stock, instantly put on hold for five minutes. Think well, mightve forgotten I was on the line, so I call again, and Im put on hold straight away again. Alright, guess Ill go in and check. Wait in line for a while, then Im next. There guy looks at me, answers the phone, checks for whatever things that guy wanted, told him when they would have it and how much it would cost him, as well as the generic option. Finally asks what I need help with, give him my tire size, they dont have them in stock. Something that shouldve taken two minutes on the phone took about a half hour overall. Terrible service.
