Generally good supply of products. On occasion the most popular items sell out. Call in advance if you are looking for something specific. If they have it on hand theyll hold it for you.

This is my store! So helpful & they go the extra mile..just ask them. They’re always keeping busy when I enter. Sondra is awesome. She really cares about helping you out.

I just had the WORST encounter in this store that I have ever experienced, in fact Ive never had a bad experience here... Deseret, (the young lady I had the encounter with) you should stay away from any customer service employment...its not for you! I will be calling your supervisor to complain. The customer service I received from her was so bad I had to leave this store and go to another location. Honestly, if you are there when I return? I will not do business there.

First of all I don’t usually write a review very rare especially when it’s a negative one.This happened this afternoon around 3ish, I don’t really have to buy anything but it happens that it’s this place where I’m meeting my friend to get some snacks.It’s a really nice Friday afternoon, weather is perfect to walk outside. (Local in Millbrae) Me, my daughter, my mom, two brothers are with me then my friend and her bf (Wow big group just to buy a small thing). I bought a olaplex shampoo and conditioner.As we walked in I go straight to the cash register which in-front was the olaplex products, supposed to be just a quick grab and go thing.I used to love this place the people who worked there but TODAY that CHANGES, I WAS OFFENDED FELT DISCRIMINATED and really HURT MY FEELINGS by the STORE MANGER SONDRA IS HER name as she asked one of my brother are you licensed? I answered oh they’re with me as he about to go to the back of the store but he was ABOUT TO he is at the front isle. (I don’t know if it’s because we’re not well dressed? For God’s sake it’s mid 70’s outside)Then she WHISPERED THEY’RE not ALLOWED to be here I was like who said that? She said the Cosmoprof company, I said but they’re not buying anything and I’m not buying for them anyway it’s mine for personal use. Then she was like but you know you learned that at beauty school I said I know that but based on my knowledge they can ask them to leave if they’re not licensed but I am and I’m just buying. She keeps on going and going cosmoprof policy it even say at the door then I said does it says there they cannot be inside? She said oh I don’t know.I told her before I was licensed even before I go to school for cosmetologist I go with my friend all the time with licensed but I was never ask to leave the premises because I don’t have license. Oh but you know they’re not supposed to see the price like when we sell to our customers (she’s talking the salon customers) I said but they’re not my customer.Well she HURT MY FEELINGS she apologize but I can’t take it because I know her and her staff there. They’re way better than that their customer service are superb and very knowledgeable.I called the cosmoprof company and complain asked them what’s their policy of the situation that just happened to me “They said the people that’s not licensed are not allowed to roam inside the store and can’t be inside the store BUT IF THEY ARE WITH SOMEONE WHO IS LICENSED NO MATTER HOW MANY ARE THEY IT’S AN EXEMPTION THEY CAN ENTER THE STORE”This just ruined my day that’s supposed to chill and relaxed now I’m really upset what happened SAD and DEPRESSED. MADE ME REALLY ANGRY AND UPSET.I HATE THIS PLACE! HATE HATE HATE!

Definitely my favorite cosmoprof location, everything is always in stock and the customer service is good, prices are clearly marked!
