When you first walk in what stands out is how clean and sharp and how well put together the place is. The menu is very simple which I love. The burgers are incredible especially for the price. The buns must be toasted because they have the perfect crisp to them. Shakes are good as well. Fries honestly are not worth purchasing they have no flavor and it’s better to spend your money on a bigger burger or a milkshake! Awesome place!

I am from east coast. Every time when I visit California, I will definitely stop In-N-Out to grab lunch. This burger place is much better than any fast food place back East. Love the fries too.

This is our go to burger place in the area. Every burger is carefully taken care of, lighted toasted yet still soft buns, coupled with crunchiness of fresh onions and lettuce, topped with melted cheese slice to form a great burger everyone would love! One down side is the line both in store and drive through seems to take forever, still hoping for the day where order ahead will be available!

Consistently great Burgers, Shakes, and fries. Whenever Im on the west coast In-N-Out Burger is my go-to fast food. I highly recommend you try it, I am sure you will not be disappointed.

It was one of the few In & Out nearest the Bay Area the other being in Davis, on your way to Reno or Lake Tahoe! Now they seem to be all over the place!Still, you cant beat it pound for pound a better cheeseburger for $3.30! Fast and quick service, good price, good food!

Always the same experience. Great employees, efficient business model and always the same great burgers no matter which store I visit. No wonder there packed every time I go. Just gos to show you keep it simple, keep it good and keep it consistent is a winning combination!

It was a very nice drive through experience at In-N-Out Burger. The staffs are friendly when I ordered food and they even provided a container for people want to eat in their car. Delicious burger and fries!!

I never got around to thanking these folks -- they helped me out EARLY in the morning, a few minutes before they officially opened for business to get some burgers and animal fries to bring home to the Midwest. The food, obviously amazing! We ate inside and were able to find a spot secluded from others. The service was quick and the staff gave my kiddos some sticky puzzles to keep em entertained. Great experience. Waiting for my next burger fix❤

I am from New York City and everytime I visit San Francisco a visit to In-N-Out is a must. It is better than any fast food place back East. I love it! Dont forget to tell the servers to animal style your burger and fries.

Absolutely delicious! The service was fantastic as well. They seemed to love being at work! We got a protein style burger which felt healthy and was very tasty. We also got extra crispy fries, which were delicious and a small chocolate shake, which was good too!

Yummy burgers and fries. Truly lives up to the reputation of the California fast food joint. The burgers were definitely tasty. I personally liked it so much I had to order another hamburger after I inhaled the first one. The fries were fresh but a bit salty so consider ordering it with out salt if that’s a problem. Also the cashier doesn’t seem to have much patience, especially with out of town tourists like us. Otherwise we had a great meal and would definitely come back again.

As always, fantastic food and service. Had a double double animal style and fries. Despite the place being quite busy the food came out quickly. It was delicious and I will be back.

Whats not to love about In n out burger, Animal style ( my kids favorite) ask if you dont know? Fries made to order and outstanding shakes. Fresh and hot even when you are driving thru, also every kid working at our local is super polite and friendly.

So I was not happy with food one time and they treated me really respectfully and gift me a meal, but the point is they are not cheap like others ( uber, lyft Macdonald or sac kabob etc, they to learn from them

We have In-N-Out in San Antonio where we live but wanted to try it in California. My husband says it tastes better than in Tx 🤷‍♀️

This was my first time trying in-n-out and it was pretty good. The line was super long so we went inside and the food came out fairly quickly. The were very busy and forgot my shake. I told them about it and they apologized. The food was very good the fries weren’t the best but I would definitely go there again

What is there to say about the best hamburger fast food restaurant in the nation, and you would have to be of all you serve is hamburgers. The staff was their usual 5 ⭐ service, this was my first time back to Cali since Covid, they adjusted their operation well, kudos.

Its tuesday afternoon and there was a short line inside and the drive-through. We got lucky! As usual we got served two double doubles and a three by three. Clutch! Indoor and outdoor seating still not available due to covid regulations.

Something that I found pretty awesome was that you can actually order things that arent on the menu meaning you can order a triple stack or quadruple stack cheeseburger. Please dont quote me on this but I was also told that you can have the burger 🍔 with extras like grilled onions mushrooms sauteed mushrooms and you can even have the burger cooked in mustard is what my friend told me but youll have to go to check out for yourself because Ive always loved in and out Burger even when I lived in Arizona we would come to San Diego for our summer vacation and always on our destination spots was in and out burger to get food and a t-shirt to take back to Arizona and sport. Since then of course Arizona has now their own restaurants.

Every single time I go to an In-N-Out burger no matter what state I am in it is always one of the best burgers I ever had. Even if theres a super long line the staff is nice, quick and puts out a quality and yummy product. Plus they serve Coke products and have fresh lemons by the pop machines.

West coast gives whatever you desire if they have it. Decided to order animal style with a side id cheese fries. The fries weee cold and the cheese hard before we even sat down Disappointing. Husband loved his burger. I usually get the single lettuce wrapped,, he got a double animal style juicy messy but he loved it. Staff friendly annd helpful.will not order cheese fries again .

Staff was very quick and precise. Person taking orders made sure he introduced himself and the made suggestions and offers to go with my order. The whole staff operated like a well oiled machine!

Should have taken a picture. Great tasting burger. Unable to tell if it’s necessarily better than Shake Shack. They’re about on par and each could be better depending on either quality or price point. Strawberry shake was also good, although I question how you could ruin that. Fries were despicable. Overall, great experience and the long line showed. I can’t wait to be back on the West Coast in order to have it again.

First and most likely last time . The service was great and fast. The employees were courteous and attentive to my order. I have never been here my friend came to see me I said I was hungry so he took me there. He did say the burgers where pretty good . He wasnt lying. I did enjoy my burger was good. I like the fact that they asked if I wanted onions on my burger. The reason for the 3 star was the fries. Not only where they cold but they are tasteless and dry and thats what I really wanted . They dont have any taste and when u bite into them feels and taste like old dried bread . Was not impressed rather disappointed. Other than that I would only buy here if it was the only place around and I was starving other than that the burger and service is all it has going for them.

First time here and I get it. These are some good burgers. Went for the double double because thats the type of guy I am and was not disappointed. The beef was cooked to perfection, the cheese was melted wonderfully. The fires were super fresh not extremely crispy or over done. If only these existed in my neck of the woods.

If you had in-n-out before, youd know what to expect as far as menu/food quality, so I wont detail that (if you havent, its the best burger you can get with fresh ingredients, and always the same high standard regardless location). this location has a fairly easy traffic flow, both for eat-in/parking and drive-through, which sets this apart from other more crowded locations that are more difficult to navigate. its right off the freeway, across from the BART station

Weirdly enough this was actually a good in and out. The burger & bun were much better cooked than the other In-n-outs Ive eaten out.

Parking is crazy at this place when I went on a weekday during lunch. There was a little bit of wait to order and get food. We sat outside, and they have a loud speaker that announces your number so you can hear it even if you are outside. Everything else was fine. I love in and out.
