So glad theyre back, better than before. Greater inventory, convenient and helpful staff. Only gripe is their hours. Its hard to get used to change.

OSH is back! Now known as Outdoor Supply Hardware & great to have back in Millbrae. Store is very well organized with a big nursery. They have everything! I can’t wait to go back...

The store is clean and well stocked, the staff is knowledgeable and more than helpful. The prices are high in some departments, and low in others. All in all, I recommend you check out Outdoor Supply Hardware.

I was excited when they opened this store. Selection is okay and prices are higher than the other chain hardware stores. The workers are also friendly but I personally didn’t feel comfortable that I didn’t see any workers masked. For this reason I am sticking to Lowe’s and Home Depot.

Wow! Really rough customer service during my visit. I was trying to make a return for which I unfortunately lost my receipt (it happens sometimes!) Most places have the ability to look up receipts but it sounds like Outdoor Supply Hardware’s sale system is from the 1800’s since not only could they not find my receipt, the system told the cashier that the item in question was never even sold from their store! I actually found the same item in stock and on the shelf so I’m not sure how that’s even possible.The cashiers were nice enough but when they called for their manager on a walkie talkie, I could literally hear their lazy manager make exasperated sighs and refuse to come out. Her name was either Emma or Erica. It was clear that they had no interest in helping resolve the issue and I actually feel bad for the cashiers who clearly receive no support from their management.Definitely not shopping here anymore and I encourage others to just go elsewhere.

You know how the general hardware section (nuts bolts screws etc) at home depot and lowes is always a disorganised mess? Not here. Staff are also knowledgeable and want to help you. The whole customer experience is just better here.

Really enjoyed recent visit to the store. Well stocked and reasonably priced. The gardening section and plant and flower collection is really nice. The staff are very friendly and cooperative.

Great selection of tools, much easier than the big box stores

Lot of parking. Very helpful staff. I walked in with OSH 5mins before closing with an urgent need for bolts but was not sure which size I needed. The staff took their time, helped me find what I needed. Excellent variety of product. Smart helpful staff.

OSH is what the area needed after the original OSH folded. Only downside is the prices are pretty high for some products. The hardware selection is above average. Definitely the best hardware store in the Burlingame Millbrae area.

Really nice to have a good hardware store locally again after Orchard closed we were stuck with the big box stores and finally outdoor supply hardware opened up was there early Sunday morning for the opening and the stores fantastic super clean a lot of the original employees back and it was real enjoyable to walk thru the store and see how it was all laid out I think they’ll do really well and also a great garden center and don’t forget to check out the Soda Rack

It is so great to have a local hardware store back in Millbrae. OSH has everything I need for most jobs and is a joy to visit. Its so convenient to get everything locally. Im sure there will be many weekends where I make more than one trip to OSH.

It looks like the old OSH in Millbrae.Store is very clean and awesome customer service.Pricing seems very simular to Lowes.

Love this store! A modern store with an old school feel......

This is an awesome location so happy that outdoor hardware is taking over the space that OSH/Lowe’s fully renovated and then abandoned. I hope they can find and rehire some of their previous employees, who were knowledgeable and friendly, and who kept the store so pristine (I’m looking at you Lowes of San Bruno, which seems to have given up keeping a neat store. I suppose it’s not easy running a hardware store right next to BART when the police (or prosecutors?) don’t bother with shoplifters and many people are desperate these days). Anyhoo, welcome back to Millbrae!!!
