The price was very reasonable and the guys were great. They were very careful when moving my stuff,but at the sametime very speedy. I could not recommend them any higher.

I have lived in 7 states and have moved well over 30 times.This was BY FAR the best, easiest and smoothest move Ive ever had - and thats coming from experience! I work in the I-Tech industry and my company has been moving me around a lot.My significant other and I moved in together, so we scheduled 2 moves to happen simultaneously - which you can imagine wouldve turned into a total nightmare.The guys at Five Star Moving were phenomenal. Mine showed up early, with a smile and started work immediately. Three guys, and my entire three bedroom house was loaded onto the truck in three and a half hours! We hustled over to the new house, and they had completely unloaded the truck in less then three hours. 20 minutes later the second truck from Honeys house shows up, and those 3 guys had the truck completely unloaded in under two hours.One would think that movers that charge on an hourly basis would milk the clock, but these guys are so fast and efficient, it was like a rocket .They wrapped everything, bring blankets and wardrobe boxes at no charge, and have a smile on their faces the entire time - professional, friendly and AMAZING!I cant rave enough about them.Id like to thank Billy, Ron and Thomas for making such quick work of a hard job, and I really thank Vivek for scheduling such awesome workers for my move day. ALL are ROCK STARS in our book! The next time I have to move, I know who to call.

Great movers! Recommended.Booked them on thumbtack and confirmed in 2 days for the following Wednesday pick up. I could choose drop off time frame.They were running late on Wednesday and immediately offered me a credit.The guys were professional and moved very fast and very kind. No compalints about moving up second story. Would use again.Very convenient to get quite online. I just took pictures of what need to be moved and they gave me a quote within 24 hours.

Very accommodating and professional service. My last minute request in the busy holiday season was very satisfying . Excellent customer service and the the movers Vivek provided did some extra work which was not part of the moving quotes. Price was very reasonable and the best of all No Surprises on the final bill once every thing was done in Reno, NV. I normally dont write bad reviews to not effect peoples business but this moving company gave me a really hard time I felt like sharing this story with everyone! I scheduled moving with them for Saturday, Oct 5th and they did not show up! I called them texted them many times no return no show up! Can you imagine you schedule moving and they dont show up and Its on Saturday you call other moving companies theyre all closed!I wish they just called me and just say sorry we will not do it! I tried to gave them a second chance and called them today to just hear their excuse If they had any! He just declined my phone call! I hope karma will find you sir!

Would give zero star if possible. If you like your belongings, do not use these guys. They dropped my expensive refrigerator and damaged it. Have been trying to get a hold of Vivek (the owner) and he has been dodging me and they have not provided me with an insurance claim form after 20 days.

Excellent service !!!!! Very reliable service. Very friendly staff and efficient. My personal belongings was treated like their own and everything thing was be well wrapped and packed. Vivek was all over the place in and out of the truck, up anddown the stairs with his guys making sure none of antiques got and scratches.
