Its cool needs to be remodeled but the services are good. Parking is great bought a great cup on clearance ! And used the fax machine.

Great and huge selection. Has good parking, service, and cleanliness. The staff helps you transport large items to your car. Theres a bus stop going south ECR right outside of the store.

This place never has any people available to help. And to top it off when I asked if they would match Amazons price, they said no. I see no reason to shop here anymore. And I wont be. If you go into Staples they have more staff, the store just looks better and they wont hesitate to match Amazons prices.

Shopping experience was OK. Store clearly has issues with maintaining inventory as many sections contained limited selection of merchandise or was completely bare. Might go the way of Sears if they cant secure financing.

I am shocked that Office Depot continues to exist considering their pathetic service! I purchased office desk and chair on 12/29 and told that I would receive delivery on 1/2. No delivery but I got several text and phone calls delaying the delivery several times. The most recent delivery would be for 1/13, fourteen days after I paid for my merchandise in full! I got a verbal confirmation from their local distributor, Ryder Final Mile, that my merchandise would arrive by Thursday, Jan 9th. I waited all morning and finally called Ryder Final Mile here in the Bay Area and was told that I was not scheduled for today, but that in fact my shipment was cancelled!! They then offered the 20th as my arrival date, now 22 days after I paid for my merchandise in full!I called Office Depot after my call with Ryder Final Mile and was told there was no cancellation on their end but they would escalate the issue . All I can say is at this point I want my merchandise by Friday, January 9th!I will keep you all posted. Meanwhile, think twice before buying from Office Depot and dont ever use Ryder Final Mile!Update as Friday, Jan 10th. After assurances that my case was being escalated I had to call Office Depot myself to find out what the status of my order is.Now they tell me that someone will call me Monday to tell me when my shipment will arrive. I called them again and got a contractor named Brandi who gave me her email address to ask for updates. I emailed her and of course got no reply. Now I am on the phone with Office Depot and Ryder Last Mile and they are telling me there are no spaces on the truck at all. Sarah at Ryder is telling me I should have accepted the Jan 20th date even though they were supposed to deliver on the 2nd. Worst customer experience!Update still Friday: got Sarah at Ryder to again escalate my case and got Donna on the phone who finally told me my shipment would arrive tomorrow. I will post here if it does.Update on Saturday: after another round of assurances from Yvette at Office Depot and Donna from Ryder Last Mile I still have NOT received my shipment! Li edto again!!

Large store well stocked. Moreso then their stores in San Mateo and San Carlos. Has on site parking lot with prenty of spaces. Entry to store is on the northwest corner on El Camino Real.

This was without a doubt the most depressing Office Depot I have ever been to, and I’ve been to dozens of office depots in numerous states including here in California. The layout, the other customers, the selection, everything was depressing.

This place feels like its about to go out of business, but it hasnt. We keep coming back because its the nearest office supplies store to us, but neither the selection, layout, or attention are worth going out of your way otherwise.

The Office Depot on El Camino in Millbrae was very good in directing me to find the things I needed, I recommend them on anything for business needs

Its close and convenient but unfortunately they dont carry hot glue guns
