Always have a great shopping experience. Same brands as everywhere else, but better service. I cant recommend them enough for your furniture and appliance needs. Im also visually impaired, and they go the extra mile. Its all about the service for me - treat customers this good, and well shout recommendations from the mountain top. Since we got our couch. We’ev been missing a piece. Yet we paid full price & they assured us it was going to be here in two months almost 3 months l8r. No other piece & still more excuses. Just go to a REAL furniture place. They can’t even call us & give us updates.

Still haven’t received my furniture and it’s been months. I understand the pandemic has slowed things down but it’s ridiculous. These people don’t even update you on the shipment, you’ll have to keep asking them yourself. Not a good look. If I paid in full for something you should be updating me frequently not the other way around. Won’t be shopping here again.

I really enjoy buying items from Family Home Furniture.The staff is very kind and friendly.Plus, if your looking for the item that you must have or want the staff is very helpful.I have purchased nine items from here over the years. Every time the company has stood behind their products.I am a very happy and sadify and loyal customer.

This is a nice looking furniture store, but do not buy from them. If you finance they get paid and then they dont care if you get the furniture or not. Hate doing business with them, slow or no response. Waiting 3 months......very disappointing.

I have been dealing with the owner and his staff for years and personally I would not go anywhere else. The staff is polite and friendly.

Wouldve rated a zero if possible. Ordered a phone screen 2 months ago and received no calls saying it came in last week. Moving and they wouldnt refund the money. They did offer to sell me the screen for $15 under total costs of the screen and install. They also Claimed they called me and I had no voicemail. Lol. Avoid at all costs. Horrible service.

One of the employees actually lied to me about a product, so he wouldnt have to get up and do his job. I knew he was lying but didnt want to start any confusion.
