They must be great down there, called multiple times trying to get my car in the shop, only to be told they were backed up for months. Wound up just going somewhere else. They were very friendly in the phone.

They have great customer service, reasonable prices, and do more than get the job done. I hate I moved to Tennessee and now I have to find a new mechanic shop. Its hard to find honest people in the automotive business today and they set the bar high. Thanks Grandview for meeting the needs of the community!!

Jim and Chris do a great job. They are not the cheapest around, but they do good, quality work. A few years ago, they installed a Jasper engine in my Dodge Ram pickup truck. I drove it several more years before I sold it. I havent had anything serviced there in awhile as I have been blessed with no mechanical issues, but I wouldnt hesitate to use them.

The mechanic is very helpful and honest about what exactly needs to be done and how much of it he can do. Lacie, at the front coubter, is super sweet and helpful.

Originally sent car in less than a year ago, they replaced the ECM for a total of around $700. Less than a year later this part goes out again, bring it back to them because it is under warranty and supposed to be fixed free. When I go to pick it up I am charged $400 for an alternator that they did not ask me to replace. Now less than a month later....I am having issues with the ECM AGAIN
