Great boot selection. They oversell you at checkout.

Love going to a little local place like this. At first I felt a little out of place and overwhelmed. They have A LOT of boots. But everyone is so nice and helpful. They made me feel at ease and I found a pair of boots that Ill love for years

If you need or want a certain boot they have it. From floor to ceiling and front to back. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Right in a Rv park off the highway tucked in and you would never know it. Don’t let the outside fool you they have boots and Rv supplies. Clean and busy.

Awful customer service. Would not give refund on a 270 dollar pair of boots that were defective. Ariat even told them to refund my money since they didn’t have another pair my size and the owner still refused. I will never spend another dime here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else buying here either.

I am so disappointed in how they do business here. They do NOT stand by their products. My sixteen year old son worked through the summer and saved his money to buy $225+ boots. He does not wear them all of the time. I rarely see him in them. He bought them in September. Today (january9) he shows the people there they are coming apart. They will not stand by their product. They told him- not to get them wet. Just wow.

Lots of great boots to choose from. The guys there were very helpful and patient with us. Got 2 pair of boots and Im happy to say they were for my kids Christmas and they loved them. My son still wears his daily. My daughter loves to dress up and wear hers.

Friendliest staff ever. Im very indecisive when it comes to picking out boots yet the staff was so helpful with recommendations. The outside of the store looks sketch but dont let that deter you. The set-up inside is nice and the staff are very helpful. Great prices too and military discount.

Great place to buy boots! I was greeted at the door and asked what they could help me find. I was shown all kinds of boot that met my needs. I narrowed it down to a style I liked, and was asked to try on a pair for a test drive. After a quick try, the salesman noticed what I was thinking, they were half a size to big. After a quick size change, back for a walk-a-bout. This was the pair I was looking for. Great expertise and selection! I could have made a huge mistake somewhere else.

Excellent service. Im usually between a size 14 and 15 boot, and ita hard to find a store that Carries multiple styles in those sizes. K Bar K had plenty to choose from and the people that work there are super friendly.

First time shopping there was a great experience that was on August 4 2018. My husband is a hard working man works construction we have 5 children so every dollar counts in our house the day we bought his work boots in August we spent over $200. Two months later they were already tore up....grant it he works hard and 6/7 days a week. Took the boots back with original box and receipt...the gentleman that runs the store was very rude and made us feel like we were just trying to get a hand out...I understand in the past he may have encountered some​ not so honest people but he shouldnt make every one feel like that. He almost didnt honor them but decided to exchange them for my husband and still questioned why he still had his original box after the lady on the phone specifically told my husband if he brought them back he would need his box and receipt.. news flash mister some folks are hard working and honest and you shouldnt​ have treated us that way you look like you know nothing about hard labor work...wont be getting our business and Im going to make sure others​ know how rude.....

After confirming the boots were in stock, I purchased them. But the best part is I received a call later that evening from you guys letting me know the boots had been shipped. Got by boots here, and but only were they perfect for me, but they last so long.. I dont think I will be another pair of boots for at least ten years. Very helpful people also, the guy went and did all the work for me, and find a pair just for me. It was the easiest shopping Ive ever done!

Just call backCall back around 3:00.So we called back later.This same man who told us to call back and ask for Eric got upset.
