I wish the District Manager would try to call and get someone to answer the phone at Millbrook or Wetumpka. Maybe then they would see just how much training Walmart’s employees need, they act like they don’t know what the little black box with the flashing lights that’s making a ringing sound is. Or maybe they’re getting paid too much to answer a phone!
What can I say its Walmart...Have what you need, most of the time, but very crowded and checkout is always a complete nightmare. I personally avoid going there like the plague but sometimes you just have to go 🙄

In for a tire replacement... out in less than 30 minutes. With no appointment.
For as busy as this place is, they did a good job. I had a tire on wifes car plugged, and two weeks later the tire is till holding air- $15 dollars plus giving uncle Sam and the county a cut so it was just over $17.

Found what I needed at a good price. Department was well stocked and clean. Was able to check out quickly and be on my way.
Had a set of tires mounted on my wifes car and even though they were busy and a little short staffed, they were quick but efficient. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Cost of tires was very reasonable for the brand and size.
On Saturday I was told a 4 and half to 5 hour wait for tires and on Sunday I wad told a 3 hour minimum wait this is not an express this is ridiculous. Wal-Mart has zero concern for customers or service.

Walmart offers some of the best deals in the nation. However, when it comes to your employees...you could do better. ie. I walked into the automotive department where I was met by a employee, dragging her feet, mumbling something that I could barely hear. I informed her that I needed a new tire. I gave her the tire size. I asked her how long it would take and she mumbled...a couple of hours. I then asked her where I should leave the tire. I returned two and one half hour later. Only to be informed that it wasnt ready. When I asked her why she replied that I didnt fill out the information. I asked her why she didnt inform me that I needed to do that. She replied...I did tell you. My question is why would I or anyone not fill out the information and then return expecting the tire to be ready. Everyone that I had contact with in the automotive department was unprofessional and of ill temperament.
Its walmart
Hit a curb and blew a tire. Changed and put my donut on, got to Walmart in Millbrook, AL at 4 PM, was turned away even though they dont close until 5. Will now have to take time off work tomorrow to get it fixed, at some place OTHER than Walmart. Dont advertise you are open until 5 if you are going to start turning customers away an hour prior!

I visited the tire center today because one of my rear tires has a slow leak and I purchased the tire from them 6 months ago. I was told at 4:15 there was a 2 hour wait. Instead of waiting, I decided to just come back in a couple of hours before they closed at 7. I returned at 6:10. When i drove up 2 female assistants were standing outside. One being the young lady who earlier told me there was a 2 hour wait. When they notice me they quickly went back inside. I thought to assist me when i entered but there was no one in sight when i got inside. I stood there waiting for someone to return. It wasnt until a young man came in from the shop area that one of the female assistants came around the corner and ask if she could help me. Once again I told them about my slow leak. She quickly informed me they were not taking anymore cars. It was never once mentioned to me that they dont except cars after 6pm. If your hours are until 7pm, 7pm should be your cut off time. Otherwise Walmart needs to change their hours to 6pm or the cut off time for that day. Ive wasted my valuable time twice today and still didnt get the help I needed!!
I see alot of bad reviews from folks that drop rides and leave. I sat there for hours waiting on tires, watching people be rude, check out their groceries in automotive. These workers work hard and stay busy. Even though i was there for 4 hours i could see the workload they were under with limited personnel so im not going to complain as they werent sitting around with their thumbs up their butt. I would like to personally recognize Jeremy and JaMichael. They went above and beyond. JaMichael did great with rude customers and was very professional.

Just very upset with Walmart yesterday.Sunday July 8,2018 at 1:45 we go to get a oil change ..Only 2 cars at bay being changed. So the guy at the counter tells my husband & me it will be a hour and 45 mins before they could get us.I have been doing tires and oil changes here along time.Never been like this.Then we said ok we will come back tomorrow. It took forever to get someone to the service center when we came back by to see if we could go ahead and get it done, noone was around 30 mins later when we got throgh shopping
I was left on the phone for a very long time. Knowing someone could have answered my call. Which was annoying. Especially since ive worked there before knowing theyre NEVER that busy to not be able to answer a phone call. I do not recommend any of wal-marts tire shops.

LAZINESS, UNWILLINGNESS. Ill never go back there. 1) The workers are lazy and take forever. 2) Walmart will use ANY excuse not to rotate your tires. Any small blemish and theyll call them too unsafe to rotate, and expect you to purchase new ones. I will, just NOT THERE any more.
They have a lot to choose from but some of the people that work there arent very friendly.
They were fast and courteous.

Went to get my oil changed waited for 10 mins at the little station for someone to come help me .. noone showed so went inside and was telling the guy what i needed done when a mechanic came out and said NO MORE CARS and walked out so they wont change my oil really annoying
