Tried for weeks to get someone out to measure and finally after one no show and a multiple times trying to get the guy on the phone he finally comes out to measure. He then tells us he’ll call us later with a price...it’s been three days and still no price. This place used to be great, I guess it has different owners now.

They did a great job on my bathroom floor. You should have seen the before. 😱The only problem I had, the guys did not cover wear shoe covers, and they left quite a mess for me to clean up.Over all, I am happy about my new flooring!

Had carpet replaced throughout my home and they did an excellent job!! Their customer service was awesome and Mr. Tom Carroll kept in contact. They are amazing people!

I have dealt with them several times but this was the worst experience I have ever had.My son’s room had carpet put down.The previous flooring was ripped in places so should have been removed before carpet put down BUT no it was not!They was ylate for the appointment then left old flooring stuck new carpet on top and each time I have called them about coming to fix.I have received no calls back and then I took off work to have them come fix and they was a no call/no show TWICE! I will never use them again!Absolutely ridiculous & bad business!

I bought a two year old house in Springville, AL which had vinyl plank flooring (which I thought was wood) in all but the bedrooms. The previous owner gave me the name of the product and said the product was purchased from the The Carpet Place in Millbrook, AL. I called The Carpet Place and spoke with Chris.Chris said the product would be in stock in a short time and that he would hold enough for my project until I was ready for installation. Chris even gave me an (approximate) estimate based on my crude calculations of square feet.The product arrived in the store the same day I closed on my new home so Chris came out the next week and gave me a firm estimate. I also inquired about matching some tile and regrouting some existing tile. Chris found out that they had the matching tile and that regrouting would be no problem.The job was completed the next week. The installers did an excellent job! They replaced a few of the existing boards that got damaged when the previous owner moved and you cant even tell which boards were replaced. The regrouting and new tile installation is seemless (i.e. looks like it has always been there!).I recommend The Carpet Place . I feel that the price was fair and their Customer Service (GO CHRIS) and the installers are top notch!
