I am sure I was not dealing with the person that normally does the work I needed for a wedding so I do bear that in mind. Yet even when returning from an absence, very little was done to rectify the mess but an invoice was created with items that I was told were not completed. I recommend waiting if they say the regular person is out or if you are asked a lot of questions during the entire process, asked to do the work yourself, asked repetitive questions, feel like you are being backed into a corner for entertainment, walk the other way.

The staff is amazing to work with. They are very professional and detail oriented. Best I have dealt with and always accommodating when I need a quick turnaround.

Havent used them for copies, but its a nice little testing center for certifications. There are little lockboxes for securing your pocket contents while testing. They do appear on the prometric portal for online registration. Quick and personable service.
