I give Window Worlds business office 0 stars for their lack of communication with me the customer. We were told when we signed our contract on March 25, 2021 with their salesman that installation would be 8-10 weeks. 26 weeks later windows are installed. When I called the office to find out delivery info I was told in a very unfriendly tone to look at my contract. In fine print it did state that it could take up to 26 weeks.However, with that said I give the installers 5 stars for a great professional job Chriss crew did (even though one window was broken). The windows look great and are made with high quality materials. I just hope the replacement window does not take as long as the others did to come in! This is our second experience with the Window World here in the Montgomery Area The first time they did windows for our home and this time they replaced all the windows in my mother in laws home. The installation crew was efficient and all the windows were installed, and they cleaned up (probably better than it was beofre they started). They went over the operation of the windows for removal or washing as well as the process for getting a replacement in the event of a broken window for any reason. Great value. Would recommend without hesitation

This company just installed new windows for my in-laws, and they are very, very pleased with window world. Their power bill has went down, and their house feels much more comfortable. Highly recommend!

We paid in cash and it was counted in the office twice. When we left they called and said it was a thousand short even though they gave us a receipt of paid in full. We went back and paid the extra thousand the contractors never finished the job. Windows are installed but the trim and everything is open. They shoved the paper in our face to sign before we even went over to the other house to see it because they had done such a good job on the other 2 homes. Fraudulent compnany were probably going to have to seek legal help. Dont contract them.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. VERY NON-RESPONSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.In April, I called this company to get a price quote on replacing my front door, sidelights, and transom. The salesman showed up, got the measurements and said he would have to talk with someone before he could give me a quote because my sidelights were not a standard size. I told him if double doors would fit better and be less trouble, I’d be happy to go that route. According to him, double doors would fit, so he said he would get back to me with a quote.OVER TWO MONTHS LATER, I am still waiting on a quote. I have called the company and salesman multiple times. The last time I spoke with the salesman, he told me they could not do the sidelights, but he would give me a quote the next day on double doors…..3 weeks later, I’m still waiting.At this point, I’m done with Window World. If they have been this unprofessional and unresponsive just getting a quote to me, I shudder to think what would happen if they were actually doing work on my house.I

Jefer and his crew are such a great asset to this location. Great help is hard to come by. The work they did on our home was very nice and neat. They didnt damage anything or mess up anything while installing our windows. This crew comes highly recommended by me. The work speaks for itself.

Window world did a magnificent job for my parents. The work is just phenomenal, and they are saving big bucks on energy.

Window World replaced some windows for us recently. They responded quickly and had a representative at our house shortly after calling. They communicated updates on delivery dates. The installation crew was awesome and really knew what they were doing. Very pleased.

We replaced dozens of windows in our home in 2016 with Window World windows. We have been very pleased with their look, their performance & their ease of use, not to mention their value. The warranty was particularly appealing to us. Within the past month we had to replace one window (one sash) due to a crack. Window World was very easy to work with and within 3 weeks we had our custom built replacement sash installed all for free thanks to the warranty.

I contracted with the office out of Montgomery Alabama to have siding placed on my house. I, previously, had windows replaced by the office out of Columbus GA and they did an excellent job. The salesman met with my wife and I, we signed a contract and gave them a $5K down payment on a $10K job. We took the highest estimate on the siding job due to the work and service we had received before. We made a serious mistake. We contracted in June 2020 to have siding replaced on our house and after numerous phone calls (normally talking to office help) we finally got a start date which was the 3rd of November. The contract workers dropped off their trailer, told me they had another job to finish and would be back the next morning, early AM. The next day they did not arrive as scheduled and after numerous calls (again) they finally arrived at 4PM and worked for less than an hour. 16 days the broke down trailer set in my front yard before they finally finished. The installation nor cleanup was done to my satisfaction and as of today (3 March 2021) they still have not completed the job but I got the final bill and was threatened if I did not pay the remainder. My wife and I recorded more than 40 phone calls, 8 visits from people associated with the company but nothing done to complete the job, just lip service. I have a severe water leak in the back of my house caused by a staple or nail, siding that is still hanging and holes that were left that were going to be filled in. My gutters were loosened to place the siding but never tightened back up and now leak down the side of the house. A promise from the sales person that if we take it down or place the siding, we will replace it as it was before we started and this was not done. Outside door bells removed and never replaced, security lighting taken down and when replaced was wired improperly and the lights would blow as soon as the switch was turned on but the contractor told me it was not his problem to replace bulbs. I had an electrician come and wired the lights properly so that we could have proper security lighting again. I have the before, during and after pictures if anyone would like to see and they are not pretty. I would not contract again with Window World for anything. They are dishonest, do very poor work, do not follow-up and, it seems at times, as if they do not know who is in charge or who is responsible. I gave them one star but if I could have given them minus, I would have. Do not do business with this company or, if you do, expect the worse.It is now 4/28/2021 and since I posted the review, I have had a number of calls from George (Construction Supervisor?) with promises to fix, correct, repair or finish what had not been completed or was damaged during construction. As of today, NOTHING, has been completed nor has anyone been by my house to even check. I had to hire a plumber to repair the damage caused by the construction team (I have the pictures, the nails and the bill to prove my point) when they drove 3 nails into the siding on my house to install the insulation prior to putting up the metal siding. The plumber told me that even a Non-Professional who is a licensed contractor could look at the roof, see the pipe heads and understand were conduit might be that they would hit with that long a nail. George told me that he would have to get with the OWNER to see if they were going to pay for the plumber but for me not to call one until he found out. NO answer, my wife could not do laundry for weeks to months and I am too old to carry laundry someplace to be done. Therefore, another expense added on the the cost of the siding. I will say it again and repeat it as often as necessary:They are dishonest, do very poor work, do not follow-up and, it seems at times, as if they do not know who is in charge or who is responsible. I gave them one star but if I could have given them minus, I would have. Do not do business with this company or, if you do, expect the worse.Today is 6/16/2021 and nothing.

Outstanding! We love our windows. Very fast and professional. So happy with them we are going to order more. The install crew came and put in 11 windows and cleaned up in about 4 hours.

I had them replace my bathroom acrylic block window with a double hung frosted glass window. I like how the new window opens and the safety mechanism built in the window. The only negative is it takes 8 to 12 weeks from order date to get it installed. If you plan on new windows for the spring you better order early in the year. The window looks real nice.

I was reluctant to have all my windows replaced because i was afraid with plaster walls i would have a mess to clean up and possibly cracked plaster around the windows. After the 12 windows were put in the amount of wood chips on inside floor from all the windows would fit in the palm of your hand. And no wall damage at all. Windows look great. And i highly recommend Window World.

Love my new windows, got them from window world. They have made a difference in heating and cooling. They were very professional. They workers toke out and put 23 windows in, in 2 days. Love window world.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. Called for a estimate they set me up one and there were to come at 4:15. The day of the estimate they call and want to come about two and half hours early the guy said he could be there as I could get someone there. I got someone to go to be there and one hour later he still had not showed up. I just told them to forget it if they can not show up for a estimate on time I can only imagine the work they do.

Installers were scheduled to come at 1pm, didnt contact or show up until 530pm! Furthermore, they reeked of smoke, and I had to air out house for a day afterward.Inquired regarding new part for warranty on 8/24/2016, part was received month and half later in the beginning of October (I had to call in constantly to follow up, and was not notified when new part was received), then turned out to be the wrong part. Now another month + has elapsed, and still nothing received. The warranty is a joke, if your window breaks it will be months before you get a new one (enjoy the fresh air)Not Recommended...

Window World of Montgomery has really best staffs of installing the windows. Their work staffs did remarkable job for my house in changing the windows. They even changed the bottom frame wood of the rotten picture windows and covered with aluminium sheets so nicely.I have used Window World 2 times changing the windows of my Luverne home and my Montgomery home and they did really good and wonderful job. The quality of the windows were so good, also. They worked even until it became real dark to finish the job. Excellent ! Best !!

They screwed up the measurements and the contractor had to fix their mistakes. All they had to do was ask us to take the shutter off. An it would of been right. I was not happy with the office. The contractor and his helpers did a excellent job.

George the store manager promised to return my calls time and time again but the phone only works one way. So bad that we had to call them to schedule installation otherwise we would probably still not have our windows. Sad when you send $15000 for windows only to feel ripped off In end. Never buy from window world of Montgomery find a better dealer that understands customer support. Window World installed a window with a large crack. So, on the front of my house, Ive got a window with blue tape all the way across it. They said, Oh wait, the replacement might be ready in 4 weeks. 4 weeks?! Why wasnt I told before installation. Apparently, they knew about it before the installation appointment. To top it off, they put a sign in my yard to advertise. Surely, its a joke, and the joke is on me. They are really proud of their work. Sign is gone.Update: Over a month later, the window install was scheduled; HOWEVER, the wrong window sash was ordered. So, I need to wait another two months. UNBELIEVABLE!!
