I did not rent a storage unit; I met movers at a friend’s unit to oversee them moving her belongings from the unit. The facility is immaculate. The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. The best part was the music. It’s not the usual Muzak you would expect. I highly recommend this facility.

Renting from the Millburn Extra Space Storage location has been nothing but incredible. Sharing my unit with a friend was simple and easy. Brooke was instrumental in making the experience what it was. I initially reserved my unit online and she followed up via phone call in less than an hour, which demonstrates impeccable customer service. She even allowed us to come visit the location and units to see if the one we reserved would be the right size. I have dealt with other storage unit locations in the past but no other place has felt as clean, as safe, or as well-managed before. Very satisfied and happy with this place.

Very helpful & easy to acquire the storage unit! I was helped by Brooke who was wonderful!!! So helpful, it was for my mom so my mother had to get on the phone & give her drivers license & info, etc, and Brooke was VERY patient with my mother & explained in FULL detail how much we would be paying today, including one time fees, and also broke it down how much we would be paying after that Monthly... Explained everything from the insurance you have to have, to the one time administration fee, to the padlock fee... So helpful & I hope she reads it. We will be moving our stuff in on 2-20-2021 so I will write another review on how well kept & clean OUR storage space will be for the first time we get there

Today I had the nicest experience with Brooke at Extra Space in Millburn. I had many questions about storage rental and Brooke answered them all in a very friendly and professional way. Came to this facility with my parents to help them load their space and I was very impressed. The property looks and smells much better than the last storage company they were renting with by far. It’s in a secluded area so there isn’t a hectic traffic flow which is also really nice.

Heres why I didnt rent a space here. About a month ago I reserved a space, I purposely made my move in date about 30 days because I simply wasnt ready to move. I liked the rate and was planning on moving my stuff.At that point I received about 10+ phone calls from the sales girls that work there. They kept pressuring me to come in that day even though my move in date was 30 days from then phone calls.They kept telling me if I didnt come in within 7 days of making my reservation the quote I received wouldnt be valid. That didnt make much sense to me.Fast forward 30 days I visit the place the day of my moving date. They were only at 50% capacity and or course my rate was still valid.So why the sham? Clearly you have space, and you should honor the quote I received without poor sales tactics.
