The associate made the visit. It was awhile ago, but I asked for her name and wont soon forget it. Samantha. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and moved with a sense of purpose that I appreciated. She made it apparent that she takes her work very seriously and that her whole mission was just to fix whatever problems I was having. 10/10 would see again!

Dont visit until after the pandemic, usually a 5 star experience, instead just jacked up prices, and employees blaming covid for a dirty store

Anna (I hope I’m spelling her name right) in framing was incredibly warm and friendly with great ideas helping me frame some pieces of art that I had! If anyone ever gets anything framed I hope they get the honor of having her help them.

Not the fanciest or best organized store, but if you need crafting supplies, they probably have it. Regular price items are competitive, but the real deals are on the sale items. Sales rotate from dept to dept, so if its not on sale this week, it might be next week. OPEN ON SUNDAYS! ;) Cashiers are helpful in finding discounts.

Unfortunately, they didnt have pages for a scrapbook but I did find other items for scrapbooking.

Got a canvas print stretched and mounted, and its came out nicely. Didnt take long, and the associate Jim was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I love Michaels just in general. My only complaint is that sometimes I wish the employees knew more about the craft we ask for, or for them to send someone over who would have more knowledge over it or just to say, sorry I dont have the information you are looking for but here are where these products are instead of guessing and leading the customers astray. Other than that its nice.

For many years, Michaels has been a favorite source of supplies for my card making and crafts with family. The price of permanent adhesive has steadily climbed and Strathmore ivory deckled card stock is no longer carried in store . It is now only offered online, which has the additional shipping charges and wait times. It has become very difficult to find a staff person, and even more rare to find someone pleasant and knowledgeable, so customer service has plummeted. It remains a steady source for frames and seasonal craft supplies.

I ordered an item for pick-up & it was ready within an hour. Went out & picked it up by what turned out to be a very personable manager. We had the nicest chat about all that is in the store. Not being a crafty person Ive never been in that store, but there is plenty for the non-crafter & I will return.

The supplies were plentiful, however, the services was not. The register was manned by one person with a line of approx. 16 people. She seemed to be moving as fast as she could, but no one else came to help in the 35 min we waited in line. You could tell the cashier was getting stressed,and I dont blame her.

Plan to spend a while there. Their painting section is great, and prices are unbeatable. It could be difficult to find someone to help if you need it. The floor is often empty of workers.

Nice big selection, but its unbelievable how much they mark up their prices!!I saw MANY items that could be bought MUCH CHEAPER just about anywhere! Was there to get last minute supplies for a school project, & I think they count on people like me who are in a time crunch, & will pay the higher prices for the convenience of getting everything in one stop!

Good place to get crafts and art supplies for those at home projects. Help is only a question away and their prices are not that bad. Store is clean and organized and there is plenty of parking for this location. They also have an area to get party supplies as well, so you can head here to save money for your next party!

Its a lovely Christian store, you can buy a lot of different things for bless others and yourself.

I mostly purchase yarn here and the selection isnt great at this particular location. The store is organized and clean, but never seems to be staffed. They are either understaffed or the staff is disinterested in being on the floor/helping customers. There are never enough cashiers during busy times. And the most recent time I went, the cashier who rang me up did so with one hand while texting on her phone in the other. Never asked if I was a rewards member.

Michaels is an arts and crafts store with a wide selection of products. Not being an expert in any of the areas (painting, flower arrangement, knitting, scrapbooking, etc) it has products for, I cannot attest to their quality or suitability - but they do carry products that, from my general experience, seem suited to beginners and advanced artists and crafters. Experts and professionals would probably have to look elsewhere. Overall, it is a good store for crafters and artists. It also offers classes in a variety of areas.

Good craft selection and great place for cake essentials and inking supplies. Many parties we have done we have created center pieces from here. Prices are usually low and makes it s great diy place.

Very small store with an even smaller selection of yarn and miniscule clearance aisle. There were boxes stacked in multiple aisles making it difficult to navigate.
