I used to love Target, but it has been years since I can honestly say that. This Target location has been recently overhauled and it can look nice, but my experience this morning was not good. Every other food aisle had carts, boxes and someone stocking. Everywhere I shopped had items on the floor to the point where in the baby clothing area 2 associates were there talking and still there was dropped baby clothes.I am disappointed that prices get higher and higher and the quality and overall shopping experience gets lower. Shopping has become a chore that I much prefer doing online.

This is your regular run of the mill targets. Nothing special but not terrible.

We picked up an online order on Thursday 10/7. I purchased yogurt - my husband and I had a baby 3 days prior on 10/3. I ate the yogurt on 10/9 and developed food poisoning shortly after. While nursing a 3 day old infant. When my husband checked the yogurt it had expired in May of 2021. 5 months prior and was sold to us. Last I checked the sale of expired food is illegal and this is a huge health and safety issue. We have attempted to contact this Target on multiple occasions and my husband has spent over 3 hours on the phone getting the run around without being contacted by a manager or anyone else directly from the store. I will never visit target again.

Didnt find what I was looking for.

Went to pick up an order and they forgot one of my items. I live on the other side of town and they told me I had to drive back to get a refund. How does that make sense? I don’t have an item to return. Super inconvenient will not be returning to this location ever again.

Selection, prices. Cleanliness, friendly employees. Love that if you cant find something you can go to a Kiosk and someone will come and help you very quickly.

The wait in the customer service line was atrocious for a slow-paced store on top of the worst layout they could have had for ongoing construction in the store. One poor woman was running the desk alone for the 35 minutes I was waiting in line.. Not just low-grade, couple of guys in one section construction. Throughout the entire store, dozens of construction workers carrying large pieces of metal, ladders and the store was LOUD with all of the heavy machinery backing up. The store should have been closed, but I guess corporate was too greedy and wanted the store open. As a person with neurological disabilities I purposely come to Target knowing they are ADA friendly and compliant- so disappointed there wasnt a warning up on the website or on the front of the store otherwise I would have gone to another location. I left Target in Millbury with neurological tics, a migraine and will not be back to this location.

I recently made a trip to Target to buy a 4k movie the website showed they had in stock. I had the best experience Ive ever had at retail store with an employee Rafael in the electronics department. The item I was looking for wasnt on the shelf. Rafael came up to me to ask if I needed assistance. Went out back and found the movie in minutes. He was extremely pleasant and helpful! Clean store, helpful staff, FIVE STARS!

Fast, efficient service. I used the drive up service. I was skeptical but it worked amazingly. But they did bring a Christmas gift to the car NOT in a bag. They needs to be addressed or make sure you go alone to the store.

Last minute ...microwave not working...went on Target.com...to purchase and ordered appliance....went in store to confirm purchase ...then helped out to car ..all within 10 minutes!!...Excellent service

Tonight I was very satisfied with my service at target! The young gentleman working in the electronic department went above and beyond to help me find the tv I was looking for! Whoever he is, needs to get recognized for his excellent! He made my day!

Try and call the store and no one picks up at the customer service desk. I mean no one on several occasions. Cashiers are nice but if you do actually find an employee in a department, they are miserable. Go to Wal-MArt

Female gave a big attitude when asked for help. they were just sitting down doing nothing but when we asked for help they looked at us like we’re stupid. we just needed help for apple pay and they pressed a button but never told us what to do, therefore being no help. got no help afterwards we just left.

The staff was very pleasant and store was extremely clean

While certain targets are slower than others getting the products ready, they do give them a four hour allotted time and it is ready earlier most times. Also great for employees and customers because it’s quick and no contact in these confusing times.

This store had everything I needed - wasnt a pleasant shopping experience. I could have gone to Ocean State Job Lot or WalMart which are closer to me but dont enjoy shopping there. As well, the cashier was so super helpful. She saw that I was unsure about the Target app and showed me how to navigate through it (no line at the register so we werent holding anyone up) and to use the app to scan items as I shop for even more savings. That was very nice of her and I look forward to many return trips.

I had a large online order for pick-up - so big so it took two people to help me get into my car! Leah at guest services so was incredibly helpful and got two other employees (unfortunately I did not catch their names) to unwrap the box and load my new patio furniture into my car because the box wouldn’t fit! They were so kind and so professional. Thanks Target! Above and beyond today in service.

I went Tuesday April 21st. The item I bought was broken and I went back to return it. When I got to the service desk I waited a couple of minutes but I didnt get close to the register. When I did get closer I then saw the sign about the current return policy. Which I understood it but I was standing over in the area for a few minutes and there was an male employee with glasses who happened to be working over there and didnt say anything to me or that they were lnt taking returns. I thought instead of me just standing he could have at least said something to me instead of watching seeing me stand there for nothing.

I ordered some cleaners and went the next day to pick them up. It was very simple and easy.The girl was very polite and friendly and sociable.

You were one of the first retailers to endorse purchase limits on items need to be safe during the virus. Your staff is too notch! Treat them well and pay them well! Consider hazard pay as reward for their risking their own lives to keep you in business.

I love this Target but everyday this week, I have tried to place a curbside pickup and it always errors out. I can have things shipped or pick up un store with zero issues (that is not what I want).

Target is obviously the best store, it always has everything you need. The app makes it super easy to find what youre looking for, too. I almost never talk to the employees unless Im buying a lot of stuff and dont do self checkout. The biggest downside of this Target (and maybe most) is that it is extremely understaffed, which leads to insane checkout lines. The store is generally clean and I havent really had any problems.

Clean stores and friendly employees. Always a pleasant trip to Target. The extra 5% off using the Target credit card is an added bonus as well. Keep up the good work Target!

The customer service was very quick, professional, AND friendly. However i had trouble traveling through the Isles with shoes and boxes all over. The bathroom was theb worst public bathroom Ive seen in my life...hazardous and filthy! Sad to say that the Worcester store is cleaner BY FAR!!!

Selection of proudcts. cleanliness of store, prices. Target prints on the receipt the date of the expiration for your opportunity to return the items. That is so helpful!

My return experience was very positive. My wait time was very short and the Target employee was polite, professional and efficient. I anticipated a lengthy process, but was pleasantly surprised with my experience.

Will not shop Target anymore. Succumbing to less than one percent of the population for bathroom privilege....geez. I visit at least 2-3 times a month. My opinion just doesnt count I guess. Good luck with your choice. But my money will not be spent with you.

This location is very nice. The store is always clean. There is a small snack area where you can get food and drinks.

Had pictures done at the studio. The photographer was nice and pleasent and seemed happy to help us out. Wish we could have taken more time for pictures though.. we were the only customers in there, so we could have afforded a few extra minutes.

False advertising on sale items

The Blackstone target is not the best, but it does have a lot of the same items as other targets. The store seems smaller and is crowded.

The lines are always atrocious, miserable to get out of this mall, and most fresh food is out of standard dates and still at full price. Which is inflated. And the associates call you a guest. I dont go to Target to hang out. I go to Target to purchase goods. I am a customer. Calling me a guest is creepy. Youre not my friends, and I am not visiting your home.

Its really close to my house, so its convenient for short trips.
