Came here for a curbside pickup order. Though the website says things should be ready in an hour, that one took an hour and 40 minutes to get picked and be ready. But, once I arrived it was only a 5 minutes wait in the car for them to come out, so it was a mostly positive experience overall.
Went in to buy a phone just now. Half of the unlocked phones they have in stock ( a lot of empty spaces) arent charged. I wanted to compare phones. Noticed they have the new Samsung fold phone. Was checking those out. No one came to help, give me info on it... No signage about a beat buy credit card if they have one? Wanted that phone, but a bit more than I have in cash on me, so I thought why not sign up for a card? Nope. Off to Target!
Their customer service is awful. This young man with a pony tail was beyond useless. Please don’t waste your money or time with Best Buy.
Good service. No pressure and honest. Busy place. So a little slow to get a rep. But worth the small wait. Sales person was helpful and wouldnt let me buy the TV i wanted because it had a 80% return rate. So I purchased a cheaper TV. So saved me money also. Great place.

I liked there parking lot that I bought my car at. It’s nice to park anywhere without 1000 carriages everywhere. I only saw maybe two outside. Good job guys.
Best buy is not my go-to place for electronics anymore, and my most recent experience today reflects that. The gentleman at the front door it was polite and nice. When I was looking at a phone as I am trying to upgrade the salesman did not seem to help me, contrary to popular internet memes. They seemed more interested in their own conversation than helping me. I will only stop in here when Im in a pinch for something electronic but I will continue to use places like micro center or online shopping.

Got some useful help from Geeksquad and sales staff of the laptop floor. Most staff I talked to seemed to have extensive knowledge in their area and all staff were friendly and helpful.
Waited at customer service desk while associate assisted a customer. Customer apologized for taking so much time. Then the associate left cud service desk to help same customer shop. Other associate was on the phone the whole time. I finally found a manager, who was busy with a customer but came over to assist with customer service desk. After waiting 15 minutes my transaction took 3 minutes... We left... Associate still on the phone and other associate still had not returned. By the time we left there were 4 more people in line.
I used to love best buy. I still do in many ways do. I need to say that the world is changing and evolving tho and honestly best buy needs to evolve some. The prices are so high I remember justifying that with my wife because I could get it now !!! But with so many ways to buy products for so much cheaper with such fast delivery its no longer a reason to pay 40% more. And I walked around my local millbury best buy a few weeks back and was just not impressed with the selections. What i mean is ya they have Sony tvs, and beats Bluetooth headphones. But where are all the new innovations the emerging new products from small companies that just do it better. Thats what tech used to be all about and best buy for me and maybe I was fubar but it was where I got to go to see, feel and buy that new item. But the other day it was the same stuff I seen 2 years ago it felt very much like a let down. With so much emerging tech for phones, home automation, virtual reality, ai, they had little of anything new I was sad. Im not saying best buy doesnt offer that huge name brand item you want but with the world being so connected and electronics going from idea to design to crafted and created so fast best buy is just behind the times waiting for a brand to become main stream. Like how in the world do they not sell 3d printers yet the market is 10 years old now and I can get fairly high quality yet smaller build area for under 500 bucks and for as little as 100 (not great unit very very entry level). Basically there are so many areas that best buy kinda fails. Price is high, new stuff to get hands on with not avail, the overall magic just wasnt there. I gave a 5 because the store itself is what you expect I guess. It was clean people were friendly and I could pay money for items. There seemed to be less employees probably because they have less foot traffic but that didnt stop them from asking me every 3 min if I wanted help. Ill be honest thats one thing I always hated. I swear they are required to ask it gets annoying I almost wish I could get a big button from the first person that ask me if I needed help so the entire store knew and would buzz off. But ya it was a best buy.
This best buy was one of the worst I have been to in a long time. They had almost no selection not only the selection was limited but the quantity of the limited selection was also extremely limited. For instance I went to buy a camera lens cover. They only had two styles in stock for two sizes and of those two sizes they only had one in stock.On my second visit I also went to buy a camera with a macro lens as well as some UV lens filters, camera bag, tripod and other accessories for starting a photography career/hobby. I went into this location expecting to spend over $2,000 I ended up leaving without spending any money. They had almost no camera selection and almost nothing that they had on display was in stock. Not only that but you cant get a good idea of the product because they are so locked down with security devices.A specific example of this is a camera I was interested in I wanted to know if you could replace the camera lens and the only way that I could know for sure since this specific camera on display didnt even have a product label with specifications on it was to physically try and take it off or look for the release button etc etc. There was so many devices locking everything on including the lens so it couldnt be stolen that I couldnt confirm if this camera could accept other lenses of the style that I needed it to.The first time that I went to this location was for Christmas and it was understandable that there was pretty much nothing on the shelves because Christmas is a busy time and cant keep everything in stock especially how close to Christmas it was. I ended up getting a pair of headphones but it took almost an hour to find somebody to unlock a case and when I finally found him it took 25 minutes for him to find the keys from another manager and he was basically complaining the whole time as if I was putting him out because he had other things he needed to do.Next time Im in the area I plan to update with pictures because 2 months after Christmas there is still barely anything on the shelves and the selection is still limited. If its still like that when I return a third time it definitely warrants photos.
Despite what the website says, they disregard basic appointments for simple repairs. Misleading repair offers and lack of basic technician support.
Im torn on this review. On one hand I think the store offers a ton of electronics and maybe decent prices. What set me off was that I called about their TV recycling program. The national number (answering calls for the local store) told me it would be accepted. After loading it and driving almost an hour, the store rejected it, saying they only take flat screens that size. End of the world? Of course not! But enough of an inconvenience that I wont shop there. I might have been much more willing to overlook the whole incident (although I was fuming after calling first to be certain, taking the time off work, etc) but I didnt feel they offered enough action. No options of taking it, no offer to call their phone center to ensure it didnt happen to anyone else, no offer to discount their pick up service for my troubles, etc. Even just trying to be more empathetic would have helped.
Purchased a fire stick, the service rep was very helpful to choose the right one, price was right too. Store is easily laid out to find everything.
Freaking unreal! I had an item on hold? Went home to buy an e gift card from the store because they didnt take my digital visa gift cards, came back after 2 hours and they sold my item. Now Im stock with a gift card and they dont have the product! Thanks Best buy for wasting my time

I purchased washer machine on tax free weekend and set a delivery date between 12noon to 6pm 3 3 days was the earliest they can do, witch is fine. The day of i get a call from the driver at 10:45am explaining gow they have been aitting in my drive way, and my response was nobody had called me ahead of time for a early delivery. I got no 15 min warning or anything, so i told the driver i would be there in 40 mins, thats how far i work away from home. The driver did not like that gave me a big attitude and told me i was the last stop for him in that town, and so i explained how a heads up phone call should have been made prior to arrival and maybe he wouldnt have waited so long or deliver the item during the expect time window 12noon to 6pm. The driver took off and now i have to wait another whole week to get my washer machine or pick it up myself. I was given a gift card for my troubles that doesnt cover a 20 dollar uhual rental that charges .79 cents a mile, if you are going to get gome delivery you run on ther time not your own or what was scheduled take the whole day off unfortunately.
People who greeted us were super nice and helpful. To bad its just another Greedy Cooperation who puts profit before people.
Walked into Best Buy with my husband this afternoon looking for a new dishwasher. We were advised that if we needed sales help, we needed to register at the front desk as theres quite a long wait. My take away from that comment was that they dont have enough help on staff. I didnt want to request assistance until I knew that they had the specific item I was seeking on the floor. I had checked online and it stated my model was available but upon looking, it was not. I asked about the discrepancy on my way out and was told that no one in the store has the power to change the problem and that it happens all the time.I wish that someone at Best Buy would realize that thats a problem and would address it. Especially if Best Buy is going to be one of the only sales locations in the area.

It depends on who helps you. I usually get very good help out in the store, but theres a guy at the repair desk who is a Mr. No type. Frustrating.

Everyone was very nice and I bought a printer that I really needed and just the type I was looking for. A salesperson came over and helped me in 5 minutes and answered all my questions. I looked at a few other things also and sale done in less than 30 minutes. Everyone wearing masks.

Went in for a new radio for my truck... kid who “helped” me seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing but convinced me all was good. I trusted him because I’m not much of a tech guy. Showed me what he was ordering and set me up for an appointment 3 weeks later at another Best Buy location. Assured me I would pay when I get it installed. Showed up for my appointment and Mike in the service department in Malbrouogh informed me nothing was ordered and other stores seem to do this often. Mike walked me through what I actually need and showed me what he was ordering and set up a new appointment that he would be handling and had me pay when it was ordered. Moral of the story, make sure the person your dealing with knows what they’re doing. Nice kid but really ruined my experience with this store.

My first visit to this Best Buy was a very efficient drive-up pickup during the holidays. The associate was friendly and kind even though it was very busy. I dreaded having to go inside the store for a return a few weeks later but it was a great experience. The line was long and soon a second associate came to take care of the line. The person who helped me was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in no time. Saving that extra time allowed me to shop in the store a bit and I probably will buy a laptop from Best Buy soon.
AWESOME customer service guys at the sound system area were AMAZING and extremely helpful. I didnt provide a 5 star since went in there looking for video projector and they were very limited at the store. Would of loved to have more of a variety to be able to choose from either way would recommend to family and friends since service was on point!

Nothing wrong with this store in particular bit I never can find what I need at a best buy or its moon priced. You would think a store chain still on its feet wouldent need to charge the prices of RadioShack when they where dieing. Didnt think they needed to scalp every penny.... There large items like fridges and stuff you can get deal but if you want a cooling pad a simple one fan thats $50. Walmart $30. Internet $15+.
Not really a fan of Best Buy with good reason. Asked a worker there for help and he said he was busy. I got no help with what I was looking for, so I ended up taking a guess on 2 items. So the girl at the register was so helpful and she explained the difference and which item I should choose and she was absolutely right. I thank her for saving me $20 instead of $40, so thank you for your help., otherwise Best Buy is a 1 out of 10 thats why Ive been there once in 3years. Good luck.
Surprised that when we entered, we were met by an employee who wanted to put us in a queue for salesperson assistance. We explained that we were looking only. OK then, if you need help, come back here and Ill put you back in the queue for assistance.Not sure what the overall message within that process is, but it left me uncomfortable. Unlikely Ill revisit that store.
The service was good, however I was kinda disappointed that they didn’t really have but one dash cam in the store. I really hoped they might have a selection. I was told I could order more through their web site.

Made the mistake of going to Best Buy on black Friday. With the pandemic, I fully expected to be able to go take advantage of some sales without having to worry about the typical crowds. There being an ongoing pandemic and all. It was nuts! Line out to the parking lot. But once you got inside the staff seemed to handle the craziness pretty well considering. Price cuts were pretty good, whatever didnt sell will be cut again Im sure for Cyber Monday! The only thing I wish these stores did for a major retail day like a black Friday or cyber Monday would be for sales in stores to be more comparable to the online deals. Of all the Best Buys I have frequented though, the one in Millbury at Blackstone Mall is my go to. Maybe next time Im there Ill run into you.

This store was in a total disarray! I couldnt find any associate available to help me. Everything I wanted to buy, was missingparts, and the Sound Bars were not working so I was unable to hear any sound bar quality! I was planning on spending a grand here, I know with this kind of service, I would nave NO after sale support!

Looked for soundbar but most of the units out for sampling DO NOT work. Asked manager about it and he said that they are not responsible for that, an outside company handles it. They made no attempt to help. Wont buy the soundbar there.Been disappointed with this store during multiple visits.
We were scheduled for delivery of a TV to be installed along with an audio bar. At time of sale the clerk said the delivery will be made on 9/6/20 a Sunday between 7am and 1pm. He said they will email the day before with a general time and will call ahead on actual day 3/4 hr ahead.The only email we receive a few days ahead was to confirm 9/6/20.We did not receive any calls and at 12:30 I called delivery. The man saidyoure scheduled and we will hear. I called again at 2pm and was toldsame thing. Finally at 3:30 I got a FEMALE at delivery. She started to saythe same thing. She said they have till 1pm. I said it is now 3:30. She saidoh different time zone!!! She then got in touch with Millbury and got backto me and said Millbury will be calling me with an escalation. When Millbury called a FEMALE said they DONT WORK ON SUNDAY!!!!SO HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN THAT THE CLERK MADE THE DATE ANDDIDNT KNOW WITHIN THE SAME BUILDING THAT THEY DONT WORK ON SUNDAYS?????? I feel duped. So an appt. was made for later. FirstI must say it was 2 females that actually helped me!!! And why MillburyBest Buy allowed a Sunday date set is stupid and with total disregardfor the customer who keeps them in business.Eleanor
It was day after Christmas and crowded. It was nice to see considering the year weve all had. Staff was prepared and very helpful. I was waited on quickly and got out fast.
My opinion of Best Buy has jumped up considerably. Mostly because my two recent visits there i worked with an associate named Ach and he was terrific. He explained things to me and helped me make good choices.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I returned a laptop about a month ago. The laptop was credited to my account but the $211 protection fee was not. I have been on the phone for OVER TWO HOURS now, passed around to 8 different reps who do not want to deal with refunding something that should have been done over a month ago. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a while! This comes just weeks after I was charged for another service I never authorized! Horrible business and so sketchy!

Best bue shopping experience is terrible Im at the milbury store near Worcester and the service is terrible all I need to do is get a mac book air and go they wont even help have you wait in line for a store clerk to help their system is down lol and they sell tech also been waiting an hour not one sales person has help the did send a text Im on the list. This is the most ridiculous way of doing business how do they stay in business.
This is the best Best Buy Ive been to. Best Buys make COVID safety a top priority which I greatly appreciate. This store in particular though also has great staff, and is my one stop shop for games and tech. Only one staff member Raphael at the customer service desk gave me a subpar experience, back on February 12th, seeming disinterested in helping me, and not listening to a word I said, I point that out because this is literally the only bad experience Ive had in years, and Im an elite plus member 5 years in a row, Im there very often. Everyone else in the years Ive been coming to this store has been fantastic, they listen, make suggestions and I can strike up a conversation with them. This is my recommendation for what the ideal Best Buy experience should be!
This Best Buy did a great job in coordinating touch free pick ups. They consistently had multiple people near the entrance to help direct traffic and answer questions. I also had a great experience in their phone section when I asked an employee to put on my screen protector.
Went to buy a new TV, going in there with the intention to have someone help me find the best TV with the best picture and surround sound system to go with it. Long story short, every single person there was rude, not helpful at all, and too busy talking to eachother about what they were doing after work. I finally found a tv and luckily my wife was able to help carry it. I wont be buying my surround sound and stereo there! One star is too much!

I love buying online at Best Buy. Easy, they have your order ready on time and have curbside pick up. They have very good deals and their brand products (Insignia for example) have very good quality and excellent prices.

No one answers telephone. Useless. Called 5 times over 2 weeks. 10 mins no answer. 9 mins no answer. Tried every method. How can I see whats available to purchase? Dont trust website. Thus, Im forced to shop elsewhere. We decided to purchase a new printer on Amazon due to not being able to contact a human @ Best Buy.
Went to the store to buy a TV that was listed as available online. When I got there, it wasnt in stock. Another display TV was discounted and labeled as only missing the documentation, so I decided to buy that. When I asked to purchase, waited for 15 minutes only to find out that it was also missing the stand and remote. More time to interact with manager...was told that they would provide a remote and discount another 10% for my trouble, which would have covered the cost of a cheap wall mount kit. When clerk called manager to confirm, manager said NO, only remote replacement OR discount, not both. So I wasted an hour of my time chasing a TV that was listed as in stock and wasnt, and a TV that was advertised as including stand and remote, but wasnt. I have spent thousands of dollars at the Millbury store in recent years, but will avoid spending another dime there if at all possible. Congrats to the manager for saving that $25 discount and losing a loyal customer.POOR INVENTORY CONTROL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought a fridge online. It was on backorder which i did not care as i loved the fridge. I had to wait for the fridge to be made as they do not have them in there warehouse because hey are made once you order. So just say the parts needed to build the fridge came from different locations overseas. Well one month became two then when the fridge was set to come in the next day i got a email that your delivery will be DEC 19. I called and what i got was that the fridge was located in Boston at the warehouse but was being delayed to ship so they changed the date on me. I ended up getting a refund . SO IF YOUR GOING TO BUY A MAJOR APPLIANCE FROM BEST BUY ONLINE MAKE SURE THERE ARE PLENTY AVAILABLE.
We went in and found the vacuum we were looking for. If you are going there you might want to call and see if they have it in stock, just so you are making a wasted trip.

I went to Best Buy for some Holiday DVDs to give as gifts. The store had a greeter at the door for direction. Despite the hectic season, the store appeared clean and well organized. I easily found a salesman who located some of my list, checked inventory online and offered options for those DVDs out of stock. Knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant. I asked for the manager to commend the salesman. Thank you.

I went to buy an Apple desk top computer..I took my computer guy with me..to find the one I wanted..They had one job,to go get it and ring it up and quite frankly they couldnt do that right or efficiently..They know nothing of the stuff they sell and could not help me or my computer guy with some of the question ..She even messed up on the size and tried to show me one that resemble the one I wanted in sz couldnt even do that right..Glad I took my computer guy with me or I would NEVER BOUGHT ONE THERE ..IT WAS SELF SERVER... For a $1600.00 computer..Had better sevice at a furniture store Best Buy bring your own tech guy with you..They sure as hell dont know ...

Store was not ready for black Friday. Had to pick up an order. Averahe wait time stated 25 minutes.Ended up waiting almost 2 hours and still did not receive product...1. Was not properly informed of a like 2 to 3 hour wait. Would have made a pick up for a later date sooner.2. Employees were very disrespectful when asked any questions. Only defense was how they were backed up and others have been waiting long. Which is thier fault.3. Did not have the option to do a in store pick up instead. Even though the store was open to public.Very disappointed.
