We were referred by a friend after visiting many local businesses and just not finding the right match. Working with Discover Stone was the best decision we made for our bath remodel! I’m a contractor and like every one should do is to stop by and check any supplier out there to. be able to make decisions to customers needs .this place is bad at customers relations . The prices are much higher at any place I’ve been to and certainly won’t recommend it to any one out there.

If I could give them a zero I would. There installers came in and while using their tools they managed to trip our circuit breakers that caused a power surge. The power surge burned out a circuit board in my garage door opener. It also caused an issue with my big screen TV. According to a technician there was probably a program upgrade going on at the time which created issues with the TV operations. They refused to take any responsibility for these issues saying it was my breaker box, which was just installed last year. They also showed a total lack of respect towards their customers by showing up an hour and a half late to go over these issues. Look elsewhere for your counter tops.

This is my first time going to Discover and I have to say 10/10 experience. My kitchen turned out beautiful. The kitchen wasn’t the only spot on part about the experience but the service was phenomenal. Ben, who is super charming, knows just exactly what a customer needs! Honestly been looking for cheap prices around the area. At the beginning I thought that get a cheap price for a countertop is nice and affordable but then I realized that nothing is better than find a company that can actually assure you that your money is well invested. What a great place! Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. They were very safety conscious in the showroom where marble is displayed. Terry Garon, our salesperson was fantastic. She showed us the granite countertops that were fully on display and then had one of the showroom workers move out other choices. Moving the slabs was a fascinating process. She gave excellent explanations of choosing the slab, caring for granite countertops, the process of having them installed, and other details. We were very comfortable with her and appreciated her professionalism. We are very excited about our choice.
