Q Noor is such a great shop! They carry high quality products and I’ve loved everything I’ve ever ordered from them. The turn-around time from when I make my purchase to when I get my order is always timely, and they communicate well. Most of the negative reviews on here are about their return policy, which is not something worth leaving a negative review over. Most businesses have no-return policies on sale items. It’s not a new concept. This is a great company and definitely one that deserves your support!

Wow, I purchased my order online on Labor Day, and am so surprised to see that its scheduled to be delivered only 2 days later (granted, I do live in the neighboring county). Purchasing was such an easy experience, and the policies are clearly communicated throughout the website. I also felt that the communication about my orders progress was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. Overall, Q.Noor completely exceeded my expectations and I am excited to support again.

UPDATE: Q.Noors response is an example of their customer service that isnt really centered on the customer. No apology, just justification. Two-week return policy on damaged goods during Covid shut down? It doesnt matter when I contacted them. If it was 15 days, they still wouldnt have done anything. Still would have been a too bad for you response. I will do my business with places that really care about the customer. NOT Q.Noor.Very poor customer service. They wouldnt refund or replace a print that was damaged in the mail because I contacted them after the two-week return window, which I didnt know about because the print was a gift. Before contacting them, I tried repairing the damage myself. I tried placing books on the print to straighten the bend. I also contacted the framing shop to see if there was something that could be done. This took some time because of covid. I had to wait til they opened and then had to make an appointment. If Q. Noor had properly packaged the print in the first place, this wouldnt have happened (they didnt add any additional wrapping or board that would have protected the print). I think its poor customer service to hold firm to their two-week return policy for an item that was received damaged. I will never do business with them again.

Buyer Beware! Q.Noor does not take returns if you have used a discount code when checking out on their online store. These dresses are not sized properly. Their online chart says an XL bust measures 41.75 in. The dress they shipped the actual bust size was 34 in. I asked to return it for the right size and was told that because I used the its my birthday take a discount code they would not return it for a larger size. The dress was also extremely long as shown in the attached pictures. I offered to pay full price so that I could get a dress that fit and this was their response In order to be fair and honest with all customers, we are unable to make any exceptions. I said that paying full price wasnt an exception they still wouldnt budge. Not returning sale items for the wrong size is not posted anywhere on their site. I dont want anyone else to be fooled by this unfair practice of shipping dresses that are sized small on a sale discount and not being able to return it for the right size. Q.NOOR-I am glad that you responded to my google review. It shows your customers your lack of customer service. No internet company can stay in business with your practice of not allowing returns to get the right size. Ladies, these dresses are SMALL. I wish Q.NOOR success with their store but would NEVER purchase from them on the internet. Their unyielding policy reveals the fact that they have many returns for size. There isnt the space here to copy and paste the rude emails I received from them after I requested to pay full price so that I could get the right size. Again, buyer beware of these temple dresses.

Make sure you read the return policy! I purchased two dresses for my daughter and I to try on, but when I requested to trade-in one of the dresses I was told that because the dresses were on sale I couldnt exchange. So, now Im stuck with a dress that I dont want. The return/exchange policy wasnt noted in the check-out process, and I was told that I should have looked it up before making the purchase. I will in the future!The dresses are beautifully lined and made with great materials. I just wish that their very strict policy was a little more explicit.

I ordered a temple dress online from Qnoor and it is lovely. I feel beautiful and comfortable each time I wear it. I also have a Dreamy nightgown I got when I was pregnant and it was and has been one of the most comfortable clothing items I owned. I finally went to the store for the first time today to pickup a dress for my sister-in-law and was treated so warmly. I had two small kids with me, and they catered so nicely to my busy 3 year old. I will be back again and again!

PLEASE READ THEIR RETURNS POLICY BEFORE YOU ORDER!! I bought a dress for my wife as a Christmas present. The dress did not fit right ( which is understandable as everyone’s body is different) so we returned it and paid for the return shipping. The problem is they only have a 14 day full refund return policy. After that you are stuck with the item. They extend the returns for holidays by 30days but its only store credit after the first 14. If you decide to use your store credit you better make sure that it’s a perfect because that second purchase is final. No returns after that. For an in-store purchase I would totally be fine with this policy. For Online clothing sales, in my opinion, their return policy is ridiculous. As long as I am paying the shipping back and forth and still under a 30 day period why wouldn’t you guys allow this? After all, you guys do want us to get the perfect dress, right? Anyways, the point of this review is to read the returns policy before ordering and make sure you are good with it. Its my fault for not doing that so I take 100% responsibility.

I purchased the Elaine dress, and I loooove it! It fits perfectly, other than the length, which I expected because it’s listed on the site, and it was easily hemmed. I love how deep the pockets are, so I don’t have to worry about my names or locker key falling out; they’re the perfect size to fit my packet in when it’s not holding my temple ordinance accessories. I also have gotten compliments on it literally every single time I have attended the temple.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I was an early supporter of this small business because I liked what the owner was doing and what she was about. I told all my friends about it and was so happy with my dress. I even went so far as to get the owner to speak at BYU. I heard about a sale and was excited to get a dress for my mother. She had worn the same dress her whole life and after a beating Uterine cancer, her clothes size had changed. I ordered a dress for my mom as a Christmas gift. The website mentioned the fabric was stretchy and so I ordered the size that fit my mother pre-cancer. The dress did not fit. My mother felt self-conscious in the dress and I thought, no worries, I will simply exchange it. I knew that since it was a small business, they might not have my mother’s correct size in that dress. So I had my mother select other styles as back up. I stopped by the store and was told that because I had purchased it at discount (18%) I could not EXCHANGE the dress. I offered to pay back the discount in cash to be able to exchange the dress. Nothing worked. Then the Manager got the owner on the phone who explained she had made only eight exceptions. All exceptions were because the recipient had died. Sorry my mother beat cancer.I expected more. Now I have a $100 cleaning rags purchased for 18% off.

I now have 2 temple dresses and 2 dreamies (which I live in) and I seriously love this store and the owner and the image she has and I love that she supports woman so much. I purchased a dress from Q.noor where it was shipped to my house. It arrived with the bottom hem unraveling. I contacted them about the flaw and I was promptly answered with two options to resolve the issue. I bought my Q. NOOR temple dress two years ago and I still love it as much as I did the first time I slipped it on. It is so soft and beautiful and stretchy and has continued fitting me as my body has changed. But the best part is that it is so lovely and comfortable that I completely forget about it after I put it on, and I am able to focus on the things that matter most at the temple.

I love the temple dress I bought from Q. Noor! When I first went through the temple, I was silly and bought a dress that wrinkled easily, and was a little scratchy. After having a baby, it was too tight in the chest, but I remembered this store. So glad I came across it! I bought the Hero dress, and, honestly, it’s a dream. Amazing quality—really exceeded my expectations. No show through, and super soft. I emailed customer service beforehand, and they were prompt in pointing me to the right size.My only regret is that I didn’t have this dress when I got married, as I probably would not have bought a ball gown, too. Finally got a Q.Noor dress for Christmas and I cant even express how much it changed my temple experience. My old dress (while beautiful) was uncomfortable and not functional. It also felt too showy and I was self-conscious the entire time. It made going to the temple unpleasant and I went less often because of that.In my Q.Noor dress (I got the hero), I felt comfortable and confident in the temple for the first time. While the dress is more plain than my previous dress (which I got from a bridal boutique), I actually felt more beautiful and more love for the body God gave me (even while 5 months pregnant).I cannot recommend this dress, or this company, enough.

Rosemary Card the owner and dress designer is so kind and accommodating. We drove all the way from Logan to Salt Lake City because my daughter has wanted one of her dreamie dresses for months. I entered a contest on Instagram earlier this week for a girls spring dreamie and even though we did not win Rosemary was kind enough to give everyone who posted an entry on their Instagram page $10 off a Spring dreamie. It was such a much welcome break to our budget. I tried on an adult dreamie and will be back to get one of my own. She has so many adorable things by local and mainly women businesses in her store in addition to her own dresses and products. It is such a lovely store and so clean and feminine and inviting. You definitely feel like you are part of a sisterhood inside this incredible store. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a temple dress. There is a dress in every style and option for everyone! I will for sure support this business again!!

Loveeee my dress. Super cute and great quality. Most of the dresses ran small, but the Merry was pretty true to size. After checking out all the temple dress stores from Provo to SLC, I was unimpressed with the lack of customer service shown by the owner and employees at Qnoor.

I am in love with everything q.noor. I wore the Goldie to my wedding and wear it now every time I go to the temple. It’s the most comfortable thing I’ve ever worn in the temple and it’s an *actually pretty* temple dress which is usually a hard combo to find. I also have her robe (pictured) and I am so glad I purchased it. I’ve been looking forever for a robe that is long enough that I like. Even when I don’t shower for 4 days and am sporting yesterday’s smudged make up I feel pretty in it haha. I would highly recommend anything q.noor!

I ordered my first Q.NOOR dress (Hero) back when you had to preorder and anxiously await its arrival! I had been looking for many years for a simple dress that was not itchy and I could raise my arms in. Not only did the Hero achieve my dress goals, it far exceeded them! It’s super soft, well tailored and makes me feel beautiful with the added bonus of a twirl factor. I literally twirl in the dressing room every time I put it on. I have also purchased the Elaine which I love equally as well. I would highly recommend any Q.NOOR dress to anyone that wants to feel beautiful yet comfortable while attending the temple!

I own the temple dress, Hero. Im 59 and have always struggled to find a temple dress that was long enough. In the past, i would always size up so that my shins, ankles and feet werent poking out from my dress. And i would find myself in a temple dress that was way too big and this always became a distraction (I had to constantly fidget with the excess fabric and try my best not to faint from overheating.) The Hero dress just FITS ME. The dress is long (i was going to get it hemmed, but i used this dress during the second trimester of my pregnancy and the extra length and room came in handy. I didnt wear the Hero during my third trimester but as far as a non maternity temple dress, maternity temple dress for the first two trimesters and any stage of postpartum, this is the dress for you!), the sleeves are great, and throughout the body, the dress just FITS. My favorite part is that the design is simple and flattering. I feel good. im not distracted by ill fitting clothing. the material is very breathable and i dont have to wear a slip so im not overheating. Im ready to worship and learn. Q.NOOR has excellent customer service. Very responsive and great to work with. Most of all, I choose to put my hard earned money towards this small business because I am 100% behind the mission and purpose of Q.NOOR. I have never spent so much money on a single item of clothing. EVER. The way my Hero dress affects my temple worship is worth the money alone. The experience ive had interacting with customer service, and Q.NOORs many outreaches, have made my purchase worth it. But the product and the customer service aside, I would put my money to this local small business in a heart beat off of mission statement alone. As the Q.NOOR Sisterhood, we are firm believers that we are better together....this is a sisterhood and kindness is queen. Q.NOOR the store is For Women, By Women. Visit the store or order online.
