They need to do a better job monitoring the drive through lines. People pulled into a second lane and they took care of them before the three cars on front of us. If they plan to use two lanes, just mark it so people know. Very frustrating to be sitting in line and someone pulls up in an unmarked lane and they go over and help them.

40 mins in the drive thru at 2PM on Friday for a half full cup of pretzel dogs. Nice. Best $11 Ive ever spent.Update: It’s been three weeks and the owner has not responded to the email I sent. -1 star. To be fair to the business, what they said is understandable and I also got a drink with my order.

Friendly staff, delicious freshly baked pretzel bites & beignets, nice drink selection. The service can be a bit slow, but mostly because of the fresh baking. I prefer this drink drive-thru selection to Swig.

Stopped in at Thirst drinks yesterday to try their Drink of the Week - Mom Come pick me up. With a name like that, I had to make a stop. 😜The drink is made with Fresca, Raspberry Puree, Fresh Mint & Fresh Lime. This was actually my first mixed soda drink experience and it was sooooooo yummy and surprisingly refreshing!I also asked for some popcorn, they told me to pull forward as it was popping and theyd bring it out.I dont know how they knew but they brought 3 bags! My kids were so happy with popcorn and we all shared the drink. Ill be back for another Mom com pick me up soon and I wont be sharing. 🙌🤣

Love this place! Everyone is always happy and helpful love their cinnamon rolls, refreshing beverages and featured foods. A few weeks ago we had Banbury Cross donuts, last week we had yummy handmade pies, today we tried Umani Pizzaria. So good! Love that they partner and support local businesses.

I love Thirst. They are always super friendly and make everyone feel happy. They have decently fast service and GREAT food and drinks. I go there almost every week and enjoy my experience every time. The food and drinks are good but the drive thru is a disaster. Took me over 30 min to get through the line.

Every time I come here it’s an unbelievable wait for just a drink. 12:00 on a Friday, 10 cars in line, and it took 15 minutes to get half way through the line before I bailed. It’s doesn’t make sense to wait 30 minutes for some pretzels and a water. Plus, you have annoying teenagers skipping all the other cars in line 🙄

Very good variety of mixed drinks and great desserts . I like smells like teen spirit but you can basically take any type of soda or energy drink and add fruit flavorings or cream and mix and match its so yummy and refreshing . Staff is always so pleasant here . Love it

Thirst has some of the friendliest employees and their menu is full of delicious options. My go-to is a diet Death Star with a salted pretzel bite, so good! I find that the flavor shots are more potent at Thirst than other soda shops, so if thats what youre looking for, definitely check it out.

My kids LOVE getting yummy pretzel bites at Thirst Millcreek! They beg to go almost daily. We all love the pebble ice in drinks. The staff are always great. Thanks, Thirst!

A Utah novelty. The employees here are great. I wish they had a larger energy drink menu, but the Hustler isnt bad.

The pretzel bits are good, but in my opinion the drink flavors get kind of old after a while. Worth visiting atleast a couple of time.

Expect to spend about 20-40 minutes waiting in line here. Your food might be cold. The employees disappear regularly and leave you wondering what is going on. Massive turnover rate from what I can tell with the several visits I’ve made. I won’t be going back, it’s just not a worthwhile experience, which is a shame considering it’s local.

Thrist is my go to place for happiness. The drink combos are amazing and so delicious. The pretzels are my husbands favorite snack. I love the fresh benigets every Wednesday and it’s fun to see what the weekend highlight is it’s always something delicious. the staff is amazing so friendly! it’s just a fun atmosphere. I love going there it’s worth the wait in the line I have gotten many friends hooked on them too because it’s just so fun

Crazy good. Fell in love with these guys at their original location and was ecstatic when I heard they were opening a second location in East Millcreek. I prefer Thirst of the other The Dr. McCreamy is one of the best drinks Ive ever had in my life, and the Smooth Classic isnt that far behind. I love how they highlight local eaterys each weekend with different treats. Their app is incredible as well. Im always impressed.

It’s very obvious that ownership is either less involved in the day to day operations, turnover is insanely high and they can’t keep good staff, or decisions have been made to focus on profits. It could be a combination of any of the above. I’ve noticed the change over the last few months. After waiting inside for 20minutes for them to place our order and make soda with nobody in front of you that was a sign. Tonight was even worse. We order drinks with raspberry purée. When we got home, the drinks didn’t have any raspberry purée. I called the location to ask them if they ran out of purée. The guy asked me what my name was and I told him. He said we ordered with light raspberry. I looked at the tag on the drinks. I told him the tags don’t say light raspberry purée. He said well, sorry and ended the call. The dude just lied to me and made no effort to rectify the situation. This was not the experience during the opening months with Thirst. I fear if they don’t make a change, you will start seeing more reviews like this. I hope that’s not the case.

Ive been visiting this Thirst since its opening, and there have always been small issues, but Ive brushed it off because customer service is usually good. I think my last visit was the final straw. I arrived at around 1, and there was one girl working the drive thru, which was almost out onto the street. Then, finally after about 10 minutes of a crawling drive thru line, a boy came out and started helping. However, after about 2 cars, they just sat and talked for a while, completely ignoring the line of cars that kept growing. After a while of the workers doing nothing, the young lady came over to our car to help, but she was so rude and short with me while I tried to order and really didnt listen to anything I was saying. I finally got up to the window after about 30 minutes, and they got my order wrong. Incredibly disappointed. This location has lost a customer.

Went to the place at 3300 South and it was great! Today I visited the location at 1300 South and my wife got a root beer float and as soon as we started to drive to leave, it started overflowing all over my car... Do not get the root beer float. With the lid on, it popped the lid off and it was insane to clean up. Great drinks but hella messy.

All the staff are friendly and upbeat no matter how busy they are. I always leave feeling better than when I went in. Even though I live pretty far away I stop by whenever I have the chance. 10/10 would recommend

I so badly wanted to love thirst.. but I have gone for their cinnamon windz and their pretzel dog features since my boys love pretzels so much, and each time I have had to wait 10-15 minutes after my original pick up time to get my items and they are cold and not even warm.. you would think they would at least be warm waiting so long..

In my pursuit of trying all slc/Utah county soda brands I stopped in here. I was told the pretzels were a MUST TRY but today they were holding allllll pretzels for a catering event and for me that’s bad business. The facility was bright and welcoming and I enjoyed. The soda was soda and the sugar cookie was a sugar cookie, and without pretzels, this was just another cute soda shop with too long of drive through lines. 1 star lost on being average and 1 star off for no pretzels.

The girl at the window tonight was very nice and very helpful, she fixed my pretzels when she saw that the employee did not fill it up like it should be. my drink however did not have everything in it that I paid for, the fruit was clumped together and I could not even put my straw in the drink because of the fruit and ice

I love Thirst far too much. I usually go through the drive through and the employes are so wonderful.My last visit I went inside which was wierd. Only once has my drink been perfect, but I continue to return. The employees are far too heavy handed with the coconut. Once I asked for no coconut and the drink tasted like it was ONLY coconut, I have thrown away too many of these drinks.Last time I got a peanut butter chocolate bar and it was so hard and dry, it went to the trash.I do adore the place and will continue to go, I consider those things growing pains and training opportunities.

First time visitor last Friday evening. Was met by a friendly order taker but had to repeat my order 3 times because she was distracted by something other than my order. Got to the window and was told that the drink Id ordered was not available but that they could credit my payment back for the drink, which they did. I had also ordered pretzel bites and the attendant handed me the pretzel bites and after I drove off - I bit into them and they were raw and doughy inside. Decided not to turn back to get a refund for the pretzel bites but I reached out to the location through their personal phone number about quality control but never received a response. Wont be a repeat customer.

Best places for drinks, snacks & treats! Thirst puts every other soda shop in Utah to shame. We drive 30 minutes from Daybreak, pass like 7 Swigs on the way, just to get to Thirst bc it is SO much better! They offer so much more on their menu and their staff is so much kinder & friendlier than anywhere else!

Drinks are delicious, but Im giving a two star review because the young kids working there are very unprofessional and would rather talk and giggle with their friends coming through instead of taking orders from other people. Definitely need to work on this.

I love thirst drinks and have always loved going to their downtown store and was excited when this store opened in my neighborhood. Everything has always been good and pleasant. However, we went this evening to get their mozzarella pretzel sticks they had for the weekend feature. When we received them they were completely raw and doughy on the inside. The outside was just slightly browned. I felt like I could’ve made better at home. Overall disappointing to receive a completely undercooked item.

Very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. However, the pricing is deceiving. I bought a medium sized speciality drink thinking it was $1.50, but it turns out the menu says its $1.50+ for mediums. I shouldve read more closely, just something to be aware of. Its not as good of a deal as you think. Also, the main reason for giving it 3 stars is because I paid around $3.00 for a drink that was filled a little over half way with ice, it was very disappointing. Definitely request no ice if you get a drink, otherwise it is NOT worth it.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to Thirst. I heard about thirst at a catering event and I FELL IN LOVE. My best friend and I have made it our happy place! We drove all the way from heber to come here :)

Ordered 2-32oz drinks, when I got to the window the kid at the attempted to hand me a smaller size. When I said they were supposed to be both 32 oz. He said ok.. I proceeded to watch them pour the drink into a 32oz cup, added ice then a new lid. When I asked if they put more soda in it he said yes.. I watched the whole thing.. looks like Im going to SWIG or Sodalicous from now on
