It was so tender and juicy! The porchetta was crispy on the outside and melted in your mouth on the inside wit fantastic flavor, so perfect! It would be perfect for an alternative to ham or turkey for Thanksgiving or Christmas. The ravioli was made by hand and filled with cheese and 2 kinds of mushrooms! Luigi is a very talented cook and I would recommend anything he cooks, but especially these two dishes!

I tried the porchetta and it was amazing! The outside was crisped to perfection and the center was moist and full of flavor. Just incredible!
